Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran kontekstual melalui metode eksperimen dan demonstrasi diskusi menggunakan  multimedia interaktif, antara siswa yang memiliki sikap ilmiah dan kemampuan verbal kategori tinggi dan rendah terhadap prestasi belajar fisika siswa, serta interaksinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuasi eksperimental (quation experimental). Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI program IPA SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2011/2012, sebanyak 7 kelas. Sampel penelitian ditentukan secara acak dengan teknik cluster random sampling sebanyak dua kelas. Kelas eksperimen 1 dengan metode eksperimen yang diberikan pada siswa kelas XI IPA 5 dan kelas eksperimen 2 dengan metode demonstrasi diskusi diberikan pada siswa kelas XI IPA 1. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes untuk mendapatkan data prestasi belajar kognitif dan kemampuan verbal siswa, sedangkan metode angket untuk mendapatkan informasi sikap ilmiah dan prestasi belajar afektif. Uji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan anava tiga jalan dengan desain faktorial 2x2x2. Dari hasil uji hipotesis data hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) ada pengaruh penggunaan metode pembelajaran eksperimen dan demonstrasi diskusi terhadap prestasi belajar kognitif dan afektif; 2) ada pengaruh sikap ilmiah terhadap prestasi belajar kognitif dan afektif; 3) ada pengaruh kemampuan verbal terhadap prestasi belajar kognitif dan afektif; 4) ada interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dengan sikap ilmiah terhadap prestasi kognitif, sedangkan terhadap prestasi belajar afektif tidak ada interaksi; 5) tidak ada interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dengan kemampuan verbal terhadap prestasi kognitif, sedangkan terhadap prestasi belajar afektif ada interaksi; 6) tidak ada interaksi antara sikap ilmiah dengan kemampuan verbal terhadap prestasi kognitif dan afektif; 7) tidak ada interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dengan sikap ilmiah dan  kemampuan verbal terhadap prestasi kognitif  dan afektif. Kata kunci: momentum dan impuls, aspek kognitif, dan aspek apektif

Abstract

This study aims to encourage and  increase student mastery of concepts on Physics Education Study Program, Quantum Physics subject in wave particle duality, the odd semester of the academic year 2015/2016, using PhET simulations shaped media through a scientific approach. The research method uses a Class Action Research. The results of the implementation of the act of learning physics simulation assisted with the PhET and LKM scientific approach, it can be concluded that: 1) The interest of students during the learning with media-assisted PhET and LKM scientific approach, increased in each cycle. The percentage interest of students in the cycle I until cycle III are 73.33%, 86.66% and 90%; 2) the students mastering of concepts generally increasing, although is not significant. On average the mastery of the concepts of physics students with scientifically-assisted learning of PhET simulations and LKM of the first cycle until. the third cycle in a row is 62.3; 79.6; and 80.3.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat dan penguasaan konsep mahasiswa Program studi Pendidikan Fisika, mata kuliah Fisika Kuantum materi dualisme gelombang partikel, semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2015/2016, dengan menggunakan media berbentuk simulasi PhET melalui pendekatan saintifik. Metode penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Hasil pelaksanaan tindakan pembelajaran fisika dengan pendekatan saintifik berbantu simulasi PhET dan LKM, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Minat mahasiswa selama pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik berbantu media PhET dan LKM, mengalami peningkatan pada setiap siklus. Persentase minat mahasiswa pada siklus I s.d. siklus III berturut-turut adalah 73,33%, 86,66%, dan 90%; 2) penguasaan konsep mahasiswa secara umum trennya terus meningkat, walaupun tidak terlalu signifikan. Rata-rata penguasaan konsep fisika mahasiswa dengan pembelajaran saintifik berbantu simulasi PhET dan LKM dari siklus I s.d. siklus III berturut- turut adalah 62,3; 79,6; dan 80,3.

