Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan serta pemanfaatan sosial media dengan pendekatan baru untuk penjualan yang memungkinkan dapat menargetkan calon pembeli menjalin komunkasi baik melalui koneksi yang ada melalui Facebook Business Suite. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari; pertukaran informasi, tanya jawab, diskusi, dan peragaan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 2 Maret 2021 sampai dengan 3 Mei 2021, setelah sebelumnya dilakukan observasi dan diskusi dengan pihak terkait seperti Kepala Desa, Perangkat Desa, dan pemilik Toko Bakery. Hasil yang telah dicapai dalam kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah; 1) Peserta dapat mengenal dengan baik Facebook Business Suite, 2) Peserta mampu menguasai penggunaan Home Page, Activity, Inbox, membuat Posts, menggunakan Commerce Manager, membuat Ads dan menggunakan Insights, 3) Peserta mampu memanfaatkan waktunya, dan 4) Peserta juga mampu menguasai ilmu yg didapatkan sebagai skill tambahan dan menciptakan peluang promosi produk yang efektif.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to provide Training, Coaching, and Assistance for Stock Control Management Applications and it is hoped that the participants can; 1) Understand the strategy for the supply of goods, 2) Understand and be able to control spare parts, 3) Be able to provide the goods needed in the remodeling process, 4) Be able to manage spare parts efficiently and be able to apply methods Determine the level of reordering and minimum inventory for inventory optimization, and 5) Evaluating the material planning system that has been running so that we can find out the core of the problems faced and how to solve them. The method of implementing the program to be carried out is; 1) Presentation, 2) Experience Sharing Discussion, 3) Training (Training for Users), and 4) Further assistance in the use of the application. This Community Service Implementation Activity was held for 4 (four) months from early December 2019 to the end of March 2020. This activity was attended by all personnel of Gober Indo's local business partners. Based on the results of the activities that have been carried out, several conclusions can be drawn, namely; 1) The development of a web-based Stock Control Management application has been successfully built, 2) Assistance and training activities for the use of the appropriate Stock Control Management Application and can help partners, 3) Service activities that are followed very enthusiastically, It can be seen that many members and owners have attended the training, and 4) Supporting activities for the Stock Control Management Application are expected to continue with the development of partner business finances.

Abstract

Source code library reference codes on a programming language and software evaluation. Today, most Source code library for the purposes of learning software developers in the form of documentation of the use of a programming language that can be accessed through the official website developer programming languages, forum and various blogs. Because of the complexity of the features most web-based Source code library can only be accessed through the website and some others have provided documentation on each software vendor from the developers company the device. This research tries to construct a model of the application Source code library that can be used as a form of documentation for learning the use of various programming languages flexibly both in online and offline. The application allows the renewal of data/content Source code library at a time when the Internet is still available or at the time of the user's area does not have a network the Internet. In the implementation of this research will be divided in three stages, namely data collection pre development, development and implementation, and data collection of post-war development. Data collection pre development intended to get a preliminary study about the provision the core issue at hand, while the development and implementation phase focuses on model software design into diagrams and make the programming code to implement the design that has been created. While the data collection stage of the post-war development was for revamping the application made in conclusion, withdrawal, and suggestions for further research topics.

Abstract

This training is based on the use of animation in learning which will greatly encourage students' enthusiasm for learning because it is supported by media which attracts the attention of young millennials. The problem that occurs is that not all students can develop learning by utilizing the web and animation as learning media. With these problems, of course, students are required to be able to implement web and animation in learning activities that can be used as a source of learning and get to know the world of the animation-making industry. To support students' abilities in the application of science and technology, especially those related to the use of technology in the use of web and animation for learning, students need to be trained to be skilled in web design and create simple animations. The results of the activities carried out are; There is an increase in student knowledge about the use of flash animation so that students can improve their mastery in developing and mastering Web Design and flash map animation and participants are also able to master the knowledge gained as additional skills and create their own job opportunities

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the E-library using the SLiMS 9 Bulian Application. In designing the Book Data Application system the author uses one of the Bulian 9 SLiMS Applications. The purpose of this writing is to find out how to use the SLiMS 9 Bulian Application so that it can make it easier to input Book data quickly and accurately. The data collection method required in this writing was obtained through library research and field research while the method used was Extreme Programming (XP). Form the discussion above it can be concluded that by using the SLiMS 9 Bulian Application Program, it can facilitate library managers in the data collection process which includes inputting book data, searching book data and preparing reports.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss online attendance using an android designed with an appsheet and spreadsheet which will make it easier for teachers to process attendance at school, the results of this research are applications that utilize the QR Code as the main component in assisting the attendance process for each teacher. The results of research with the application of QR Code technology made using AppSheet in the attendance system for teachers of the Kuta Pasie Public Elementary School, Baitussalam District, Aceh Besar Regency with an Android device can speed up the attendance process, besides that they can record attendance accurately and quickly. In the results of the trial system that has been completed and successfully created, the system will soon be implemented on an Android smartphone.

