Abstract

Transformational leadership supports higher education to frame their attitudes to shift their university forward. It has four leader higher education characteristics. Of these, idealized influence is defined as leader?s behavior and the follower?s attributions about the leader. Inspirational motivation refers to the ways by which transformational leaders motivate and inspire those around them. Individualized consideration represents the leader?s continuing effort to treat each individual as a special person and act as a mentor; who attempts to develop their potential. Finally, intellectual stimulation represents the leader?s higher education effort to stimulate followers to be innovative and creative to define problems and approach them in new ways. It is considered that who demonstrate these leader higher education characteristics of transformational leadership have effects on satisfaction leader University UII Yogyakarta and better performance at university. Therefore, this study purposes to discover the level of transformational leadership that higher education demonstrate at higher education during their administrative practices on daily basis. Results reveal that university demonstrate high level of characteristics of transformational leadership in terms of idealized influence, inspirational motivation, individualized consideration and intellectual stimulation behaviors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was motivated by the students' skills in basic volleyball techniques. This study aims to determine the skills of students in performing under-serviced in class X Accounting SMKN 2 Karawang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The population of this study was male and female students of class X Accounting at SMKN 2 Karawang in the 2019/2020 school year, totaling 360 students. The sample of this research was some students of class X Accounting, amounting to 60 students. The data collection techniques used in this study were the results of the students' tests and the results of the observations of the collaborators. Based on research conducted on volleyball service in class X SMKN 2 Karawang both through observations made and interviews conducted on informants, the results showed that the results of learning volleyball under-service volleyball in class X SMKN 2 Karawang were fulfilled from 60 total samples, as many as 59 (98,3%) respondents are in the fulfilled category and the remaining 1 (1,7%) is less fulfilled and there are no respondents who are not fulfilled in the results obtained. Whereas for the results of the analysis of learning to serve under volleyball for class X students of SMKN 2 Karawang which includes 3 aspects, namely preparation, exposure, and final and there are 7 kinds of aspects assessed in the table above shows that the majority of respondents have learning outcomes under volleyball service which are included in the criteria category. Fulfilled as many as 59 (98,3%) of respondents in terms of 3 aspects namely preparation, engagement, and final which is divided into 7 kinds of aspects assessed with an average value obtained by students of 3.0.

Abstract

Bagaimana hubungan dan pengaruh Efektivitas Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani dengan Karakter Siswa Mts Negeri 2 Bekasi, merupakan tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini, angket digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data penelitian. Penggunaan analisis deskriptif, kemudian analisis verikatif dengan penggunaan analisis korelasi Product Moment dan Regresi merupakan teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pada hasil deskriptif diperoleh gambaran variable Efektifitas Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani dan variable Karakter Siswa Mts Negeri 2 Kab Bekasi, berada pada kategor “Baik”. Dari segi verifikatif, Korelasi Pearson product moment variabel Efektivitas Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmanikes (X) dengan variabel Pembentukan Karakter Siswa (Y), menunjukkan besarnya hubungan .509**, serta nilai Sig. (0,00) < ? (0,05). Sedangkan, pada uji pengaruh didapat hasil Variabel Efektivitas Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmanikes berpengaruh terhadap Variabel Pembentukan Karakter Siswa MTs Negeri 2 Kab. Bekasi. Ini dibuktikan besarnya t hitung (4,223) > t tabel (1,675) serta nilai Sig. < ? (0,05).

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to describe the autonomous perspective on learning in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 eras. This new era provides both benefits and consequences for the eroding of human values. To minimize adverse effects while optimizing its consumption. The point of the study was to define the concept of Merdeka Belajar in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 eras. The descriptive-analytic method was combined with a literature review in this investigation. The study's findings highlight a need to strengthen technology's position in the industrial revolution 4.0 in order to foster a more prosperous and civilized human life order, as illustrated in Community Model 5.0. The Indonesian people, in particular, must get familiar with critical educational patterns in order to be prepared to enter the industrial revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 eras.

Abstract

Futsal extracurricular participants at SMK Pamor Cikampek, Cikampek District, Karawang Regency are still lacking in basic techniques of passing the inside foot of a futsal ball. This study aims to determine the level of basic inner leg passing techniques for futsal extracurricular participants at SMK Pamor Cikampek, Cikampek District, Karawang Regency. This research is a descriptive quantitative or quantitative descriptive research. The method used is a survey with data collection techniques through tests of basic foot passing techniques in the futsal ball game. The subjects in this study were futsal extracurricular participants at SMK Pamor Cikampek, namely in class X and class XI from TKR 1&2, TKJ, and OTKP with a total of 15 students. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis as outlined in the form of a percentage. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the basic technique survey of the inner foot passing of the futsal extracurricular participants at SMK Pamor Cikampek is in the "very good" category of 6.67% (1 student), "good" 6.67% (1 student), " enough" of 40.00% (6 students), "less" of 46.67% (7 students), "very poor" of 0.00% (0 students). Based on the average score, which is 11.26% in the survey of basic inner foot passing techniques, futsal extracurricular participants at SMK Pamor Cikampek, are in the "less" category with an average (mean) score of 15.90

