Abstract

The Cauliflower (Brassica oleracea L.) PM 126 F1 is one of the vegetable commodities with a high enough demand because this vegetable is widely consumed by the public. This experiment purposes to get a dose combination of oyster mushroom waste organic fertilizer and NPK fertilizer which gives the highest growth and yield of cauliflower. The method of research used is the experimental method. The design of experimental used was randomize block design (RBD) with a single factor that consisted of 8 treatments with 3 replications, that is : A (control), B (10 ton/ha Organic fertilizer), C (20 ton/ha Organic fertilizer), D (30 ton/ha Organic fertilizer), E (NPK 800 kg/ha), F (10 ton/ha Organic fertilizer + NPK 800 kg/ha), G (20 ton/ha Organic fertilizer + NPK 800 kg/ha), H (30 ton/ha Organic fertilizer + NPK 800 kg/ha). the result highest curd weight is 7,75 ton/ha achieved by treatment G is 20 ton/ha waste compost of oyster mushroom and 800 kg/ha NPK fertilizer.

Abstract

The experiment was carried out from May 2021 to August 2021 at Lahan Baru Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang, Pasirjengkol Village, Majalaya District, Karawang Regency, West Java, The experiment method used in this study is an experimental method using a single factor Randomized Block Design (RAK), the number of treatments in this study consisted of 6 treatments repeated 4 times, the treatments consisted of : A (soil 100%), B ( soil 75% + Compost Paper 25%), C (Soil 75% + Rice Husk 25%), D (Soil 50% + Compost Paper 50%), E (Soil 50% + Rice Husk 50%), F (Soil 50% + Compost Paper 25% + Rice Husk 25%). The experimental results showed that the addition of compost waste paper mud and rice husks as a mixture of planting media gave significantly different effects on plant height 21 DAP and 28 DAP, number of leaves 21 DAP and 28 DAP, leaf area, root length, and fresh weight of red spinach. Treatment B, which was 75% soil + 25% paper compost, gave the highest yields for plant heights at 21 DAP and 28 DAP at 39.67 cm and 52.75 cm, the number of plant leaves at 21 DAP and 28 DAP at 28.00 strands and 46.50 strands, plant leaf area of ​​372.78 cm2, plant fresh weight of 78.56 grams, and treatment F namely 50% Soil + 25% Paper Compost + 25% Rice Husk gave the highest yield on the root length of red spinach of 43.95 cm.

Abstract

This study aims to get a combination of seed sources and which ZPT provides the best viability, vigor seed, and growth of curly chili seedlings (Capsinum annuum L.). The research was conducted from July to November 2020 in gauze houses and residential areas. The research method used is the experimental method of Randomized Design Group (RDG) with 10 combination treatments namely A (new seed harvest + Control), B (new seed harvest + Onion Extract), C (new seed harvest + Bean sprout extract), D (new seed harvest + Young coconut water), E (new seed harvest + Giberelin), F (Expired seed + Control), G (Expired seed + Red Onion Extract), H (Expired seed + Bean extract) , I (Expired Seed + Young Coconut Water), J (Expired Seed + Giberelin). Each treatment is repeated 3 times so that there are 30 experimental units. The effect of the treatment is tested with a variety analysis and if the F test at the level of 5% the results show significant then to know the best treatment followed by dmrt test (Duncan Multiple Range Test) level 5%. The results of the study in phase 1 showed that the combination of seed source and ZPT had a real effect on germination power parameters, vigor index, growth speed.

