Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan serta pemanfaatan sosial media dengan pendekatan baru untuk penjualan yang memungkinkan dapat menargetkan calon pembeli menjalin komunkasi baik melalui koneksi yang ada melalui Facebook Business Suite. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari; pertukaran informasi, tanya jawab, diskusi, dan peragaan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 2 Maret 2021 sampai dengan 3 Mei 2021, setelah sebelumnya dilakukan observasi dan diskusi dengan pihak terkait seperti Kepala Desa, Perangkat Desa, dan pemilik Toko Bakery. Hasil yang telah dicapai dalam kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah; 1) Peserta dapat mengenal dengan baik Facebook Business Suite, 2) Peserta mampu menguasai penggunaan Home Page, Activity, Inbox, membuat Posts, menggunakan Commerce Manager, membuat Ads dan menggunakan Insights, 3) Peserta mampu memanfaatkan waktunya, dan 4) Peserta juga mampu menguasai ilmu yg didapatkan sebagai skill tambahan dan menciptakan peluang promosi produk yang efektif.

Abstract

Kebutuhan orang untuk memanfaatkan fasilitas email internet semakin meningkat, seiring dengan pertumbuhan internet yang ada di instansi-instansi baik pemerintah maupun non pemerintah. Di SD ada beberapa yang telah memiliki jaringan internet sebagai sarana koneksitas dengan dunia luar. Namun beberapa kendala masih ada mengingat persentase guru yang mampu memanfaat internet dan power point masih kecil. Seperti dicontohkan di SD N 23 Kota Sabang, hanya sekitar 2 orang guru yang biasa memakai internet dan power point, sedang guru lainnya belum bisa mengoperasikan internet. Sasaran dalam program pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan dan kompetensi guru-guru di SD N 23 Kota Sabang dalam menerapkan teknologi informasi yaitu dengan pelatihan internet sehingga mampu memanfaatkan sarana yang ada di internet untuk kepentingan komunikasi (E-mail), serta meningkatkan kemampuan dan kompetensi guru dalam media pembelajaran melalui pelatihan power point untuk sarana presentasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan evaluasi terlihat guru-guru mengikuti pelatihan dengan sangat antusias. Pelatihan internet dan power point ini telah dilaksanakan selama 2 hari yaitu pada tanggal 29 Agustus 2014 dengan jumlah peserta 10 guru, dan tanggal 31 Agustus 2014 dengan jumlah peserta 10 guru. Guru yang mengikuti program pelatihan ini memiliki disiplin ilmu yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan bidang keahlian dan mata pelajaran yang diampunya. Selama 2 hari tersebut, pada hari pertama peserta yaitu para guru SD N 23 Kota Sabang telah berhasil mempraktikkan materi internet yaitu Browsing, Searching, Downloading, dan Email. Pada hari kedua, peserta juga telah berhasil mempraktikkan materi power point dengan membuat tulisan, membuat rancangan tampilan, mengatur animasi tampilan untuk presentasi.

