Abstract

Writing skill is a skill that is more complex than other skills. Writing is a skill that is done indirectly develop creativity, courage and confidence.This activity provides many benefits to students. The aims of the study to determine the effect of using the experiential learning model on the ability to write text in nursing students of the Health Institute the DELI HUSADA Deli Tua 2019/2020.The sample of this research is one class of 40 students selected by cluster sampling. The data collection technique used was in the form of assignment questions carried out in the pretest and posttest. The data analysis technique used is the normality test using the F test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing using the t test. The hypothesis in this study was tested with the t test at the significant level α = 0.05. From the calculation data, it was obtained that the average of the pretest was 56.85 and the average of the posttest was 77.25, tcount> ttable (10.680> 2.02439). the hypothesis is null that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. With the research results, can be concluded that the Experiential Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in writing poetry texts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of the use of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) Model on the Students' Ability to analyze the content and language of drama reading at SMA Bina Guna Tanah Jawa Balimbing, Kec. Tanah Jawa, Simalungun Regency in 2020/2021. This research was conducted based on  5 classes with a total population of class , of 160 students. From the population, a sample of 32 students was assigned to one class, selected by cluster sampling, namely class XI IPA 1. The data collection technique was used to measure students’ learning outcomes in the form of assignment questions carried out on the pretest and posttest. The data analysis technique used is normality test using F test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing using t test. The hypothesis in this study was tested by t-test at a significant level = 0.05. From the calculation of the data it was seen that  t-count t-table (10.3722000). Thus the null hypothesis is that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the results, it can be concluded that the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) Model can improve students’ learning outcomes in analyzing the content and language of drama.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: whether the use of video is more effective than using audio inimproving students' pharmacists 'speaking skills. Find out whether the use of video is moreeffective than general media use in improving students' speaking skills. Whether audio usage moreeffective rather than using conventional media in improving students 'speaking skills. Find outwhich media is the most effective among the use of Video, Audio, and conventional media onimproving students' speaking skills. This research is an experimental study using Quasi PretestPost-test Control Group design. The research sample was students pharmacist class 1A, 1B, and1C taken by a simple cluster random sampling technique. This research shows that video usage isthe most effective medium among all of them, and the use of video is more effective than usingaudio in improving students ' speaking skills.

Abstract

Background: online game addiction is one form of addiction that is non-physical, indicated by unhealthy behavior with compulsiveness or continuous behavior in playing online games to get satisfaction so that it will be difficult to stop or limit it even though the behavior causes some social and emotional problems. Method: this study was conducted by Analytical Survey with Cross-Sectional approach. Research Results: there is a relationship between online game addiction and sleep patterns in adolescents aged 16-18 years (value p = 0.004 <α 0.05). Conclusion: adolescents who are addicted to online games with disturbed sleep patterns are more numerous than adolescents who are not addicted to sleep patterns of adolescents who not disturbed. Suggestion: it is expected that all parents pay more attention to their children in using the internet (playing online games), not to be addicted because it will endanger the child's future and the child's sleep patterns will also be disrupted due to lack of sleep.

Abstract

Teenagers, who are studying at Junior High Schools, are in their puberty. In general, teenagers undergo various problems and difficulties in adjusting themselves to their environment in their puberty. The objective of the research was to find out the correlation between family support and female teenagers behavior in their physical change in their puberty at SMP Negeri 1 Deli Tua tahun 2020. The research used an analytic method with cross sectional design. It was conducted in September 2014 to February 2015. The population was 137 grade VII female students of SMP Negeri 1 Deli Tua tahun 2020and 68 of them were used as the samples. The data were analyzed by using chi square test and multiple logistic regression analysis. The result of the research showed that there was the correlation of emotional (p=0.004), information support (p=0.000), and instrumental support (p=0.002) with the behavior (knowledge, attitude, and action) of female teenagers in their puberty. The variable of information support had the most dominant correlation with the female teenagers behavior at Exp (B) of 5.591. It is recommended that the management of the school provide more knowledge and information about the puberty period for their students, especially female students by upgrading them periodically in the knowledge of reproduction health. It is also recommended that parents discuss with their daughters about the change toward puberty and guide them in digging up information about puberty without any fear so that they can be familiar in their daily activities.

Abstract

Introduction: In this online learning, the role of parents becomes bigger. If online, parents usually only accompany learning to supervise. In these cases, parents must be the teacher for their children. Objective: to find out the relationship between the role of parents and online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at Deli Husada Deli Tua health institute in 2021 Research Methods: This type of research uses quantitative research with a cross sectional research design, which was conducted on 30 parents whose children are doing online learning at home. The role of parents in online learning Based on the table of cross tabulation of the relationship between the role of parents and online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at Deli Husada Deli Tua health institute in 2021 Research Results: The role of parents is very good with online learning very good as many as 7 people (46.7%), the role of parents is very good with online learning is quite good 8 people (53.3%), the role of parents is very good with learning Poor online 0 (0.0%),The role of parents is quite good with online learning very good as many as 2 people (20.0%), the role of parents is quite good with online learning is good enough as many as 6 people (60.0%), the role of parents is quite good with online learning is not good as many as 2 people (20.0%), the role of parents is not good with online learning very good as much as 1 (20.0%), The role of parents is not good with online learning is quite good as many as 3 (60.0%), the role of parents is not good with online learning is not good as much as 1 person (20.0%).Based on the results of statistical tests and data processing using chi square calculations with the help of SPSS version 21 for windows, the P value = 0.002 (P < 0.05) Conclusion: it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the relationship between the role of parents and online learning in Deli Husada Deli Tua health institute in 2021.

