Abstract

Perkembangan  pengguna  layanan  situs blog  mendorong  adanya  suatu  potensi  besar  terciptanya peluang  di  dalam  dunia  bisnis  e-commerce, blog yang awalnya digunakan  sebagai  catatan  individu  blogger,  kemudian berkembang  menjadi  fungsi  social-network,  dengan  adanya perubahan  metode  pembelian  masyarakat,  blog  dijadikan sarana  untuk  transaksi  jual-beli  secara  online.  Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara konfirmasi, kegunaan fungsi, kegunaan sosial, kepuasan terhadap niat kelanjutan pengguna sistem informasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap responden dari pengguna internet yang pernah  mengunjungi  situs  Multiply  Indonesia  dan  jumlah sampel  yang  ditetapkan  sebanyak  120  responden  dengan menggunakan metode convonience sampling. Metode penelitian yang  digunakan  adalah  analisis  kuantitatif  dan analisis  Search Enginee Optimization (SEO) yang bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi  yang  tepat  dalam  mengelola  situs  blog.  Hasil  dari penelitian  ini  adalah  terdapat  pengaruh  antara  konfirmasi, kegunaan  fungsi,  kegunaan sosial,  dan kepuasan terhadap niat penggunaan  sistem  informasi.  Kesimpulan  dari  Analisis  SEO ini  digunakan  sebagai  salah  satu  stretegi  yang  efektif  dalam mengelola  situs  blog  dan  mempertahankan  loyalitas pengunjungnya

Abstract

Information technology is now used to allow users to manage information more quickly and effectively. Advances in technology in the hospitality  industry have evolved over the years. Strategic planning is implemented by companies/organizations to increase competitive advantage, minimize competitive disadvantage, and improve business process. This paper aims at producing IT strategic planning in the  hospitality industry to support the business process in a hotel. The method used in this research was adopted from a framework of IT Strategic Planning by Ward (2002). This study also used several measures such as SWOT and Porter's 5 Forces to analyze the  internal and external business environment of the hotel subject in this study. The results were a portfolio of new applications such as Mobile Web Application, CRM and Knowledge Management System which are proposed for the IT strategic planning in the hospitality industry.

Abstract

Makalah  ini membahas perancangan configuration management database  di  PT.    Northstar Pacific Capital untuk mendukung kegiatan bisnis dengan ketersediaan layanan teknologi informasi yang baik. Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) memberikan referensi-referensi best practice mengenai tata kelola layanan teknologi informasi.  Salah satu bagian dari framework ITIL adalah CMDB atau Configuration Management Database  yang  merupakan sebuah hubungan strategis  dengan  menggunakan  hubungan  diantara komponen-komponen IT atau disebut juga Configuration Item (CI). Nilai strategis dari CMDB dapat diperoleh apabila sebagian atau seluruh CI dapat dipetakan kedalam sebuah CMDB  yang dapat menggambarkan  hubungan  antar CI. CMDB dapat membantu perusahaan dan organisasi IT dalam pengelolaan komponen-komponen infrastruktur. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini  adalah dengan  mengambil framework ITIL. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan korelasi yang baik antara hasil rancangan CMDB dengan peningkatan kinerja layanan teknologi informasi di PT.  Northstar Pacific Capital yang akan mendukung  kegiatan  operasional seperti yang diharapkan

Abstract

Abstract

In order to provide the satisfied services for the bandwidth users, network provider need to pay attenuation about telecommunication infrastructures are offered for customers.  The GMD link Tamparak Layung - Hajak is one of backbone or prime transmission link in Kalimantan. The Analyzing in this paper is purposed to analyze if the existing links are still  accordance with the standardized recommendations by ITU. The design results can be used in reference to determining the use of the device according to the specifications in the development of microwave radio communications with the route Tamparak Layung - Hajak order to take results in accordance with international standardization. In this case refers to the standard used in ITU-R. Keywords: microwave, SDH, LOS.

Abstract

Knowledge sharing is one of important issues in a company because it is a required approach to facilitate knowledge recording and to improve the effectiveness of knowledge sharing among colleagues. Knowledge sharing accelarates the knowledge transfer. The application of knowledge sharing with the web based system is expected to be a solution for meeting the organization’s needs. The absence of policy and culture among the lecturers to carry out web based knowledge management results in knowledge sharing difficulties among the students and the faculty members in the long run. Abstract

This paper is aimed at answering the needs of SMAK Penabur Harapan Indah students to get information from the Student Service Center using Information Kiosk System concept. There is a tendency that students need up-to-date information to support their school work. This system will help improving the information service quality to meet the students’ need for more accurate information. The service will be an added value for SMAK Penabur Harapan Indah –Bekasi in competing with other schools in Bekasi area. SDLC used in this paper is the Water Fall type. It is expected that Student Service Centre designed for SMAK Penabur Harapan Indah can be the solution to the information problem, especially information for the students. Keywords: information, information system, information kiosk, student service center, student requirements

Abstract

Ant algorithm is one of Swarm Intellingence algorithms that can be used to solve NP-Hard problems. The scheduling of courses and lecturers which are done routinely each semester can be solved by exact methods and heuristic methods. Each institution has its own constraints in arranging the schedule. This paper discusses a case study in STMIK Widya Dharma. The type of ant algorithm used is the Rank Base Ant System suitable for scheduling based on ranking, which is the lecturers’ priority level. The other parameters are subjects, space, and time.
