Abstract

The aim of this research is to measure the effect of reputation, responsiveness, gift-giving, and recommendation to customer bank switching behavior in the Bank BNI Meulaboh. Independent variables including are reputation, responsiveness, gift-giving, and recommendation. Multiple Regression Analysis methods are chosen by using Liker Scale with 100 samples. The result of this research shows for simultan test that dependent variable brand switching (Y) can be effected by independent variable reputation (XI), responsive (X2), gift-giving (X3) and the last recommendation (X4) with a significant 0, 000 < 0, 05. The result of this research shows for partial test that dependent variable brand switching (Y) can be effected by independent variable reputation (XI) with a significant 0,010 < 0,05 , responsive (X2) with a significant 0,004 < 0,05, gift-giving (X3) with a significant 0,000 < 0,05 and the last recommendation (X4) with a significant 0, 020 < 0, 05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Stock Options (ESOs) on Abnormal Returns with Corporate Governance as a moderating variable. Corporate Governance proxies are independent commissioners, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership. The population in this study were companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the purposive sampling method, 20 samples were obtained and the regression method used was Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that Employee Stock Options (F-SOs) have a significant effect on Abnormal Returns and Corporate Governance is a moderating variable in the relationship between employee stock options (ESOs) and abnormal returns.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of cash turnover and growth in the number of customers on profitability at PT. Bank BRI (Persero) Lhokseumawe branch, Sawang Cash Office, North Aceh. Based on the results of the study illustrates that the increase in cash turnover and the number of customers contributed to increasing the profitability of PT. Bank BRI (Persero) Lhokseumawe branch office, Sawang unit, North Aceh Regency. With high cash flow turnover, banks can channel the proceeds from revolving funds to other productive sectors quickly and accurately, of course with a fluctuating profit level. Thus PT. Bank BRI (Persero) Lhokseumawe branch office, Sawang cash office have contributed to increased economic growth in Aceh in general, North Aceh, in this case Sawang District, North Aceh Regency in particular. This can be seen from the growth of various products and community businesses as well as the use of natural resources as superior products from Sawang District, North Aceh Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of education on employee career development at the Aceh Manpower and Population Mobility Service. population of employees at the Aceh Manpower and Mobility Department as respondents. The data analyzed in this study is primary data in the form of questionnaire circulation. The data is then processed through multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The objects in this study are the facilities, individual abilities, and efforts of the independent variables. performance. The results of this study identify that simultaneously, the variables of Education and Training on the Career Development of Employees at the Aceh Manpower and Population Mobility t-test. The results of the study on the education and training variable (X) obtained tcount = 34,356 while ttable 2,086, the results of this calculation indicate that tcount > ttable with a significance level of 0.000 or the probability is far below = 5%. Thus, the results of statistical calculations show that partially the education and training variables play a significant role in increasing the career development of employees at the Aceh Manpower and Population Mobility Service. Abstract

This research is motivated by the conditions of competition in the business world in Indonesia from time to time which are getting tighter, so companies must create new marketing strategies to maintain and gain a higher market share. As for the problem of this research is whether the influence of availability, product quality, promotion, and price affect the consumer satisfaction of Asus Laptop users in Banda Aceh City. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of each variable, namely availability (XI), product quality (X2), promotion (X3), and price (X4) on consumer satisfaction (Y). The sample in this study were Asus laptop users with 100 respondents as respondents. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling approach with the convenience sampling method. The method of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. From the results of the research, it is known that the price variable (X4) has the smallest coefficient value, while the promotion coefficient value (X3) has the highest coefficient value, followed by product quality (X2) and availability (X 1). From the results of the research, it is also obtained that simultaneously and partially there is a positive and significant influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable, where tcount > ttable dan Fcount > Ftable.
