Abstract

Many theories or concepts Early Childhood Education (ECD) of the various countries, this time put forward the concept of early childhood education in Indonesia is animated by the idea created by Ki Hajar Dewantara, Founder of University Park students. Actually, the concept of Ki Hajar Dewantara pads principle that a combination of theory Froebel (German) and Montessori (Italy) adjusted to the Indonesian culture. Indonesian culture is very broad and complex to be developed and preserved. In addition there are other universities that INS jugs (Indonesische National School) Kayutanam in West Sumatra led by Mohammad Sjafei, Muhammadiyah in Yogyakarta led KH Moh. Dahlan, Boarding Schools in some areas and the Peoples University in Jakarta, but not much to talk about early childhood education.Keywords: innovation, globalization, early childhood

Abstract

Managerial early childhood leadership strategy is an effort to coaching is aimed at children from birth to age six years conducted through the provision of educational stimulation to assist the growth and development physically and mentally so that children have a readiness in entering further education.Managerial early childhood leadership strategy has the function of instruction, consultative, exemplary, participatory, and delegation. From beberapi function can be used as an alternative in order to smooth the lead agency early childhood, growing, quality, socially acceptable and worthwhile in human life in the future.Keywords: strategy, leadership, managerial, early childhood

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the impact of learning model and classroom management on the self-regulation of five-to-six-year-old children of Group B Kindergarten in Banten in 2017. It used research method of factorial design 2X2 to explain the difference of children’s self-regulation who got the treatment of learning model and classroom management. The research results: 1) there was an impact of learning model on self-regulation, 2) there was an impact of classroom management on self-regulation, 3) there was an interaction impact between learning model and classroom management on self-regulation, 4) children who were in the center-based classroom management and learned with learning cycle model had higher self-regulation than children who learned with scientific approach model, 5) children who learned with learning cycle model and were in the center-based classroom management had higher self-regulation than children who were in group classroom management. The implication of the research is that combining learning cycle model and center-based classroom management will support the success of the self-regulation development, which is the main provision of the early childhood school readiness.

Abstract
