Abstract

Fuzzy logic is widely applied in various fields, such as industry, communications, etc. Fuzzy logicwas developed to solve an obscure problem. The problem that arises in the production at MSMEsSongket Silungkang and Songket Pandai Sikek at this time is that there is no system used as areference in determining the amount of production in the future. Where this method can utilizedemand and supply data in the past which is then processed with fuzzy stages so as to produceproduction figures. The government has prioritized the development of the Silungkang songkethandicraft business, which is a regional specialty, in order to enter the export market. In the earlystages, the priority of the regional government was to increase the production of craftsmen byfacilitating coaching for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), especially those engaged insongket crafts, to continue to be developed by increasing quality and creativity. By applying theFuzzy Inference System method in predicting the production of Songket Silungkang KotaSawahlunto and Songket Pandai Sikek Kota Agam can help several parties such as the government,micro, small and medium enterprises in making efforts to handle and make good decisions towardsincreasing the production of Songket MSMEs in each region. and can provide a comparison of thepredicted results of production for the coming period so that it can produce the optimal number ofsongket based on market demand.

Abstract

One method used in Artificial Neural Networks is a backpropagation algorithm that is widely used in predicting and pattern recognition. Songket is one of the works of skilled hands of the original Silungkang craftsmen, Sawahlunto City, West Sumatra who have varied and unique patterns and motifs. This study uses a back propagation algorithm to find the best training pattern to facilitate the determination of the production prediction of Silungkang songket business using the Matlab application. The best training patterns obtained are expected to be used in data processing at the testing stage in order to obtain predictions for the production of songket business for the future. Keywords: production, songket, back propagation.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian pada Kantor Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) Kabupaten Pasaman Barat dimana permasalahan yang dijadikan sebagai dasar dalam penelitian ini yaitu penyajian informasi Mengenai prasarana Jalan Dan jembatan secara cepat dan tepat. Dengan proses observasi secara langsung kelapangan telah mendapatkan kelemahan sistem yang sedang berjalan. Walaupun tidak secara keseluruhan namun lebih mengarah pada masalah spesifik, tetapi diharapkan dapat membantu permasalahan dalam penyajian informasi prasarana jalan dan jembatan. Penulis merancang sistem informasi dalam pemeliharaan jalan dan jembatan karena dengan sistem informasi ini akan lebih cepat, tepat dan akurat dalam penyajian informasi kepada pihak-pihak berkepentingan dalam Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) Kabupaten Pasaman Barat.

Abstract

Expert system is a computer program which is designed for modelling the ability of problem solving as it is an expert (human expert). The expert system method used is the forward chaining method which is the inference method that is doing logical reasoning from the problem to its solution. The aim of this research is to design and develop an expert system that is able to identify the severe malnutrition on children from the age of 0 - 5 years old. The knowledge is derived from the question askedto a nutrition expert. The data are taken from the questions asked to the user and when all of the questions has been answered, then the goal will be appeared which shows the nutrition status. This system application will enable the user to diagnose the nutrition/disease that affects children and get the solution. This system can be used by any kind of user due to the easy access. This system is also put the important information about the severe malnutrition and the recent news of children’s health so it will add more knowledge for the parents about the importance of severe malnutrition’s prevention.

Abstract

In the agricultural sector, land is a factor that plays a very important role in determining agricultural business. Soil fertility is one of the determinants of the success of agricultural business. Each region has varying degrees of soil fertility and depends on the type of soil and its geographical location. One way to choose the right land to plant is to see the level of acidity. Not all plants are suitable to be planted especially in peat soils that have different acidity levels. This study presents the design of soil acidity detection system for plant species using fuzzy logic method and using Matlab is used to determine the type of plant according to data from agriculture experts, which is expected to assist farmers in choosing the right type of plants in accordance with certain soil acidity level. The measurement results obtained are in accordance with the calculation and land criteria that have been done in certain areas. Decision-making soil acidity level requires input and output variables. The input variables consist of soil and fertilizer weathering in addition to the output variables which consist of soil acidity using MATLAB. The variable yields 17 rules that are used to determine the acidity of the soil. A case gets a very small difference value between using manual calculation and MATLAB.