Abstract

Abstract Distance learning is an electronic-based learning process. This online learning system has no access restrictions, this allows learning to take more time. Interest in learning is one of the most important factors for the success of students' learning, interest arises from within the students themselves. Factors from outside the interest in learning are how the teacher teaches. The role of the teacher is very important to foster student interest in learning, one of which is by teaching in a fun way, providing constructive motivation. The aim of the research is to find out whether there is a relationship between online learning and student learning interest during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses quantitative research methods with a cross sectional survey approach. The sampling method is using probability sampling technique with random sampling with a total sample of 109 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire sheet. The results of the statistical test using the chi-square test with = 0.05 showed that there was a relationship between online learning and student interest in learning during the covid-19 pandemic with a value of sig. (2-tailed) thus Ho was rejected. This study shows that there is a relationship between online learning and student interest in learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMK SINGOSARI Deli Tua in 2022.

Abstract

Intradialytic Exercise didefinisikan sebagai pergerakan terencana, terstruktur yang dilakukan untuk memperbaiki atau memelihara satu atau lebih aspek kebugaran fisik. Intradialytic exercise yang dilakukan pada saat hemodialisa dapat meningkatkan aliran darah otot, memperbesar jumlah kapiler serta memperbesar luas dan permukaan kapiler sehingga meningkatkan perpindahan urea dan toksin dari jaringan ke vaskuler yang kemudian dialirkan ke dializer atau mesin. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya Pengaruh Intradialytic Exercise Terhadap Penurunan Tekanan Darah Pada Pasien Hemodialisa di Rumah Sakit Grandmed Lubuk Pakam. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pra eksperimental dengan penelitian (one-group pre-post test design). Yang dilakukan pada 55 orang pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani terapi hemodialisa di Rumah Sakit Grandmed Lubuk Pakam yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2021. Bedasarkan tabel Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa nilai Z pada sistol post test – sistol pre test yaitu -5,787 dengan nilai sig ( p = 0,000 0,005) dan nilai Z pada diastol post test – diastol pre test yaitu -6,205 dengan nilai sig ( p = 0,000 0,005) sehingga dapat diasumsikan bahwa ada pengaruh intradilaytic exercise terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada pasien hemodialisa di Rumah Sakit Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Tahun 2021

Abstract

Psychological problems that arise in the form of sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, and emotional stress. Sleep is one of the basic needs that everyone needs. The need for rest and sleep must be sufficient for the body to concentrate, make decisions and participate in daily activities. The type of research is descriptive analytic research using a cross sectional approach. The population in this study is all class XI IPA 1 and XI IPA 2 in SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar as to function normally. Lack of sleep will have an impact on the decreased ability many as 71 people and as many as 42 people as samples with simple random sampling method. Data obtained by interview using a questionnaire and analyzed by chi square test. From the results of the chi square test (α < 0.05), it shows that there is a significant relationship between smartphone use and sleep quality disorders in adolescents (α = 0.00) and the test results show that there is a relationship between smartphone use and sleep quality disorders in adolescents ( =0.00). It is hoped that adolescents will increase their knowledge that excessive smartphone use can cause sleep quality disorders in adolescents

Abstract

Stress is a psychological response to various stressors that can occur in every individual, including high school students. Stress can be one of the factors that can affect a person's learning achievement. During the Covid-19 pandemic, students were directed to take part in the online learning process, which caused most students to get various kinds of stressors that caused stress to have an impact on learning achievement. Learning achievement is an indicator of student learning outcomes obtained from teaching and learning activities carried out. This study aims to determine the relationship between stress and student achievement in class XI at SMA N 1 Deli Tua. This study uses a cross-sectional research design which was conducted in January 2021 at SMA N 1 Deli Tua. The sample of this study amounted to 71 students who have different stress level criteria. Stress level data was collected using the standard DASS-42 questionnaire, and learning achievement data used a documentation technique, namely the recap of the average value of semester 2 report. The data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results of the study with the chi-square test obtained p value = 0.001 <0.05, so Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant relationship between stress and student achievement in class XI at SMA N 1 Deli Tua. The conclusion of this study shows that there is a significant relationship between stress and online learning achievement results during Covid-19 in class XI MIA students at SMA Negeri 1 Deli Tua in 2021.
