Abstract

The purpose of this study were : (1) to learn pedagogical strategies teachers who follow the guidance of teacher with lesson study and coaching strategies with MGMP convensional teacher,  (2) to determine the interaction between teacher coaching strategies with lesson study and strategies with teacher guidance MGMP conventional and subjects the teachers’ pedagogic competence, (3) to find pedagogical english teacher who followed a strategy with teacher guidance conventional MGMP, (4) to learn pedagogical math teacher who followed a strategy of coaching teachers with pedagogical lesson study and mathematics teachers who follow the strategy with teacher guidance conventional MGMP. This study is quasi-experimental research. The number of samples were 60 teachers. The tecnique of determining the sample is done by random sampling. Research hypptheses were tested using Anova 2 ways used before Anova first tested the data analysis requirements of the test for normality of data using Lillieofors test, and homogeneity of variance using the test Bartlet.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is influenced by many factors, including job characteristics, school climate, and leadership. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job characteristics, leadership and school climate on job satisfaction of JSIT High School teachers in Medan City. The research population is teachers from SMA IT AL-Fityan, SMA Al-Amjad, and SMA Nurul Azmi, all totaling 122 people. The research sample was selected randomly or randomly. The number of samples was determined by the Slovin formula at a 95% confidence level, so that there were 94 teachers consisting of 29 male teachers and 65 female teachers. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Furthermore, reliability and validity tests were carried out. The data were analyzed using coefficient, correlation and regression analysis techniques. The results of the coefficient calculation show that there is a significant relationship, (1) the variable of the teacher's work characteristics X1Y = 3,300, (2) the variable of the principal's leadership X2Y = 2,92, (3) the variable of the school climate X3Y = 5,537 and (4) the work characteristics of the teacher, Principal leadership and school climate X1X2X3Y = 3.892 at the 5% confidence level. Looking at the strength of the relationship using the Spearman rank test, it was found that (1) the variable of teacher work characteristics X1Y = 0,542** is interpreted as having a strong and direct correlation, (2) the principal leadership variable X2Y = 0.678** is interpreted as a strong and direct correlation, (3) the variable school climate X3Y = 0.806** means a very strong and unidirectional correlation. The results of the regression calculation show that the contribution of teacher work characteristics to satisfaction is 38%, for principals' leadership 22.6% and for school climate 42.8%. The suggestion is that it is necessary to develop other variables that contribute to teacher job satisfaction. Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini yakni manajemen pembelajaran daring berbasis Web yang ada di sekolah dan terhadap hasil belajar siswa di MAN Tebing Tinggi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang secara spesifik lebih diarahkan pada penggunaan metode campurana. Sedangkan data kuantitatif dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dokumentasi hasil belajar siswa. Temuan penelitian secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran daring di MAN Tebing Tinggi efektif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan aspek perencanaan, menunjukan perencanaan pembelajaran daring dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan semua guru. Kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala berfungsi sebagai penanggung jawab dalam perencanaan dan mengontrol jalannya pembelajaran daring. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di MAN Tebing Tinggi dilakukan dengan menggunakan E-learning, dan dalam pelaksanaannya dapat dilakukan secara fleksibel. Mengingat sekolah belum dapat melakukan tatap muka secara umum, maka kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan dapat diberbagai tempat, namun bagi guru tetap berada dilingkungan sekolah. Dalam penilaian atau evaluasi, bahwa pengontrolan pembelajaran daring dapat telaksana dengan baik, namun juga tidak menutup kemungkinan terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaannya. Hal ini dibatasi oleh pembelajaran yang tidak mempertemukan guru dan siswa secara tatap muka. Sehingga guru kesulitan dalam mengontrol pembelajaran siswa. Tidak hanya itu, bahkan guru beranggapan bahwa ketika murid sudah membaca tugas yang diberikan dan telah membalas tugas tersebut, maka di anggap bahwa siswa telah memahami pembelajaran tersebut. Selain itu bahwa berdasarkan persepsi siswa bahwa manajemen pembelajaran daring di MAN Tebing Tinggi memberikan pengaruh pada hasil belajar siswa, yakni sebesar 9,8%. Meskipun nilai pengaruhnya dalam kriteria rendah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of: Job Satisfaction on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 2 Sibolga, Compensation on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 2 Sibolga, Organizational Commitment to Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 2 Sibolga, Job Satisfaction, Compensation, Organizational Commitment to Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 2 Sibolga. The population in this study were all teachers in Sibolga 2 Public Junior High School, totaling 46 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Then tested the validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that: (a) The relationship between the variable Job Satisfaction (X1) and teacher performance (Y) is in the form of a regression equation Y = 25.513 + 0.323 X1. This means that if Job Satisfaction increases by 1 point then the teacher's performance will increase by 0.323 points at a constant of 25.513 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. (b) The relationship between the compensation variable (X2) and teacher performance (Y) is in the form of a regression equation Y = 23.332 + 0.473 X1. This means that if the compensation increases by 1 point, the teacher's performance will increase by 0.473 points at a constant of 23.332. Then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. (c) The relationship between the Organizational Commitment variable (X3) and teacher performance (Y) is in the form of a regression equation Y = 24.150 + 0.434X1. This means that if compensation increases by 1 point, the teacher's performance will increase by 0.434 points at a constant of 24.150. Then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. (d) Because Fcount > Ftable or 11,699 > 2,827, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected so it can be written that there is an influence of Job Satisfaction, Compensation and Organizational Commitment together on the performance of SMP Negeri 2 Sibolga teachers.