Abstract

Sejarah telah mencatat dengan tinta emas peran pemuda dalam proses perubahan suatu bangsa. Bukan hanya sejarah bangsa modern namun bangsa-bangsa atau kaum terdahulu pun tidak terlepas dari kontribusi pemuda di dalamnya. Pelatihan manajemen organisasi pemuda merupakan salah satu implementasi dari program pengembangan peran serta pemuda yang diarahkan kepada pembangunan jiwa kepemimpinan dalam berbagai segmen kehidupan dengan menumbuhkembangkan sikap mandiri generasi muda, melatih remaja untuk mampu mengelola konflik yang bisa muncul baik dari dalam maupun dari luar kelompok dan memberikan mereka sedikit pengetahuan bagaimana mengelola keuangan organisasi yang benar, efisien, transparan dan bisa dipertanggungjawabkan. Adapun simpulan dari hasil pengabdian ini adalah; Organisasi kepemudaan merupakan salah satu wadah yang menampung aspirasi remaja untuk mengarahkan mereka ke hal-hal yang positif. Untuk itu paling tidak diperlukan pengembangan skill/kemampuan personal dari masing-masing anggotanya. Salah satunya adalah dengan dibekali berbagai bentuk praktek dan pelatihan yang berkenaan dengan manajerial organisasi dan Pelatihan manajemen organisasi yang dilakukan di perkumpulan pemuda “Gampong Cot’ ini mencoba untuk membangkitkan semangat para pemuda/anggota perkumpulan untuk mengasah kemampuan mereka sekaligus memajukan perkumpulan. Melalui pelatihan ini kemampuan dan pengetahuan mereka akan serba-serbi organisasi dan kewirausahaan dapat bertambah dan menjadi pedoman bagi pengembangan diri kedepan.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada UMKM Provinsi Aceh agar dapat menavigasi tantangan di berbagai sektor dengan pendekatan yang lebih personal, sehingga UMKM dapat tumbuh dan berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia khususnya Provinsi Aceh. Metode kegiatan pelatihan terdiri dari ceramah, diskusi, peragaan, latihan praktik, studi kasus, dan instruksi kerja. Pelatihan Manajemen Pengembangan Usaha bagi UMKM Provinsi Aceh dilaksanakan pada tanggal 28 September sampai dengan 2 Oktober 2021. Dari pengamatan tim pengabdian dan kesan yang diberikan peserta kepada panitia diketahui bahwa pada umumnya peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan, dan kepahaman peserta terlihat dari setiap tugas instuksional dan praktik yang diberikan selesai dikerjakan dengan tepat waktu. Diharapkan kegiatan ini juga dapat bermanfaat bagi penyelenggaran kegiatan Dinas Koperasi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Aceh Provinsi Aceh dengan Perguruan Tinggi agar menjadi kolaborator, fasilitator, komunikator, pendampingan UMKM dengan memanfaatkan ilmu teknologi. Diharapkan kegiatan juga melibatkan beberapa peserta dari berbagai daerah lain di Provinsi Aceh agar persiapan UMKM menuju Go Digital dapat terwujud.

Abstract

This socialization activity aims to provide insight into opportunities to develop knowledge of trends and insights that are equal for small industries, as well as educate participants to obtain information to be able to join relevant associations/communities in every expert activity on social media. The implementation method follows a gradual process consisting of stages of information exchange, question and answer, discussion, and demonstration. The enthusiasm of the participants who followed with a percentage of 94%, and the results that have been achieved in the activities carried out are; 1) Participants are familiar with the knowledge and opportunities of home industry, 2) Participants are able to master the use of the Canva application to create product catalogs and implement it on various online sales media platforms, 3) Participants are able to take advantage of relevant associations/communities in every expert activity in the media social media to obtain relevant information, and 4) Participants are also able to master the knowledge gained as additional skills and create effective product promotion opportunities for home industries.
