Abstract

Media penyampaian informasi running text merupakan suatu inovasi yang menarik dalam perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini. Informasi yang disampaikan pada umumnya diterima melalui berita dengan tulisan yang ditulis pada media cetak, internet dan lain-lain yang terkadang ada kejenuhan dalam membaca. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan informasi yang diterima oleh pengguna tidak akurat karena adanya keraguan saat informasi diterima dan mengurangi ketertarikan untuk membaca informasi. Running text yang beredar saat ini dengan kontrol komputer kadang terkendala pada ketersediaan PC saat mengontrol dan device sinkronisasinya yang harus ada untuk bisa mensetting running text sesuai input yang dimasukkan oleh user. Kecepatan transfer informasi sangat berpengaruh terhadap output, melalui teknologi android saat ini yang sudah canggih dimanfaatkan untuk control running text yang up to date, relatif lebih aman dan ramah lingkungan pada pemakaian dengan control led tipe TF-S6UW yang memiliki kemudahan dalam acces data pada android, kecepatan dan karakteristik text. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dengan output karakter i yang ditampilkan pada papan running text mulai 1 sampai dengan 25 karakter diperoleh besar nilai tegangan yang stabil pada 12 Vdc, dan nilai arus yang semakin bertambah sesuai dengan banyaknya dot led yang menyala mulai dari 1 Adc sampai dengan 2,1 Adc.

Abstract

All processes that work must be controlled by a system that can be controlled with the aim of increasing efficiency and minimizing the risk of errors. Likewise the production process with a system that can be controlled, in this case in the process of separating goods based on certain criteria as needed with PLC as the basis of control will make a combination of a complex and interrelated system to improve the performance of the system. Analysis of loading prototype of a separator system based on PLC-based altitude, with a power supply voltage of 12 Volt DC to run a prototype system, it was found that the load that can be passed on each data conveyor loading on 12volt dc motor conveyor performance eg-530ad-2f is a load starting from 10-120 gr where the drive used is a 12 Volt DC motor with coupled by a 5mm elastic rubber van, with overall required current of 2.15 A, the required voltage is 12Vdc ± 8.99%.

Abstract

Livelihoods as fishermen are the backbone for people who live near the coast, it is not much different from the people in Jobokuto village, Jepara Regency who also work as fishermen, so far the catches of fishermen after getting catches of fish are directly sold to middlemen or local fish auction sites, so that fishermen cannot increase fish catches to be processed into commodities that have high economic value so that their economy can increase. Based on this description, service activities are carried out to fishermen by providing training ranging from the potential of fisheries, the superiority of GPS and Sounder technology, increased catches on processed fish and stabilization of processed fish equipment ranging from fish shredder, shredded cooker, shredded slicer, bender, spinner as well as tools fish smoke. Some of these activities are expected to result in the end that fishermen SMEs can develop their businesses, increase catches and sales, and improve the welfare of fishermen in Jepara Regency. The activity is also expected to be a pilot project for other fishermen in the district in implementing fishing technology using a fish finder with the use of appropriate technology that is environmentally friendly.

Abstract

The increased interest in students in the field of Electronic Control is influenced by many factors, with family backgrounds, relationships, future expectations, development of science and technology and teachers. The implementation of the Community Service Program Based on Development of Foster Schools in Manba'ul Huda Dukuhseti, Pati Vocational School with the activities in the form of training and assistance in the use of electronic and computer software skills as additional knowledge in developing HR capabilities. Student Competency Improvement Training Related to Electronic and Computer Control Systems, namely programming and Arduino Uno application to create a led light control that can function according to a program made by each student. Abstract

Mitra kelompok usaha Selera U desa Jobokuto adalah UKM diantara sekian ratus kelompok yang ada di kabupaten Jepara uang berlokasi di daerah pesisir laut Jepara, kendala umum yang dirasakan yaitu tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat yang masih rendah, terutama dalam menghasilkan produk olahan ikan yang bermutu. Salah satu upaya untuk mempercepat pengembangan kelompok Selera U berdasarkan potensi yang dimilikiya yaitu peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan dalam produksi pangan dengan peran serta pelaksana Pengabdian kepada masyarakat UNISNU Jepara dalam skim Program Pengembangan Produk Unggulan Daerah yang didanai oleh Kemenristekdikti pelaksanaan tahun kedua, yaitu dengan melaksanakan kegiatan workshop kepada kelompok Selera U, mulai dari 1. Workhsop penerapan protokol kesehatan terkait Covid 19 pada pengolahan produk olahan ikan, 2. Workshop Peran diversifikasi produk olahan ikan terhadap ketahanan pangan, 3. Workshop pengaruh pedagang terhadap minat beli konsumen, 4. Workshop pemanfaatan internet marketing sebagai media promosi pemasaran produk. Metode yang dilakukan adalah demonstrasi dan peragaan, melalui pelatihan, praktek dan pendampingan yang intensif, anggota kelompok mengikuti dengan antusias dan aktif. Peserta pelatihan ikut mempraktekan pembuatan produk hasil olahan perikanan. Kegiatan bersifat dua arah, sehingga peserta dapat melakukan diskusi jika ada permasalahan dalam melakukan kegiatan produksi olahan perikanan. kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat diharapkan akan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan pengolahan hasil perikanan. Dengan demikian dapat meningkatkan konsumsi protein ikan di masyarakat, dapat dijadikan sebagai kelompok usaha yang dapat meningkatakan perekonomian kelompok Selera U dan masyarakat Desa Jobokuto di Jepara.