Abstract

In this paper, we show that the exact energy eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of the Schrödinger equation for charged particles moving in a certain class of noncentral potentials can be easily calculated analytically in a simple and elegant manner by using Supersymmetric method (SUSYQM). We discuss the Poschl-Teller plus Scarf non-central potential systems. Then, by operating the lowering operator we get the ground state wave function, and the excited state wave functions are obtained by operating raising operator repeatedly. The energy eigenvalue is expressed in the closed form obtained using the shape invariant properties. The results are in exact agreement with other methods.Keyword: supersymmetry, non-central potentials, poschl teller plus scarf.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the learning model CUPs (Conceptual Understanding Procedures) against higher order thinking skills (HOTS) of students on class X IPA Madrasah Aliyah Mathlaul Anwar Gisting. The method used is a quasi-experimental design with non-equivalent control group. Test independent with sample t-test was used to determine differences in high-level thinking skills students use models of cups with direct instructional model. The results of the analysis states that there are differences in the average high-level thinking skills among learners using CUPs models with conventional instructional model. The effectiveness of the use models of CUPs better in improving higher order thinking skills of students, it can be seen from the value obtained effect size of 0.3 is included in the medium.Tujuan dari penelitian ini, adalah untuk meninjau efektivitas penggunaan model pembelajaran CUPs (Conceptual Understanding Procedures) terhadap kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi (KBTT) peserta didik kelas X IPA MA Mathla’ul Anwar Gisting. Metode penelitian yang dipilih yakni kuasi eksperimen dengan desain non equivalent control group. Uji independent sample t-test digunakan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik menggunakan model CUPs dengan model pembelajaran langsung. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rerata kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik antara menggunakan model CUPs dengan model pembelajaran konvensional. Efektivitas penggunaan model CUPs lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan KBTT peserta didik, ditunjukkan dari nilai effect size yang diperoleh sebesar 0,3 termasuk dalam kategori sedang.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1) to describe the results of wave and energy function of the Non-central potential system of potential combinations of trigonometric Poschl-Teller plus Rosen Morse, Coloumb and OH 3D potential, and Rosen Morse trigonometric potential plus Pochl-Teller analyzed using Supersymmetry quantum mechanics (SUSY QM); 2) to know the visualization of wave function and energy level at point 1. This study is a literature study conducted from July 2013 to December 2015. Non-central potential of potential combinations of trigonometric Poschl-Teller potency plus Rosen Morse, Coloumb and OH 3D potential and potential Rosen Morse trigonometry plus Pochl-Teller is a potential that has a shape invariance properties. Recent developments, the SUSY method has been successfully used to create complete and precise mathematical analysis of the resolution of some non-central potentials in a closed system. By applying a lowering operator to a basic level wave function, a basic level wave function is obtained, while a top-level wave function is obtained by using a rising operator operated at a ground-level wave function and so on. While the value of energy in a closed system obtained by using the nature of the invariant shape. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: 1) mendeskripsikan hasil  fungsi gelombang dan energi dari sistem potensial Non sentral hasil kombinasi potensial Poschl-Teller trigonometri plus potensial Rosen Morse, Coloumb, dan OH 3D, serta potensial Rosen Morse trigonometri plus Pochl-Teller yang dianalisis menggunakan metode Supersymmetry mekanika kuantum (SUSY QM); 2) mengetahui visualisasidari fungsi gelombangdan tingkat energy pada poin 1. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur yang dilakukan mulai bulan Juli 2013 s.d. Desember 2015. Potensial non sentral hasil kombinasi potensial Poschl-Teller trigonometri plus potensial Rosen Morse, Coloumb, dan  OH 3D serta potensial Rosen Morse trigonometri plus Pochl-Teller merupakan potensial yang mempunyai sifat shape invariance.Perkembangan terakhir, metode SUSY telah berhasil digunakan untuk membuat analisis matematis  secara lengkap dan tepat penyelesaian beberapa potensial non sentral dalam sistem tertutup. Dengan mengaplikasikan operator penurun pada fungsi gelombang tingkat dasar diperoleh fungsi gelombang tingkat dasar, sedangkan fungsi gelombang tingkat atas satu diperoleh dengan menggunakan operator penaik yang dioperasikan pada fungsi gelombang tingkat dasar dan seterusnya. Sedangkan nilai energinya dalam sistem tertutup diperoleh dengan menggunakan sifat shape invariant.

Abstract

The fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0) has become a major topic worldwide. The era of Industry 4.0 stimulates the advancement of science and technology through the Internet of Things (IoT), the Internet of Services (IoS), the Internet of Data (IoD) and Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) which resulting in the creation of smart machines or autonomous robots. The era of Industry 4.0 gets rapid response worldwide, Indonesia is no exception. The Indonesian government appeals to the nation of Indonesia technology literacy in all aspects, especially on the aspect of education. Higher education is the driving force for change. One of the efforts undertaken by universities to prepare for the fourth industrial revolution can be done by character strengthening, so that science is not value-free and there is no statement that human as a robot with no conscience. Islamic religious education plays an important role in controlling the power of Industry 4.0 through character education. The result of this research is that character building is not only done in a formal education (educational institution), but non-formal education (parents, friends, and organization) also gives a big impact to the students. In facing the era of Industry 4.0, the character building from parents, educational institutions and government are needed.

