Abstract

    Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di dalam dunia pendidikan dewasa ini berkembang sangat pesat. Fasilitas pembelajaran jarak jauh melalui media internet memungkinkan siswa melakukan pembelajaran mandiri sehingga dapat memperlancar proses belajar mengajar. Selain itu diupayakan pengembangan sistem yang bersifat adaptif sehingga diharapkan mampu mengarahkan proses belajar siswa. Untuk memenuhi harapan ini maka sistem harus dapat memerankan peranan selayaknya seorang pengajar, termasuk di dalamnya melakukan penilaian hasil belajar siswa. Penilaian ini harus dilakukan dengan memperhatikan aturan-aturan penilaian dari seorang pengajar yang berkompeten dibidangnya. Namun karena tidak ada aturan yang jelas dan berlaku umum bagi seorang pengajar dalam melakukan penilaian, maka proses penilaian haruslah dirancang mampu secara adaptif menyesuaikan perhitungannya dengan aturan-aturan penilaian dari pengajar yang menggunakan sistem.    Pada penelitian ini, digunakan pendekatan metode logika fuzzy dan metode jaringan syaraf tiruan dalam melakukan perhitungan penilaian hasil belajar. Dengan menggunakan variabelvariabel penilaian yang bersifat kuantitatif maupun kualitatif sebagai variabel masukan sistem yang disertai aturan-aturan penilaian seorang pengajar sebagai acuan perhitungan, diharapkan dapat menghasilkan hasil penilaian belajar siswa yang mendekati penilaian sebenarnya dari pengajar tersebut.

Abstract

Abstrak Mata kuliah Matematika Diskrit adalah salah satu mata kuliah wajib yang memerlukan ketelitian dan tingkat penalaran yang lebih, sehingga perlu ada bahan pembelajaran yang mampu membantu mahasiswa untuk memahami materi dan berlatih. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dikembangkanlah prototype sistem media konsultasi Matematika Diskret. Metode kecerdasan buatan runut maju dan runut mundur digunakan sebagai alternative untuk melayani pertanyaan-pertannyaan tanpa informasi yang lengkap dari pengguna. Selain mengembangkan sistem, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana perkuliahan dengan menggunakan bantuan media konsultasi dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar mahasiswa khususnya untuk mata kuliah Matematika Diskret dan untuk mengetahui nilai efektivitas dari media konsultasi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan  penalaran  mahasiswa. Dalam pelaksanaan penelitian, subjek penelitian (mahasiswa) dibagi ke dalam dua kelompok dan diberikan perlakuan yang berbeda, yaitu pembelajaran konvensional dan pembelajaran menggunakan bantuan media konsultasi sebagai media belajar mandiri. Prosedur pelaksanaan eksperimen terdiri dari pelaksanaan pre test, pemberian perlakuan, dan post test. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif dilakukan terhadap data-data yang diperoleh dari hasil pre test dan post test, menggunakan analisis statistika deskriptif dan inferensial. Metode pembelajaran menggunakan media konsultasi memberikan peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa yang lebih besar dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional. Pemberian pembelajaran dengan menggunakan bantuan media konsultasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan media konsultasi sebagai media bantu mahasiswa belajar secara mandiri, efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa pada materi matematika diskret. Kata Kunci: forward chainning, matematika diskret, media konsultasi, prototype.  Abstract Discrete Mathematics course is one of the compulsory subjects that require precision and a more level reasoning, so it needs no learning materials that can help students to understand the material and practice. Based on this, it is developing a prototype system Discrete Mathematics media consultation. Artificial intelligence methods trace forward and backward trace is used as an alternative to serving questions-questions arise without complete information of the user. In addition to developing the system, this study also aims to determine the extent of the course with the help of consulting media can improve student achievement, especially for Discrete Mathematics subjects and to determine the effectiveness of media consultancy value in improving student understanding and reasoning. In the conduct of research, research subjects (students) were divided into two groups and given different treatments, namely conventional teaching and learning using media consulting assistance as a self-learning media. The procedure consists of the implementation of the experimental implementation of the pre-test, giving treatment, and post-test. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis of qualitative and quantitative. Quantitative descriptive data analysis performed on the data obtained from the pre-test and post-test, using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The learning method uses a media consultancy provides improved student learning outcomes greater than conventional learning. Provision of learning with the help of media consultancy significantly influence student learning outcome. Thus the results of the consultation showed the use of media as a medium to help students learn independently, effective in improving student understanding of the material discrete mathematics. Keywords: forward chainning, discrete mathematics, media consulting, prototype

Abstract

The diagnosis is a classification of a person based on a disease or abnormality . One classification technique that can be used is Artificial Neural Networks. ANN is an information processing system that has characteristics similar to human nerves, in ANN training data is needed in learning. The learning process in Artificial Neural Networks related to the length of time the learning is done. One way to reduce computing time can be done with the selection feature. In this study, an analysis of the results of the diagnosis of liver disorders using Artificial Neural Networks with feature selection and without feature selection. The test results show that the accuracy of the data obtained by performing feature selection tends to be more stable when compared to the value of data accuracy without feature selection. Besides the learning time required by the data that do feature selection tends to be faster than data that does not do the feature selection.

