Abstract

The development of security system is a positive development on reducing society’s anxiety of criminal act such as theft. The security systems that are being developed today are mostly home security systems, motor cycle and cars. So far, the security system for paddy fields or agricultural fields has been minimal studied. So far, security system in farming land has been studied but in minimum frequency, such as in orange field where thefts often occur even farmers had surrounded their farming land with fences. This device made of Pir Sensor that could detect humans, it uses ATmeg328P-PU as the CPU, SIM 800L as media or device in sending messages and battery as power source. Designing this device is easy enough and affordable, this device capable in calling registered phone number in pseudecode that had been input into the program.

Abstract

Deteksi warna merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk tracking objek maupun klasifikasi benda dalam robotic dan aplikasi lainnya. Dalam paper ini dibahas mengenai deteksi warna primer dengan memanfaatkan webcam yang terdapat pada laptop. Inisialisasi awal variable HSV amatlah penting untuk menentukan warna yang diinginkan. Berdasarkan variable warna dapat didefinisikan dan dilakukan deteksi lebih lanjut. Dari hasil percobaan, terdapat non objek yang tedeteksi akibat system yang bersifat real-time sehingga diperlukan tambahan machine learning sebagai penstabil data yang ditangkap kamera.

Abstract

Abstract - Research has been carried out on power generators using thermoelectric or Peltier elements, with the aim of knowing how much output or output voltage the module produces by varying the temperature entered into the Peltier module. Peltier element is a material that can convert a certain temperature difference into electrical energy using the principle of the Seebeck effect. In this research, a thermoelectric generator module is designed using a Peltier element type SP184827145SA. This study aims to determine the characteristics of the power generated by the thermoelectric generator module with a series of Peltier elements with a given temperature variation, the voltage generated by the thermoelectric element is proportional to the temperature given on the high temperature side, the higher the temperature given, the greater the voltage. which are issued. From the research, it was found that when the Peltier heat temperature reaches 70ᵒc it can produce an output of 1.49v, while when the temperature gets lower the lower the voltage generated

Abstract

Ancaman penularan Virus Covid-19 salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh perilaku dan lingkungan kurang sehat pada suatu tempat manusia menjalani aktifitas. Seringkali tempat kerja belum cukup disiplin menjalankan protocol kesehatan. Minimnya pengetahuan dan kebiasaan memicu meningkatnya populasi yang rentan untuk tertular atau menularkan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi tentang bahaya dan pencegahan penularan Covid-19 ditempat kerja. Edukasi yang diberikan meliputi langkah yang diambil atau protokol kesehatan dari pemerintah untuk diterapkan diantaranya, jaga jarak minimal 1 meter antar individu, selalu pakai masker jika beraktifitas di luar rumah, sering mencuci tangan, menggunakan handsanitizer dan lain sebagaianya. Dengan memberikan bantuan hand sanitizer otomatis mampu meminimalisir keborosan terhadap penggunaan cairan handsanitizer.

Abstract

Getuk merupakan jajanan tradisional berbahan dasar singkong yang masih banyak digemari masyarakat. Usaha mikro dan usaha kecil produksi getuk umumnya masih menggunakan proses produksi tradisional atau manual dan pemasaran dengan penjualan langsung. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan screw extruder dan packaging untuk kelompok usaha getuk singkong di Tegaldlimo Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Kelompok usaha ini memiliki permasalahan teknis berupa peralatan produksi dan permasalahan manajemen berupa kemasan produk dan pemasaran. Proses produksi memiliki kendala dalam pelumatan singkong kukus dan pencampuran karena proses manual membutuhkan waktu proses yang relatif lama. Selain itu, pengoperasian peralatan manual dengan tangan beresiko terhadap kelelahan, bahkan cidera. Penyerahan alat didampingi tim teknis terkait kelistrikan dan aspek mekanis. Implementasi screw extruder diprediksi dapat mengurangi waktu produksi sampai 50% dan meningkatkan kapasitas produksi harian sampai dua kali lipat. Pelaksanaan seluruh kegiatan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan omset harian mitra sampai dua kali lipat. Kata kunci: getuk, singkong, screw extruder, kemasan

