Abstract

Indonesian slogan namely Bhineka Tunggal Ika (Different But Still One). Humans are required to be able to interact with other humans, even though among them have cultural differences. Like the Malay tribe and the Nias tribe in Pantai Raja Village, Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency. At first the Nias tribe had difficulty in using Indonesian and living in groups so that it was difficult to interact with the Malay tribe, now the Nias tribe was able to accommodate the culture of the interlocutors. Each communication accommodation process has three strategies used, namely the strategy of convergence, divergence and excessive accommodation. This study aims to determine the strategy of excessive convergence, divergence and accommodation carried out by the Malay tribe and Nias tribe in Pantai Raja Village, Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. Research location in Pantai Raja Village, Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency. The subjects of this study were Malay tribes and Nias tribes with 10 people selected purposively. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique of this study uses the Huberman and Miles Interactive analysis model. The results of this study indicate that the convergence strategy carried out by ethnic Malay and Nias tribes in Pantai Raja Village is to adopt the language of the interlocutor, make body movements that indicate attraction, adjust speech and not limit the distance of the interlocutor, use jewelry and clothing that do not reflect differences with his interlocutor. The divergence strategy that is carried out is that there is no attempt to use the language of the interlocutor, do not make gestures that show interest when communicating, use their own culture of speech, limit distance and ignore the distance needs of their interlocutors, use jewelry and perfumes to highlight differences to the interlocutor. The cause of excessive accommodation labeling is too much in telling the experience and knowledge of the speaker and errors in the use of the language of the interlocutor. Formulation problem in research this that is Why kue Cangkiang home industry this permanent survive . Aim research this for knowing how about it way kue Cangkiang home industry this last and What reason kue Cangkiang home industry this permanent survive . Research this use method research qualitative descriptive , with 5 subjects research . From the results Interview deep and observation in the field , that kue Cangkiang home industry this is industry that is being undertaken society in a manner down generation . After various considerations do industry this more give profit for society compared the work they live it beforehand . With maintain industry this society permanent can conserve tradition that has been scaled back by parents and sufficient needs life . Rationality actions taken society in maintain kue Cangkiang home industry this covers actors , resources , and the norm . And action instrument rationality , action rationality value , and action traditional . Could concluded that kue Cangkiang home industry this last because existence encouragement from parents first for maintain industry this and also is based because awareness self own for maintain industry this. With various consideration industry this more give away advantage in comparison another job. And industry this more have high scores because society not take into account loss what will they get. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training on the performance of employees of PT. Semen Baturaja, especially production employees. The population in this study were employees of PT. Semen Baturaja is part of production with 75 people. The sampling technique was carried out by simple sampling method and obtained around 50 employees as research samples. The research variable consisted of independent variables in the form of Training (X) and Employee Performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The method of data collection in this study is the interview method and questionnaire. The results of the study show that the training has a significant effect on the performance of production department employees at PT. Semen Baturaja. This is indicated by the simple linear regression value of 0.356 with the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.667 in the category having a strong relationship between training on employee performance, and the determination coefficient value of 44.5% which means the training variable has an effect of 44.5 % of the variable performance of employee production department at PT. Semen Baturaja, the remaining 55.5% is determined or explained by other variables not included in the study.

Abstract

Sekar Budaya Group is an art group which houses the jaranan campursari art in Sukosari village, Sukowono subdistrict, Jember Regency. The Sekar Budaya Group has 35 members and also has 44 social gathering members. Sekar Budaya Group houses several art forms which are encompassed by the name of jaranan campursari. In the show, the Sekar Budaya Group always presents the arts it fosters, known by the people of the jaranan campursari sukosari. The establishment of the Sekar Budaya Group was motivated by economic factors and the condition of the art jaranan. Efforts made by the Sekar Budaya Group in preserving the art of the campursari network include protection efforts, utilization efforts, and development efforts. The efforts made by the Sekar Budaya Group had a positive impact on the development of network art and member income. Keywords: Sekar Budaya Group, Jaranan Art Campursari