Abstract

The purpose of making this thesis is to determine the effect of the inquiry learning model on self-confidence in physical education. To answer the formulation of the research problem that has been formulated, the author uses a quantitative approach with experimental methods. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Tegalwaru by taking a sample of 30 people with 15 samples in the experimental group and 15 samples in the control group. There are three stages in this research, namely: pre-test or initial test, treatment or treatment, and post-test or final test. The pre-test was conducted on 15 samples to determine the results of inquiry learning on students' self-confidence before receiving treatment. The experimental design in this study was In this research design, there were two groups, each of which was randomly selected (R). The first group was given treatment (X) and the other group was not. Then the researchers conducted a post-test on 15 samples. After being treated, the research was then processed using the T-test formula and compared with the T-table. The results of the study show that the inquiry learning model has an influence on the lower self-confidence of the students of class X MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Tegalwaru with the results of the T-test calculation of 0.012 and compared with the T-table of 0.05. It can be concluded from this research that there is an influence in doing learning so that students can do learning more independently and confidently in doing learning.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the basic technique of futsal in extracurricular at SMPIT Al-Arabi school. This research is quantitative descriptive . The subjects of this study were all futsal extracurricular students at SMPIT Al-Arabi school. There are 20 students who take part in this futsal extracurricular. The object of this research is in the form of basic futsal techniques, namely passing, controlling, dribbling, and shooting. The setting of this research takes place in the Ganda Agung Warung Satu futsal field, Sukatani District, Bekasi Regency. The data collection technique was carried out using the Futsal Skills Test FIK Jogja. This test is used to measure the basic techniques of futsal. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics in the form of percentages. The results of this study indicate that the level of basic futsal techniques at SMPIT Al-Arabi school as much as 1 student (5%) is declared Very Good, 4 students (20%) is declared Good, 9 students (45%) is declared Enough, 4 students (20%) declared less, and 2 students (10%) declared Less Once. The mean value of 78.56 lies in the interval 70 <X≤84, then the level of basic extracurricular futsal techniques at SMPIT Al-Arabi school is declared sufficient.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter bertujuan sebagai pendidikan yang mengedepankan nilai, budi pekerti, akhlak, moral, maupun watak, yang pada akhirnya memiliki tujuan untuk menumbuhkembangkan   keterampilan pesertadidik untuk menentukan keputusan   baik-buruk, memelihara apa yang baik menghindari dan menjauhi apa yang dianggap buruk dan   merugikan, mewujudkan, dan menebar kebaikan. Metode. Cerama, diskusi serta mensosialisasikan konsep pentingnya penggunaan media pembelajaran pendidikan karakter kepada guru-guru dan kepala Madrasah di wilayah Kabupaten Karawang. Selanjutnya pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran pendidikan karakter, berupa demonstrasi pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran pendidikan karakter, pendampingan pembuatan media pembelajaran agar mampu menghasilkan media pembelajaran inovatif dan menarik dan peer teaching menggunakan media pembelajaran pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai agama dan budaya yang telah dikembangkan secara daring maupun ruring Hasil. Hasil yang diperoleh kompetensi guru bertambah, media pembelajaran pendidikan karakter pada lembaga Pendidikan Madrasah bervariasi, dan kreativitas guru dalam pengembangan pendidikan karakter meningkat setelah mengikuti pelatihan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode yang dipergunakan ialah survey. Populasi peneltiian ini ialah seluruh siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Banyusari sejumlah 140 siswa dan sampel sejumlah 35 siswa. Teknik sampling yang dipergunakan ialah simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan frekuensi relative atau tabel persentase. Hasil penelitian memberikan hasil bahwa motivasi siswa yakni sejumlah 2 siswa (5.7%) memiliki motivasi yang termasuk kategori sangat tinggi, sejumlah 9 siswa (25.7%) mempunyai motivasi yang berada pada kategori tinggi, sejumlah 14 siswa (40%) mempunyai motivasi yang masuk pada kategori sedang, sejumlah 7 siswa (20%) mempunyai motivasi pada kategori rendah serta sebanyak 3 siswa (8.6%) masuk pada kategori sangat rendah. Berlandaskan paparan di atas dapat diberi kesimpulan bahwa sebagian besar motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran senam lantai pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri Banyusari dengan kategori sedang.

Abstract

Pengelolaan  sekolah merupakan hal urgen terutama  di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran kepemimpinan sekolah berkarakter untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Mengetahui iklim sekolah dan efektifitas sekolah serta menganisis pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap efektifitas sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan metode survey dan angket sebagai instrumennya, populasi 30  SDN,  sampel 95 guru di kecamatan di kecamatan Karawang Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bagaimana gambaran kepemimpinan sekolah berkarakter untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Temuan penelitian yaitu peran pemimpin sekolah sebagai pemrakarsa inovatif, kreatif dan berkarakter perubahan/ kemajuan pendidikan, minat profesional guru, dukungan orang tua, motivasi siswa masih rendah. Rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan keterampilan pemimpin sekolah memfungsikan wadah MGMP tumbuhkan komitmen dan dedikasi tinggi sebagai guru profeesional, orang tua menjadi mitra sekolah, dan pelaksanaan program diklat dan PKB bagi kepala sekolah dan guru oleh Dinas Pendidikan Kecamatan Karawang Barat.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Mutu Pendidikan
