Abstract

Lokomotif dapat berjalan dengan baik jika keempat sistemnya, yaitu sistem angin, sistem dieseil, sistem elektrik, dan sistem mekanik berfungsi dengan baik pula. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis terhadap kegiatan perawatan lokomotif khususnya sistem elektrik karena frekuensi breakdownnya paling tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) dengan cara memilih sistem terlebih dahulu, kemudian mendefinisikan dan mendeskripsikan sistem. Selanjutnya menentukan kegagalan fungsional, menganalisis sistem menggunakan FMEA, LTA, dan Task Selection sehingga didapatkan kebijakan perawatan yang dikelompokan menjadi 4 kategori task, yaitu Time Directed, Condition Directed, Failure Finding, dan Run To Failure. Kata kunci: Reliability Centered Maintenance, Lokomotif ABSTRACT Locomotive can run well if the four systems, namely wind system, diesel system, electrical system, and mechanical system function well. This study conducted an analyze locomotive maintenance activities, especially electrical system because it has the most hight frequency breakdown. This study uses Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) to selecting the system, and then define and describe the system. Further it, define the functional failure, analyze the system using FMEA, LTA, and Task Slection to obtain maintenance policy.