Abstract

The Effect Of Learning Innovations And Motivation On Learning Effectiveness Online At Mtss In Dolok Batu District Nanggar Simalungun Regency. This study aims to analyze the effect of: learning facilities, learning innovation, motivation on the effectiveness of online learning and the effect of learning tools for learning innovation and motivation together on the effectiveness of online learning in MTsS in Dolok Batu Nanggar district, Simalungun district. The population in this study were all teachers at MTsS in Dolok Batu Nanggar District, Simalungun Regency, which amounted to 144 people. Based on the results of the calculation of the Slovin formula, it is known that the number of samples to be studied is 59 respondents. The sampling technique in this research was done by random sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation studies. Furthermore, validity and reliability tests were carried out. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing directly with the F test and partially with the t test. The results showed that: The results of partial hypothesis testing showed that the tcount for the Learning Facilities variable was 2,343 and ttable with = 5% was known to be 1.67, thus tcount was greater than ttable and the significant value for Learning Facilities was 0.023 < 0.05, meaning that from the results From this it can be concluded that H0 is rejected (Ha is accepted). The results of the partial hypothesis test show that the tcount value of the control variable is 2,963 and the t table with alpha = 5% is considered to be 1.67, so that the t count is greater than t table and a significant monitoring value is 0.004 < 0.05, which means that it can be concluded from the findings. that H0 is rejected (Ha is accepted). The results of the partial hypothesis test show that the tcount value for the learning motivation variable is 2.619 and ttable with = 5% is known to be 1.67, thus tcount is greater than ttable and the significant value of Learning Motivation is 0.011 < 0.05, meaning that from these results it can be concluded that H0 is rejected (Ha is accepted). The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that the Fcount for the variables Learning Facilities, Learning Innovation and Learning Motivation is 7.497 and Ftable with = 5% is known to be 2.77, thus Fcount is greater than Ftable, meaning that from these results it can be concluded that H0 is rejected ( Ha accepted) indicates that Learning Facilities, Learning Innovation and Learning Motivation together have a significant effect on Learning Effectiveness at MTsS in Dolok Batu Nanggar District, Simalungun RegencyKeywords: Learning Facilities, Learning Innovation, Motivation, and Learning EffectivenessAbstrak: Pengaruh Sarana Belajar Inovasi Pembelajaran dan Motivasi Terhadap Efektifitas Pembelajaran Daring di Mtss Se-Kecamatan Dolok Batu Nanggar Kabupaten Simalungun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh: Sarana belajar, Inovasi Belajar, Motivasi terhadap Efektifitas Pembelajaran Daring dan pengaruh Sarana Belajar Inovasi Belajar dan Motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap Efektifitas Pembelajaran Daring di MTsS Se-Kecamatan Dolok Batu Nanggar Kabupaten Simalungun. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang ada pada MTsS Se-Kecamatan Dolok Batu Nanggar Kabupaten Simalungun, yang berjumlah 144 Orang. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rumus slovin maka di ketahui jumlah sampel yang akan di teliti sebanyak 59 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji validitas, reabilitas, Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, Koefisien Determinasi, uji hipotesis secara langsung dengan uji F dan secara parsial dengan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitunguntukvariabelSarana Belajar  adalah2,343danttabeldenganα = 5% diketahui sebesar 1,67 dengan demikian thitung lebih besar dari ttabel dannilai signifikan Sarana Belajar 0.023 < 0.05 artinya darihasil tersebut didapat kesimpulan bahwa H0ditolak (Haditerima). Abstract

Identification of the problems in this study are (1) The role of the Majelis Dikdasmen Binjai in the development of institutions at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai, (2) The Majelis Dikdasmen Binjai as the Supervisory Board at MTs Aisyiyah. The research method used in this research is a case study qualitative research. There were 7 research subjects. Research using qualitative methods. Data collection was in the form of interview guidelines, observations, and recording devices to facilitate data collection related to the Role of the Majelis Dikdasmen Binjai as the Supervisory Board at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai. The results of the research show that the role of a Supervisory Board at MTs Aisyiyah has carried out its duties and functions in the development of institutions at MTs Aisyiyah. Carry out supervision of the proposal, appointment and dismissal of school principals, teachers and employees. Plan and approve the Madrasah budget and income. The role of Majelis Dikdasmen Binjai has carried out its role as a supervisory body at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai well.