Abstract

Percobaan ini dilaksanakan di Dusun Perahu Bosok, Desa Muara Baru Kecamatan Cilamaya Wetan daribulan Mei sampai dengan bulan September tahun 2014. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan interaksiantara pupuk organik kandang sapi (Pukan Sapi) dan pupuk organik cair POC yang memberikan pengaruh tertinggiterhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang kedelai (Glycine max) varietas anjasmoro pada tanah salin. Metodepenelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok ( RAK) faktorial. Faktorpertama adalah Pukan sapi ( A ) terdiri dari 3 taraf, dan faktor kedua adalah POC (C) terdiri 4 taraf. Tarafperlakuan pukan sapi terdiri dari a0 = 0 ton/ha Pukan Sapi, a1 = 10 ton/ha Pukan Sapi, a2 = 20 ton/ha Pukan Sapi.Taraf POC terdiri dari c0 = 0 lt/ha POC, c2 = 10 lt/ha POC, c3 = 20 lt/ha POC, dan c4 = 30 lt/ha POC. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi interaksi antara pemberian dosis pupuk kandang sapi dengan POC terhadapjumlah polong hampa per tanaman, tetapi tidak terjadi interaksi terhadap varibel respon lainnya. Pukan sapi secaramandiri berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai varietas Anjasmoro pada tanah Salin,kecuali jumlah polong hampa per tanaman. Hasil tertinggi rata-rata pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman pada 63 hst yaitu80,41 cm, jumlah daun tripoliat 63 hst yaitu 16,28 helai, dan jumlah bintil akar efektif per tanaman yaitu 15,33 buah ,hasil biji kering per petak tertinggi yaitu 408,42 gram/petak ( 1,02 ton/ha) secara mandiri dicapai oleh perlakuanpemberian pukan sapi 20 ton/ha berbeda nyata dengan perlakuan lainnya.Kata kunci: pupuk kandang, poc, kedelai, tanah salin

Abstract

Kubis bunga merupakan tanaman sayuran yang tumbuh optimal di daerah sub tropik, tapi saat ini sudah banyak dikembangkan di daerah panas (dataran rendah). Kendala yang dihadapi dalam budidaya tanaman ini di lahan sawah datarn rendah adalah tekstur tanah sawah yang liat, tingkat kandungan bahan organik tanahnya yang rendah yaitu C- Organik 1 - 2% serta suhu lingkungan yang tinggi, rata-rata 31 – 34oC , akibatnya produktivitas kubis bunga menjadi rendah yaitu sekitar 5 - 8 ton/ha, jauh dari potensi hasilnya 15 - 20 ton/ha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapat kombinasi dosis Pupuk Kandang Kambing dan Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) yang memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil tertinggi tanaman kubis bunga (Brassica oleracea L.) Varietas PM 126 F1 di lahan sawah dataran rendah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen, dengan rancangan Rancangan Acak Kelompok fakctor tunggal 8 perlakuan dalam 4 ulangan. Perlakuannya adalah : A Kontrol (tanpa pupuk kandang , POC dan pupuk anorganik); B (Pupuk kandang kambing 20 ton/ha); C (Pupuk kandang kambing 0 ton/ha + POC Nasa 8 liter/ha); D (Pupuk kandang kambing 10 ton/ha + POC Nasa 8 liter/ha); E (Pupuk kandang kambing 20 ton/ha + POC Nasa 4 liter/ha); F (Pupuk kandang kambing 10 ton/ha + POC Nasa 4 liter/ha), G (Pupuk kandang kambing 20 ton/ha + POC Nasa 8 liter/ha), dan H (hanya pupuk NPK mutiara 500 kg/ha). Data variabel respon yang diamati dianalisis dengan uji F dan hasilnya apabila berbeda nyata diuji lanjut mempergunakan Uji Jarak Berganda Duncan pada taraf 5%. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh nyata dosis pupuk kandang kambing dan dosis POC terhadap terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman. Hasil tertinggi tanaman kubis bunga yaitu 28,75 kg/petak (28,75 ton/ha) dicapai oleh perlakuan G (Pupuk kandang kambing 20 ton/ha + POC Nasa 8 liter/ha) tidak berbeda nyata dengan perlakuan D (Pupuk kandang kambing 10 ton/ha + pupuk organik cair (POC) 8 liter/ha yang menghasilkan bobot kubis bunga 27,50 kg per petak atau 27,50 ton/ha,.Kata kunci : Kubis bunga, pupuk kandang kambing, poc, lahan sawah, dataran rendah.

Abstract

The experiment was carried out from April 2021 to August 2021 in Karangmulya village, Bojongmangu sub-distric, Bekasi district. The research method was carried out using experimental methods and the experimental design used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 9 treatments, namely A (40 cm x 50 cm + PM 126 F1), B (50 cm x 50 cm + PM 126 F1), C (50 cm x 60 cm + PM 126 F1), D (40 cm x 50 cm + Bima 45 F1), E (50 cm x 50 cm + Bima 45 F1), F (50 cm x 60 cm + Bima 45 F1), G (40 cm x 50 cm + Aquina F1), H (50 cm x 50 cm + Aquina F1), I (50 cm x 60 cm + Aquina F1). The result showed that combination of spacing and varieties increased the growth and yield of cauliflower (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis L.) in rainfed rice fields. The spacing of 50 cm x 50 cm and the Bima 45 F1 variety gave the best result on fresh wight per plant and flower fresh weight per plant, namely 446,4 grams and 325,33 grams, respectively.

