Abstract

Rumahdanproperti.com is the largest property advertising portal website in Indonesia which focuses its business by online. Rumahdanproperti.com have used the method of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) which is more focused on the optimization of keywords on search engines in introducing the products offered. This research will implement the SMO method using facebook as a means of product introductions and analyze the use of existing features in response to facebook support rumahdanproperti.com ads. Abstract

The world of telecommunications continues to experience growth and development, both from the improvement of peoples needs and increasing demand for telecommunications services and also technology demands on the use of the system with greater capabilities and integrated with the speed that can deliver a higher bit rate for internet service. Puri Casablanca Apartment is a dwelling that is not only occupied by local residents but also by foreigners, where the Internet becomes a necessity. It is necessary to optimize the network of existing phone wires to be used also as a network of Internet access using ADSL technology. Abstract

The purposes of this research are to calculate the capacity of runway with runway capacity simulation software using Genetic Algorithm, and to analyze the efforts which have more profound effect.The result of the hourly runway capacity with the mathematical calculation is 42 operations for arrival only, 110 operations for departure only and 64 operations for mix. To enhance the runway capacity, some strategies are researched, such as reduction of separation to meet criteria set by FAA’s rule, addition of the exit taxiway, addition of the runway according to master plan of Soekamo-Hatta Airport and changing the runway utilization strategies. Out of the four strategies, the most efficient solution is changing the runway utilization strategies (with capacity increase of 35,9 %) and reduction in separation (with capacity increase of 34,4 %). However, the addition of runway has the highest capacity increase, that is 53,9 %..Key Words: genetic algorithm, simulation, runway capacity.

Abstract

The aims of the research is to analyze business environment and IS/IT at the company, where the method used are interviews and observation in the company. With Balanced Score Card (BSC) and Critical Success Factor (CSF) tool, the real picture of the business environment could be obtained. Result of analysis of this research is an output in the form of IT division strategy i.e. target application needed to support business, technology and human resource to support the target application. From the resulting analysis, it can be conclude that existing business environment should be supported by target application, technology, and human resource to support business strategy.Keywords: Balance Score Card (BSC), Critical Success Factor (CSF), strategy

Abstract

Long Tail Strategy is a business strategy which explains that the total revenue from the sale of non-popular products may exceed the total income from popular products. This may happen since generally there is only a small number of popular products, which is in great demand, while there are many of the non-popular types which is sold in small amounts. This research aims to better understand the role of IT behind the success of the Long Tail strategy. Results show stages of how to develop IT strategy, including identification, analysis, determines on a strategy, until implementation. The results of this study will help software developers to plan IT strategy by implementing an accurate Long Tail Strategy.Keywords: Long Tail, IT Strategy, Services, Software Package

Abstract

Currently the facility provided by mobile phones is very diverse. Starting from the phone, SMS, camera, music player, all rolled into one. Obviously the phone can also be used as electronic keys to replace the existing analog key at this time. Usually, to open a door key one must use a key, so to access a lot of doors must have a lot of different keys. But if the phone is used as an electronic key access control must implement all the keys are not needed anymore, just with one phone can open many locks. Simulation of an electronic lock is designed to use the phone as a remote control, and the computer as a central controller. Communication between mobile phones and computers using Bluetooth. While functioning as a door lock which is connected via parallel port of computer. This electronic key system to apply Access Control using RC4 encryption and MD5 Hashing. Design modules are built using NetBeans IDE 4.1 and the MySQL database, with some additional libraries. Libraries that are mobility netbeans 4.1, mysql-connector-java-3.0.9, BlueCove, Bluelet-Benhui. Abstract

Dalam dunia bisnis, proses pengambilan keputusan akan menjadi salah satu kunci yang mendasar dan penting dalam keberlangsungan perusahaan. Salah satu hal yang penting adalah dalam pemilihan supplier. supplier merupakan mitra bisnis yang memegang peranan penting dalam menjamin ketersediaanbahan baku yang dibutuhkan. Biaya bahan baku merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam biaya produksi. Oleh karena itu pemilihan supplier merupakan keputusan yang penting. Karena pemilihan supplier yang tepat dapat menurunkan biaya pembelian sehingga dapat meningkatkan keuntungan dan dayasaing perusahaan Ada beberapa teknik yang dapat membantu dalam pemilihan supplier secara cepat akurat dan efesien, diantaranya dengan menggunakan sistem komputerisasi, salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan Fuzzy Logic. Metode ini merupakan salah satu alternatif dalam mengatasi masalah pemilihan supplier. Dalam penelitian ini Sistem Pengambilan keputusan pemilihan supplier dilakukan dengan Berbasis Fuzzy Logic Sugeno Orde 0. Untuk menentukan nilai rating terhadap penawaran yang ada maka ditetapkan beberapa variabel Fuzzy, Himpunan fuzzy yang menjadi penentu, dimana nilai ini nantinya akan membantu dalam pengelompokan supplier sehingga dapat menentukan supplier terbaik yang sesuai terhadap penyediaan barang yang dibutuhkan.Hasil dari penerapan pemilihan supplier dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Logic ini akan di buat pengukuran kemudian sistem aplikasi akan memberikan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dalam merekomendasikan hasil dari pemilihan rating supplier. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa Metode pemilihan suplier berbasis Fuzzy Logic efektif diterapkan pada pemilihan rating supplier terbaik.

Abstract

Selama ini matematika termasuk pelajaran yang memiliki tingkat peminatan yang sedikit untuk usia anak 4-6 tahun, karena dianggap sukar dan Dalam proses pembelajaran matematika di sekolah terdapat beberapa permasalahan. Terkait dengan karakteristik matematika, objeknya yang abstrak, konsep dan prinsipnya berjenjang, dan prosedur pengerjaannya yang memanipulasi bentuk – bentuk membuat anak sering mengalami kesulitan. Aplikasi Multimedia pembelajaran adalah aplikasi multimedia yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran, dengan kata lain untuk menyalurkan pesan (pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan sikap) serta dapat merangsang pikiran, perasaan, perhatian dan kemauan yang belajar sehingga secara sengaja proses belajar terjadi, bertujuan dan terkendali. Metode Prototyping merupakan salah satu metode siklus hidup sistem yang didasarkan pada konsep model bekerja (working model). Tujuannya adalah mengembangkan model menjadi sistem final. Artinya sistem akan dikembangkan lebih cepat daripada metode tradisional dan biayanya menjadi lebih rendah. Protoyping membantu dalam menemukan kebutuhan di tahap awal pengembangan, selain itu prototyping juga berguna sebagai alat untuk mendesain dan memperbaiki user interface, dimana sistem akan terlihat oleh orang-orang yang menggunakannya. Hasil dari Multimedia Pembelajaran matematika ini membantu guru dalam menciptakan metode pembelajaran yang interaktif. Menciptakan suasana dunia belajar yang menarik dan menyenangkan khususnya pelajaran matematika dan memotivasi anak untuk konsentrasi dalam belajar matematika dasar.
