Abstract

Cauliflower is one of vegetable commodities mostly consumed. The study aimed to determine fertigation interval and application of soil ameliorants including the types, doses, and frequency that are appropriate for the growth and productivity of cauliflower plants in coastal sandy land. The research was carried out in the sandy beach area of Jetis, Banjarsari Village, Nusawungu District, Cilacap Regency from April 2017 to September 2017. The study was arranged in Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) factorial split plot. Data were analyzed by ANOVA followed by DMRT at 5 %. The results showed that (1) the fertigation interval did not significantly affect the growth, yield and physiology variables of cauliflower plants; (2) the frequency of soil ameliorants application had significant effect on the variable growth and yield of cauliflower plants. The application of soil ameliorants every season gave the best results compared to application every two seasons; (3) the application of soil ameliorants of Vertisol soil and manure could increase growth and yield variables compared but did not affect the physiology of cauliflower plants.

Abstract

Pemenuhan kualitas produk, pelayanan, kepercayaan pelanggan merupakan salah satu faktor yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan toko online Tokopedia.com. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh langsung kualitas produk dan layanan terhadap kepercayaan dan loyalitas pelanggan, adakah pengaruh kualitas produk dan layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepercayaan sebagai variabel intervening. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung kualitas produk dan layanan terhadap kepercayaan dan loyalitas pelanggan, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepercayaan sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Tokopedia.com yang berdomisili atau beraktivitas di kawasan Kelapa Gading dan sekitarnya yang telah melakukan transaksi dengan Tokopedia.com minimal 2 kali, pengambilan sampel sebanyak 200 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. for Mac. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan antar variabel t-statistik dalam lima interaksi pengaruh langsung, yaitu: (1) Kualitas Produk Terhadap Kepercayaan (6.199), (2) Pelayanan Kepercayaan (5.906), (3) Kualitas Produk Terhadap Loyalitas (3.239) ), (4) Layanan terhadap Loyalitas (5,751), dan (5) Kepercayaan pada Loyalitas (4,124). Sedangkan hasil perhitungan pengaruh tidak langsung juga menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan merupakan variabel mediasi antara Quality of Products to Loyalty (3.566) dan Service to Loyalty (3.194). Kata Kunci: kualitas produk, layanan, kepercayaan, loyalitas pelanggan

Abstract

Cauliflower is one of the vegetables that have the ability to adapt to coastal sandy land. Cauliflower production can be increased by extensification efforts using coastal sandy land. The research aimed to determine the type of liquid organic fertilizer, the fertilization interval of liquid organic fertilizer, and the appropriate dose of nitrogen fertilizer for the growth and productivity of cauliflower plant on coastal sandy land. The research was conducted in Jetis sandy beach, Banjarsari Village, Nusawungu Sub-district, Cilacap Regency. The study was conducted from August 2017 to November 2017. The experiment was arranged in a Factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD). Data were analyzed by F test followed by DMRT 5%. The results showed that (1) type of artificial liquid organic fertilizer gave best result on the dry root weight and chlorophyll b. (2) The 9-day-interval of liquid organic fertilizer application interval gave the best result on the fresh root weight and fresh plant weight, while the 4-day-interval of liquid organic fertilizer application gave the best result on dry flower weight. (3) The doses of N fertilizer significantly affected leaf area, root volume, fresh root weight, fresh leaf weight, dry leaf weight, fresh plant weight, dry plant weight, fresh stem weight, dry stick weight, fresh flower weight, flower weight dry, and flower diameter.

Abstract

This paper discusses the concept of the development of consumer engagement, in the era of globalization will increasingly play a role, because the pressure from competitors requires companies to invest more time and resources to strengthen marketing. Marketing theory past few decades has shifted along with the emergence of virtual marketing. Exploit­ing social media caused by the development of information technology also accelerates the change. Customer behavior also changes with the new media, the offender business also must change to be more creatively capture opportunities. Creativity needs to be done to increase consumer engagement is a very important thing to do, so that producers and consumers relationship is maintained. This concept is an approach to building a portfolio of customers and connect with customers across manufacturers. The article also looks more closely related to the ability of the process of marketing, customer engagement and com­mercialization. Another approach of this concept is to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, which leads to a commitment to spread the word of mouth is positive. Abstract

National seed systems still relying on the conventional production system and still need to increase the capacity of efficient seed potatoes technology to achieve independence seed producers in potato production centers. Empowerment of seed breeders through aeroponic technology is expected to increase the motivation of people in the implementation of the national potato seed technology innovation. Activities include training to enlighten the knowledge aspect of aeroponic technology innovation and national potato seed system. Making demonstration plots and aeroponic systems sterile media net home with intensive support can convince the public of the benefits of aeroponic technology for seed potatoes and potato agribusiness community. In general, the activities have been carried out according to plan with the physical performance of the activity by 100%, and the implementation of training activities and demonstration plots rewind time because farmers are not ready due to the busyness of the growing season as well as the financing of late. Seed potato training activities held on July 19, 2014, in the House of Mr. Warsono. Training materials presented include Aeroponic Technology in Potato Breeding, Seed Potato System National Potato Cultivation Technology Conservation and Production Systems Business Media sterile in Potato Quality. Through the training forum also gathered information on the seed and potato cultivation by farmers as well as to evaluate the implementation of the technology transfer to the questionnaire questions in the form of pre-test and post-test. Increasing knowledge about seed potato growers in aeroponics, and also increase its capacity as seed kentan. Seed potatoes (seeding) is aeroponics and seeding potato in sterile media has been practiced by farmers and plants grow normally. Farmers optimistic partners can perform independently seed potatoes after following the steps in training activities.