Abstract

Many recent studies have reported that feedback plays a very important role in students’ learning outcomes. However, currently, feedback has not been utilized by lecturers and students in the learning process effectively. This study aimed to explore the impact of feedback as a soft scaffolding in the ongoing assessment of Quantum Physics class for the students as prospective Physics teachers. A quasi-experimental design non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group was used to examine the effectiveness of feedback based on ongoing assessment. The results of the study revealed that students who received feedback based on metacognitive and social constructivism on studying Quantum Physics showed better average results compared to students who received traditional feedback based on the cognitivism in the form of correction.

Abstract

Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efektivitas implementasi model pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa SMA pada materi fluida statis, antara kelas dengan model pembelajaran ATI (Aptitude Treatment Interaction) dan kelas dengan model pembelajaran TAI (Team Assisted Individualy). Jenis penelitian adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest-postest kelompok statis (The Static Group Pretest- Postest Design). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa antara kedua kelas, yang dibuktikan dari hasil uji-t dimana thitung> ttabel, Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara kelas dengan model pembelajaran ATI (Aptitude Treatment Interaction) dan kelas model pembelajaran TAI (Team Assisted Individualy). Selanjutnya, diperoleh hasil uji effect size sebesar 0,69 dengan kriteria sedang. Sehingga penerapan model pembelajaran ATI (Aptitude Treatment Interaction) lebih efektif dalam meningakatkan hasil belajar fisika siswa dibandingkan dengan pemodel pembelajaran TAI (Team Assisted Individualy).

Abstract

The researcher reports the research result toward of how students understand on physics learning concept material efficiently. A research method that used is Quasi-experiment, by using post-test only control group design with purposive sampling technique. Data collecting technique uses test method to achieve data concept understanding, meanwhile, questionnaire method to achieve scientific character information. Hypothesis testing of the research uses two ways analysis of variance. The conclusion of the research are; (1). ARIAS learning model is more efficient than conventional learning model toward students understanding on physics concept; (2). The scientific attitude of students influencing on students physics concept understanding; (3). There is no interaction between ARIAS learning model application and conventional learning model, as seen on students scientific attitude toward physics concept understanding.Peneliti melaporkan hasil penelitian terkait efektivitas penggunaan model pembelajaran dalam memudahkan memahami konsep materi fisika. Model pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah model pembelajaran ARIAS, ditinjau dari sikap ilmiah siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperiment. Post-test only control group design dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes untuk mendapatkan data pemahaman konsep, sedangkan metode angket untuk mendapatkan informasi sikap ilmiah. Uji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan anava dua jalan. Simpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1). Model pembelajaran ARIAS lebih efektif daripada model pembelajaran konvensional terhadap pemahaman konsep fisika siswa; (2). Sikap ilmiah siswa berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman konsep fisika siswa; (3). Tidak terdapat interaksi antara penerapan model pembelajaran ARIAS dan konvensional, ditinjau dari sikap ilmiah terhadap pemahaman konsep fisika siswa.

Abstract

The internalization of character education in science learning through a variety of learning media has been researched recently, one of which is through the photonovela media which is the medium of insertion of character values in learning material. The focus of this research is; 1) developing photonovela learning media with character education on work material and energy, 2) knowing photonovela media feasibility as a supplement to physics learning with character education on work material and energy 3) knowing the response of students to photonovela media with character education in an energy material. This research is a Research and Development study adopted the development of Borg and Gall with the subject of junior high school students. The research instruments used were questionnaires by material experts, media experts, and junior high school physics teachers and questionnaires for students responses in the three schools. The results of the assessment by material experts obtained a percentage of 85%, the assessment of media experts was 90%, and the assessment of junior high school teachers was 84.16%, while the response of students in three junior high schools was 87.6%, 94%, and 93.6%. In conclusion, this study produced a product in the form of appropriate photonovela media as a supplement to physics learning with character education on business material and energy