Abstract

Artificial Neural Networks is a computational paradigm in which the way it works mimics the biological nerve cell system based on the characteristics of the function of the human brain. One method used in Artificial Neural Networks is a backpropagation algorithm that is widely used, especially in dealing with the problem of identification, prediction, recognition of complex patterns because this method is able to predict what will happen in the future based on patterns that existed in the past. Songket is one of the works of skilled hands of the original Silungkang craftsmen, Sawahlunto City, West Sumatra who have varied and unique patterns and motifs. Sawahlunto City Government, West Sumatra prioritizes the development of Silungkang songket craft business, which is a regional specialty, to enter the export market. At the initial stage, the regional government's priority is to increase the production of crafters by facilitating the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), especially those engaged in songket, to continue to be developed by improving quality and creativity. The city of Sawahlunto can help several parties such as the government, micro, small and medium enterprises in making good handling and decision making efforts to increase the production of Songket Silungkang MSMEs in Sawahlunto City.

Abstract

Varicella is a disease that easily attacks children and adults or pregnant women. Varicella is a symptom of a disease caused by a virus in food and the environment that can be indicated as a disease that will be suffered by a child. Varicella can spread easily from an infected person to anyone who has not been exposed to chickenpox before and has not received a chickenpox vaccine. In Indonesia, varicella disease is of less concern to the public due to the community's assumption that varicella will heal itself. Therefore an expert system was designed to determine the classification of varicella disease in children. The method used in expert systems is Certainty Factor. The Certainty Factor method uses certainty to strengthen the results of decisions from the expert system. Expert system can provide solutions and ways of handling varicella disease in children with the diagnosis process carried out efficiently and saves time in helping the community or parents in prevention that occurs. This web-based expert system application is built with the PHP programming language and MySQL data storage.

Abstract

The application of information technology is currently widely used by agencies in carrying out various operational activities. This study tries to apply the PIECES Framework to the analysis of information systems. To implement it, it is necessary to test responses from users on an information system. The system to be tested is the information system of Mako Battalion 131 Braja Sakti. The information system used to support the performance of soldiers where the responsible in this case is part of the operations staff. In their service, the operations staff collect data from each company. The data is inputted into the online-based ANEV DATA system. The system will later be used in processing soldier certification data. PIECES focuses on 6 focus areas of analysis, namely performance, information and data, economy, control and security, efficiency, and service. The purpose of this study is the application of the PIECES Framework in analyzing the quality of the implementation of information systems to ensure the success targeted by the operations staff. This study uses interviews and observations as well as the distribution of questionnaires as a method of data collection. The results of this study indicate that the use of ANEV Data as an information system to improve performance gets an average result at the Performance level of 5.20, information and data level of 4.76, economic indicator level of 5.20, Control indicator level of 4.85, and efficiency level of 4.16. and service satisfaction of 7.16. The value of the operation staff is very satisfied using the ANEV Data information system.

Abstract

Sesuai dengan perkembangan Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang berkembang saat ini, maka dituntut untuk mampu menentukan metode dan media pembelajaran yang tepat guna untuk memperlancar proses belajar mengajar. Hingga saat ini pemilihan dan pemenuhan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi masih sangat jarang dilakukan dan diterapkan. Untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran pada International Islamic Boarding School yaitu membuat E-Book atau buku digital menggunakan aplikasi multimedia sebagai media pembelajaran di Rahmatan Lil’alamin. Untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatan media berbasis Informasi dan Teknologi (IT) dalam pembelajaran dan padahal fasilitas penunjang tersedia dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan media berbasis IT .

Abstract

Saat pandemi covid-19 seperti ini, mengakibatkan proses pembelajaran tatap muka langsung di kelas tidak mungkin dilakukan. Maka sangat perlu dibuatkan sistem pembelajaran jarak jauh atau sistem daring. Namun pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada pendidikan di SD Yayasan Dar El Iman – Padang ini masih mengalami berbagai kendala dengan sistem pendidikan yang konvesional yaitu tersedianya ruang komunikasi yang sangat terbatas dalam menjalankan proses belajar-mengajar dan melaksanakan PBM daring hanya dengan menggunakan aplikasi Whatsapp, sehingga diperlukan pemanfaatan teknologi secara optimal dalam menunjang pelaksanaan pendidikan dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pendidikan adalah dengan penerapan pembelajaran secara online yaitu dengan konsep e-learning. Konsep yang dikenal dengan sebutan e-learning ini membawa pengaruh terjadinya proses transformasi pendidikan konvesional ke bentuk digital, baik secara isi dan sistemnya. Dalam kegiatan ini penulis melakukan metode pelatihan, demonstrasi, praktik dan pendampingan dalam penerapan e-learning yaitu menggunakan google classroom sebagai media pembelajaran. Dengan adanya e-learning ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keefektifan, pemahaman serta pengetahuan dan ketarampilan guru dalam menggunakan sistem pembelajaran online pada sekolah SD Yayasan Dar El Iman – Padang.