Abstract

Abstract – This paper discusses about a service shop at distric of Banyuwangi. The difficulty of service shop such as manajerial, spare-part order, and delivery system was experienced. Not only car repair shop, but also motorbike repair shop. The mobile spare-part application (MSPA) is proposed with the smartphone of integration system. The MSPA is directly connected an internet to track, to delivery, to suggest the near location based on the best service. The result shows that the MSPA can reduce a queing system, spare part ordering time, and the fast delivery. The system is designed to accomplish for any problem of service shops at Banyuwangi. Keyword: Service Shop, Internet, Mobile Spare-Part Application.

Abstract

Abstract – This paper describes the concept of energy independent educational tourism on Ria Bomo beach, Banyuwangi. Educational tourism is implemented to help the community's economy after the COVID-19 pandemic. The decline in post-pandemic tourists from 35,035 to 689 visitors, so that it has an impact on MSME business actors and tourism managers. Therefore, the community service team proposed the use of natural resources by implementing PLTS and PLTB as an effort to encourage business actors. The application of PLTS and PLTB is conceptualized as an education for tourists visiting Ria Bomo beach. The results of applying the concept show that the increase in tourist visitors is 10% on Monday-Friday. While tourist visitors on Saturday-Sunday to 20%. This concept is applied for education and piloting at beach destinations throughout Banyuwangi Regency.

Abstract

Bomo Beach, which is managed by community groups to become a tourist attraction, has the potential for renewable energy in the form of solar and wind energy. This potential can be harnessed and converted into electrical energy. This study aims to design energy education media for solar power plants and wind power plants at Bomo beach, Banyuwangi regency. The design is carried out in accordance with the natural management of tourist beach. The power plant designed is the integration of the solar power plant system (PLTS) and the wind power plant system (PLTB). Solar power plants use solar panels while PLTB uses horizontal shaft wind turbines and vertical shafts. The energy housing is made as a power store with a 12 volts battery. The design results show that the integration design of solar power plants and PLTB can be applied as an energy education media.

Abstract

Bomo Beach in the Rogojampi sub-district, Banyuwangi district is one of the beaches managed by the local community as a tourist beach. This tourist beach has problems in the form of no electricity. This community service activity aims to develop Bomo tourist beaches based on alternative energy power generation education. The activity was carried out with management partners, namely the Kelompok Masyarakat Pengawas Perikanan (Pokmaswas) Benteng Samudra. Energy education activities are carried out by building energy houses equipped with solar panels as solar power generators (PLTS) and 2 windmills as wind power generators (PLTB). Implementation of activities provides benefits in the form of electricity supply that can be used as lighting and other needs. Activities provide the potential for new business development for the surrounding community and increase the number of visitors.

Abstract

Energi angin sebagai pembangkit listrik di Indonesia sudah banyak dimanfaatkan, namun masih mengalami kendala terutama disebabkan oleh kecepatan angin rata-rata yang relatif rendah yaitu antara 2,5 sampai 6 m/s. Potensi angin yang melimpah dapat dimanfaatkan untuk merancang turbin angin yang sesuai yaitu turbin angin tipe vertikal. Perancangan turbin angin sumbu vertikal menggunakan empat sudu dilakukan dengan variasi besar sudut untuk menentukan tingkat efisiensi turbin angin sehingga menghasilkan daya optimum. Pengujian turbin angin dilakukan pada 3 kecepatan angin yang berbeda-beda yaitu  4 m/s, 5 m/s, 6 m/s. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa daya listrik terbesar dihasilkan pada pengujian turbin angin sumbu vertikal dengan kecepatan angin 6 m/s yaitu sebesar 138 W. Hasil pengambilan data penelitian ini untuk putaran poros turbin pada kecepatan angin 4 m/s menghasilkan putaran 375,6 rpm, sedangkan pada kecepatan angin 5 m/s menghasilkan putaran poros 469,5 rpm dan kecepatan angin 6 m/s menghasilkan putaran poros 563,4 rpm.