Abstract

The development of tools that are increasingly modern from time to time where one of them is a poultry egg incubator, temperature is a major factor in hatching poultry eggs, the market demand is greater than production. By taking advantage of technological developments, breeders can use egg incubators. The purpose of this tool is to create temperature control in the box that is evenly distributed in the poultry egg incubator so that hatching success is higher. The method used is development by searching for material, designing tools and then making egg incubators with size (50x40x50) cm, and installing four Dht-11 sensors at each corner of the incubator, data collection to analysis. Testing the DHT-11 sensor at a setting point of 38oC from the four sensors, during the daytime test it takes 10 minutes to reach a temperature of 38oC from the four sensors, and the temperature is stable in the range of 37oC-39oC. The results of this study are in the form of testing the DHT-11 sensor at night, it takes 12 minutes for the four sensors to reach the setting point of 38oC, from testing for one hour with data collection every two minutes the temperature is stable in the range of 37oC-39oC from the four sensors installed on the four corners of the rack on the egg incubator. Tests of ultrasonic sensors one and two get readings if the distance is less than 40 cm then the buzzer will light up. Telegram testing results where the temperature status in the egg incubator box can be accessed at any time.

Abstract

This study will analyze the suitability of the lighting and air conditioning systems installed with the provisions of SNI-6197-2011 and SNI-6390-2011, the value of energy consumption intensity in all buildings will be calculated and analyzed according to the regulation of the minister of energy and mineral resources 13 of 2012, and estimate possible opportunities. The results show that the value of energy consumption intensity is included in the very wasteful criteria, namely 50.38 kW/m2, so it is necessary to increase the energy audit, the most energy saving that is most likely to be done is high costs by replacing lighting equipment and air conditioning systems, for lighting systems by changing the type of lighting. 36W 36W TL lamps, 14.7W LED tube lamps and 18W PL lamps become 10W LED bulb lamps, while for the air conditioning system by replacing non-inverter coolers into inverter coolers and adjusting the cooling capacity according to the BTU/h needs of each room, thus saving electrical energy which is obtained is 138,399.49 kWh per month or if converted into Rp. 164,762,338.54 and the intensity of energy consumption is reduced to 13.66 kWh/m2 which is classified as quite efficient.

Abstract

Electricity supply must be able to reach all users, including those on small islands in Indonesia, one of which is Karimunjawa Island. Starting in 2016 Karimunjawa Island is supplied by 2 units of Legon Bajak Diesel Power Plant (PLTD) with a capacity of 2x2.2 MW. Based on the peak electricity demand on Karimunjawa Island, each month from January 2017 to December 2018 increased by about 3.9% with an hourly peak load of 1,146 kWh. The average consumption of PLTD Legon Bajak every month in 2018 is 194,877 liters / month. The higher the kWh production of a PLTD, the higher the operational costs for fuel. In addition to the high price of fuel, combustion results from PLTD operations also cause air pollution. Based on these problems in this study will analyze the optimization of the kWh Legon Bajak PLTD using a wind turbine generator model b.ventus 250 kW of 3 units with an assumption of 50% of the peak load, because on Karimunjawa Island has a high enough wind energy potential. The average wind speed from 2004 to 2015 in several areas of Karimunjawa Island was 5.7 m / s. In this study will calculate technical analysis and economic analysis. In the technical analysis the wind turbine generator power output is calculated using the weibull method based on wind speed and power curve b.ventus 250 kW while the economic analysis calculates the cost of fuel savings that can be achieved after optimization calculations. Calculation results show wind turbine power output of 990,981 kWh / year. Based on the specific value of fuel consumption (SFC) of 0.432 liters / kWh fuel consumption during 2017 amounted to 1,605,453.9 liters / year while for 2018 it was 2,338,528.1 liters / year. From the 3 wind turbine electricity supply of 2,972,943 kWh / year, it will reduce fuel consumption by 1,284,311.4 liters / year with a saving cost of Rp.15,989,291,338.00. The amount of optimization of the kWh PLTD after the supply of 3 units of b.ventus 250 kW wind turbine model in 2017 was 80% while in 2018 it was 54.9%.
