Abstract

The corona-19 virus is a new disease that emerged in 2019 and is very dangerous for the health of the human body. To prevent the spread of the corona-19 virus in Indonesia, including in Central Sulawesi, the government implemented a health protocol policy. This study aims to determine the public's perception of health protocol policies by the government. The research uses qualitative methods. The informants consisted of the people of Nupabomba Village as a trans-Sulawesi route. Data collection techniques using observation and in-depth interviews. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the public can provide positive perceptions related to policies regarding the prevention of the corona virus-19. This perception is marked by a responsibility to comply with health rules and be able to explain well to fellow people related to the dangers of covid-19 so that habit patterns must be changed by using masks, washing hands in running water, maintaining distance, reducing mobility, and staying away from crowds.

Abstract

Abstract- WHO has deemed the Covid-19 pandemic to be a regional outbreak, Indonesia is one of the pandemic nations. This paper seeks to see the capacity of the world to cope with the global pandemic and the provision of resources through the supply chain policy. Here, we analyse the supply-chain effects of a set of idealized lockdown scenarios, using the latest global trade modelling framework. We find that supply-chain losses that are related to initial COVID-19 lockdowns are largely dependent on the number of countries imposing restrictions and that losses are more sensitive to the duration of a lockdown than its strictness. There are three essential topics in this paper: 1) the sense of urgency; 2) the national government's legislative and structural supply chain policy’s; and 3) the pandemic regional headquarters. The data collection is carried out through scientific journals, online news, reports, and academic forums with public policy and health experts. The findings of this paper indicate that Indonesia is still in difficulty in coping with a global pandemic in the context of the international crisis. Likewise, at the beginning of the outbreak in Indonesia, the system of contact between central and regional representatives seems to be not well organized.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the title Policy Effectiveness for the Implementation of Handling Covid 19 in Palu City. The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of the Covid 19 Handling Policy in Palu City and to describe the factors that hinder the Covid 19 handling policy in Palu City. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative research method, by describing and analyzing phenomena and symptoms that occur in the field. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Covid19 Handling Policy in Palu City is quite effective, but not optimal, because there are still many people who do not care about the policies of the Palu City Government, because they have to meet the economic needs of their families so that they continue to do activity as usual. While the inhibiting factors for the Covid-19 handling policy are the existence of hoaxes about Covid19, there is no agreement on determining the zone, the lack of public understanding about how vulnerable they are to Covid-19; Lack of public understanding of the benefits of health protocols; Lack of information/guidance to encourage people to take health protocol efforts; Lack of access to implementation of health protocols (availability of masks, soap, hand sanitizer).