Abstract

This research focuses on the development of intermittent use of computer intentions, namely behavioral intentions in the termination phase, in the context of software engineering lessons, at Akubank Nusantara and AMIK Indonesia which uses a curriculum with more practice than learning material and this shows a very important role . This study aims to build an expert system application using the forward chaining method as a tool to measure instructor level and student learning. With this application, it can help academics and the quality sector to predict problems as early as possible so that they can be addressed in enhancing further learning. Research data used for diagnosis are symptoms as well as technostress disorders and information handling solutions. This research succeeded in making an expert system design to diagnose the technostress level of instructor and student learning by applying the Forward chaining method and analyzing calculations IF THEN ELSE, so that the application can measure computer-based learning technology.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to measure the effect of reputation, responsiveness, gift-giving, and recommendation to customer bank switching behavior in the Bank BNI Meulaboh. Independent variables including are reputation, responsiveness, gift-giving, and recommendation. Multiple Regression Analysis methods are chosen by using Liker Scale with 100 samples. The result of this research shows for simultan test that dependent variable brand switching (Y) can be effected by independent variable reputation (XI), responsive (X2), gift-giving (X3) and the last recommendation (X4) with a significant 0, 000 < 0, 05. The result of this research shows for partial test that dependent variable brand switching (Y) can be effected by independent variable reputation (XI) with a significant 0,010 < 0,05 , responsive (X2) with a significant 0,004 < 0,05, gift-giving (X3) with a significant 0,000 < 0,05 and the last recommendation (X4) with a significant 0, 020 < 0, 05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Stock Options (ESOs) on Abnormal Returns with Corporate Governance as a moderating variable. Corporate Governance proxies are independent commissioners, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership. The population in this study were companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the purposive sampling method, 20 samples were obtained and the regression method used was Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that Employee Stock Options (F-SOs) have a significant effect on Abnormal Returns and Corporate Governance is a moderating variable in the relationship between employee stock options (ESOs) and abnormal returns.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of cash turnover and growth in the number of customers on profitability at PT. Bank BRI (Persero) Lhokseumawe branch, Sawang Cash Office, North Aceh. Based on the results of the study illustrates that the increase in cash turnover and the number of customers contributed to increasing the profitability of PT. Bank BRI (Persero) Lhokseumawe branch office, Sawang unit, North Aceh Regency. With high cash flow turnover, banks can channel the proceeds from revolving funds to other productive sectors quickly and accurately, of course with a fluctuating profit level. Thus PT. Bank BRI (Persero) Lhokseumawe branch office, Sawang cash office have contributed to increased economic growth in Aceh in general, North Aceh, in this case Sawang District, North Aceh Regency in particular. This can be seen from the growth of various products and community businesses as well as the use of natural resources as superior products from Sawang District, North Aceh Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of education on employee career development at the Aceh Manpower and Population Mobility Service. population of employees at the Aceh Manpower and Mobility Department as respondents. The data analyzed in this study is primary data in the form of questionnaire circulation. The data is then processed through multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The objects in this study are the facilities, individual abilities, and efforts of the independent variables. performance. The results of this study identify that simultaneously, the variables of Education and Training on the Career Development of Employees at the Aceh Manpower and Population Mobility t-test. The results of the study on the education and training variable (X) obtained tcount = 34,356 while ttable 2,086, the results of this calculation indicate that tcount > ttable with a significance level of 0.000 or the probability is far below = 5%. Thus, the results of statistical calculations show that partially the education and training variables play a significant role in increasing the career development of employees at the Aceh Manpower and Population Mobility Service. Abstract

This research is motivated by the conditions of competition in the business world in Indonesia from time to time which are getting tighter, so companies must create new marketing strategies to maintain and gain a higher market share. As for the problem of this research is whether the influence of availability, product quality, promotion, and price affect the consumer satisfaction of Asus Laptop users in Banda Aceh City. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of each variable, namely availability (XI), product quality (X2), promotion (X3), and price (X4) on consumer satisfaction (Y). The sample in this study were Asus laptop users with 100 respondents as respondents. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling approach with the convenience sampling method. The method of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. From the results of the research, it is known that the price variable (X4) has the smallest coefficient value, while the promotion coefficient value (X3) has the highest coefficient value, followed by product quality (X2) and availability (X 1). From the results of the research, it is also obtained that simultaneously and partially there is a positive and significant influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable, where tcount > ttable dan Fcount > Ftable.

Abstract

This service activity aims to improve the management of the Regional Public Service Unit (BLUD) in Aceh Jaya through a series of workshops, training, and cooperation between various stakeholders. The approach to implementing activities includes identifying critical issues, developing improvement strategies, testing strategies, and improving transparency and financial management. This activity involved local authorities, BLUD staff, local communities, and advocacy groups. The outcomes of this activity include increased financial transparency, increased BLUD employee capacity, tested successful innovation strategies, improved collaboration, increased organizational independence, and perceived benefits. community benefit. This activity also involved teams from Akademi Keuangan Perbankan Nusantara, Universitas Serambi Mekkah, and Universitas Syiah Kuala. Overall, this service has had a positive impact on the management of BLUD in Aceh Jaya, increasing the organization's transparency, efficiency, and independence, and providing better benefits to the community.