Abstract

The role of employees is needed to determine the success of a company. Performance appraisal performance is a way to measure the contribution made. One way to do an evaluation is by classifying the data. After the data is grouped into clusters, a ranking is done. Method used The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes. The criteria that will be used as a reference in making decisions are performance, presence and behavior. Very good performance was achieved by contract workers located in cluster 1, contract workers located in cluster 5 received a good rating, contract workers located in cluster 4 received a sufficient rating, contract workers located in cluster 4 received a bad predicate and contract workers located in cluster 3 get a very bad predicate. The purity method is used to measure the purity level of a cluster. The purity value obtained is 0.89 or 89%. Which indicates the accuracy value with the purity test is good because the purity value is close to 1

Abstract

Optimasi penjadwalan dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai metode salah satunya algoritmagenetika. Pada algoritma genetika dilakukan beberapa tahap dalam melakukan optimasipenjadwalan yaitu seleksi, crossover dan mutasi. Pada metode crossover kromosompenjadwalan akan diacak dan ditukarkan dengan kromosom yang lainya. Pada penelitian ini,dilakukan pengembangan terhadap metode crossover yang diambil dari metode crossover yangbiasa dilakukan di algoritma genetika. dimana pada metode crossover pada umumnyamemungkinkan terjadinya kerusakan pada kromosom.Terdapat 2 metode yang dikembangkan, pertama dengan memotong gen hanya pada genyang mengalami bentrok, dan yang kedua merandom gen yang akan dipotong. Gen dipotongsecara utuh tidak memotong ditengah gen, sehingga tidak merusak gen.Analisis terhadap hasil uji coba menunjukan bahwa pengembangan metode crossoverdapat diimplementasikan pada kasus penjadwalan dan terlihat bahwa metode yang memotonggen hanya pada gen yang bentrok lebih cepat mencapai nilai terbaik atau mendekati 1 daripadametode yang hanya merandom gen saja. Dari nilai akhir juga terlihat bahwa metode yangmemotong gen pada gen yang bentrok memiliki nilai akhir lebih baik. Selain itu kedua metodeini mampu meminimalisir kerusakan pada kromosom hasil dari crossover.

Abstract

Breast cancer is still one of the leading causes of death in the world. Prevention can be done if the cancer can be recognized early on whether the cancer is malignant or benign. In this study, a comparison of malignant and benign cancer classifications was performed using two artificial neural network methods, which are the Feed-Forward Backpropagation method and the Elman Recurrent Neural Network method, before and after the feature selection of the data. The result of the study produced that Feed-Forward Backpropagation method using 2 hidden layers is better after the feature selection was performed on the data with an accuracy value of 99,26%.

Abstract

Penggunaan komputer untuk mengolah data mentah telah diterapkan pada berbagai survei yang dilakukan oleh BPS. Namun selain itu, terdapat juga survei yang belum menggunakan sistem informasi. Salah satu survei tersebut adalah Survei IBS Bulanan. Menurut data hasil wawancara yang dilakukan dengan staff BPS Provinsi Bali, hal ini masih menyulitkan staff di tingkat provinsi untuk melakukan validasi terhadap data. Karena dengan penggunaan file excel, data yang dikirim seringkali tidak sesuai dengan persyaratan (tidak clean). Sehingga staff provinsi harus mengecek ulang data-data tersebut. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penulis mencoba mengembangkan sistem yang mampu menangani permasalahan pada Survei (IBS) Bulanan tersebut. Sistem ini dapat mencatat dan mengolah data jenis barang yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan manufaktur pada bulan tertentu secara langsung sehingga proses pengolahan data menjadi lebih efisien. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu terbangun sebuah sistem yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan staf BPS untuk mengentri data IBS Bulanan dan melakukan validasi sehingga data yang terentri merupakan data yang clean.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology requires everyone to adapt. It is the same as the demands of work and school so that everyone should be more able to handle this problem. It is inevitable that the use of laptops today is not something that is a step. Almost all age groups use laptops to do school work, complete office work, or as a medium of entertainment. With so many types of laptops, some people are confused about choosing a laptop. The use of ontology as an information representation technique is a solution to this problem. Ontology can present information or knowledge sources semantically and organize various information resources in a systematic and structured manner. In the development of this ontology will be made using the methontology method. Methontology is one of the ontology model development methodologies which has advantages related to a detailed description of each activity. In addition, methontology also has other advantages, namely the development of ontology that are now made usable for further system development. Therefore, this study is proposed to build an ontology model that represents knowledge about laptops.

Abstract

When on vacation, one of the essential amenities that is needed is the availability of accommodation such as hotel. One of the areas that become a holiday destination is the island of Bali. Being one of the tourist destinations of course many lodgings available in Bali with various facilities offered. The problem facing tourists is when choosing the right lodging that suits your wishes or needs, so in this study will be built a hotel recommendation system in Bali. The purpose of this research is to assist tourists in choosing the right hotel. The study used 78 hotel data sourced from the agoda.com. The methods used in this study are Case Based Reasoning and K-Nearest Neighbor. The result of this study is that the hotel recommendation system in Bali has managed to provide hotel selection recommendations based on 14 features namely district, hotel class, room type, and availability of facilities such as breakfast, swimming pool, television, gym, air conditioner, scenery, and nightly stay price. Based on black box testing, it is obtained the result that the hotel recommendation system in Bali can function properly.