Abstract

Soy plant (Glycine max L.) has an important meaning to meet food needs in order to improve the nutrition of the society. Based on previous research, the provision of seeds in sufficient and timely quantities is often constrained due to improper seed processing and the initial moisture content of seeds before relatively high storage. This then attracted the attention of the authors to research to find out whether there is an interaction between silica gel treatment with drying duration to decreased moisture content and seed viability and the growth and yield of soybean varieties of Anjasmoro using experimental methods with Complete Random Design (RAL) 2 factors and the treatment is repeated 3 times so that 12 samples are obtained. The results achieved from this study are that there is an interaction between silica gel treatment and the duration of drying of seed moisture content, seed viability, and the growth and yield of soybean plants (Glycine max L.). The tallest plant of 68 cm is achieved by control treatment with a drying length of 2 weeks. The highest yield weight per plant of 147 grams was achieved by the Control s0 treatment with a drying duration of 2 week.

Abstract

This study aims to get the right water delivery pattern to the growth and yield of several varieties of rice plants. The research design uses split plots. The main plot is the provision of water with 3 levels; A1 (Intermittent), A2 (Macak-macak), A3 (Inundated) and tenements are varieties with 3 levels; V1 (Inpari 32), V2 (Inpago 10) and V3 (M400) had 9 treatments each repeated three times so that there were 27 trials. The effect of treatment is analyzed variously and if the F test is 5% significant, then continued with the DMRT test (Duncan Multiple Range Test) at the level of 5%. The results of the experiment showed that there was an interaction between water management with several varieties, namely the number of sapleds (34.83 sapves), the age of flowers (75.33 hst), and the treatment that gave the highest results in each observation parameter, namely on the plant height parameters 42 hst (a2v3), sapled jumah (a3v1), flowering age (a2v2), the number of productive malai (a3v1), weight 1000 grains (a3v3) and milled dry grain (a1v3).

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan sawah tadah hujan desa Karangmulya Kecamatan Bojongmangu Kabupaten Bekasi mulai dari bulan Mei 2021 sampai bulan Juli 2021.Metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktor tunggal. Perlakuan sebanyak 10 dan  diulang 3 kali.  Perlakuan A tanpa pupuk NPK dan bokashi pupuk kandang sapi, B =400 kg NPK/ha dan 3000 kg/ha bokashi pukan sapi, C = 400 kg/ha NPK dan 10000 kg bokashi pukan sapi, D = 400 kg NPK dan 15000 kg bokashi pukan sapi, E 500 kg NPK dan 5000 kg bokashi pukan sapi, F = 500 kg NPK dan 10000 kg bokashi pukan sapi, G = 500 kg NPK dan 15000 kg bokashi pukan sapi/ha, H = 600 kg NPK dan 5000 lg/ha bokashi pukan sapi, I = 600 kg NPK dan 10000 kg / ha bokashi pukan sapi, dan J = 600 kg NPK/ha dan 15000 kg bokashi pukan sapi.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the screen house on Pancawati Village, Klari District, Karawang Regency, West Java from January to April 2021. The research method used is an experimental method with a single factor Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 9 combinations of treatments and 3 replications, the treatments: A (fermentation of rice water 0%+ tofu liquid waste 0%), B (fermentation of rice water 0%+ tofu liquid waste 10%), C (fermentation of rice water 0%+ tofu liquid waste 20%), D (fermentation of rice water 50%+ tofu liquid waste 0%), E (fermentation of rice water 50%+ tofu liquid waste 10%), F (fermentation of rice water 50%+ tofu liquid waste 20%), G (fermentation of rice water 100%+ tofu liquid waste 0%), H (fermentation of rice water 100%+ tofu liquid waste 10%), I (fermentation of rice water 100%+ tofu liquid waste 20%). The result showed there was significant on fermentation of rice water and tofu liquid waste on the average height of plants 7 hst, the number of leaves 28 hst, the number of branches 28 hst, and the area of leaves. The treatment of E (fermentation of rice water 50%+ tofu liquid waste 10%) obtained the best result the average height of plants 7 hst, the number of leaves 28 hst and the number of branches 28 hst meanwhile treatment B (fermentation of rice water 0%+ tofu liquid waste 10%) obtained the best result the average leaf area.