Abstract

Abstrak Proses Belajar Mengajar saat ini guru berlaku sebagai fasilitator yang menggunakan bahan ajar sebagai penunjang dalam proses pembelajaran. Bahan ajar yang dibutuhkan oleh siswa yaitu bahan ajar cetak yang berupa modul, karena dalam modul terdapat acuan materi yang akan dipelajari oleh siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan modul Berbasis Kurikulum 2013, mengetahui kelayakan modul, dan evaluasi siswa. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D (Four-D Models). Subjek dalam penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XI APK 1 SMK PGRI 2 Sidoarjo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan hasil validasi materi, validasi bahasa dan validasi kegrafikan diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 81,04% dengan kriteria “Sangat Layak”. Sedangkan hasil uji coba terbatas menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan modul  Humas dan Keprotokolan pada Kompetensi Dasar Menjelaskan Prosedur Rapat “Sangat Baik” untuk dijadikan bahan ajar dalam kegiatan belajar dan pembelajaran dengan hasil persentase sebesar 98,66% sehingga modul  Humas dan Keprotokolan pada Kompetensi Dasar Menjelaskan Prosedur Rapat “Sangat Layak” digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dalam proses pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Modul, Kurikulum 2013, Kompetensi Dasar Menjelaskan Prosedur Rapat, Model 4-D   Abstract Teaching and Learning at this time the teacher acts as facilitator using teaching materials to support the learning process. Instructional materials needed by the students is printed instructional materials in the form of modules, because the modules are reference materials that will be studied by students. The purpose of this research is to develop a module-based curriculum in 2013, determine the feasibility of the module, and student evaluation. This development study was performed using 4-D model of development (Four-D Models). Subjects in the study of class XI student of SMK PGRI APK 1 2 Sidoarjo. The results showed that the overall results of the validation of the material, validation and validation kegrafikan language gained an average of 81.04% with criteria "Very Decent". While the limited test results showed that the development of Public Relations and Protocol module on Basic Competency Describes Meeting Procedures "Very Good" to be used as teaching materials in teaching and learning with the percentage of 98.66%, so that the module Public Relations and Protocol on Basic Competency Describes Meeting Procedures "Very Decent" is used as teaching material in the learning process. Abstract

This research aims to get an overview of personal hygiene  at Pastry  courses.  This type of research is a research survey, the population is  students  who follow the Pastry  courses  listed on the semester January-June 2015 that took the Pastry Courses  and sample  taken  through the total sampling.  Research instrument using the format of research using using two alternative  answers. Data analysis techniques by means of determining frequency distribution  data and determine the level of attainment of respondents.  Personal hygiene  in  workshops the Home Economic is good.  Personal  hygiene with sub indicators of fingers and hands well.Indicators of the head and the hair well. Indicators of clothing work clothes very well. Indicators  shoes stated very good .   Keywords: Personal Hygiene, Pastry Courses, Workshops

Abstract

ABSTRACT This article was written to illustrate the effect of using technic copy the master to writing skill of fable text of VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Pariaman. This research data is a score in the skills of writing fable texts before and after using technic copy the master (next on abbreviated CTM) .This study has three results. First, the skills of writing fable texts before using technic CTM in the qualification Enough (C). Second, the skill of writing the text of the fable of the students of grade VII SMP Negeri 1 Pariaman after using the technic CTM is qualified More than Enough (Ldc). Third, based on the t test concluded that there is a significant influence on the skill of writing fable text because thitung> ttabel (5,67> 1,70). Kata kunci: pengaruh, teknik copy the master, teks fabel

Abstract

The purpose of this study consists of three things as follows.  First, describe the knowledge about the level of ability of the announcement of class VII students of SMP Negeri 16 Padang. Second, describe the level of writing skill of class VII SMP Negeri 16 Padang. Third, analyze the relationship of knowlagde about the announcement with the skill of writing the data of class VII student of SMP Negeri 16 Padang.  This research type is quantitative research with descriptive method. The design of this research is correlational design. The population in this study is the students of class VII of SMP Negeri 16 Padang registered in the academic year 2016-2017. The sample in this research by using random sampling technique. The variable of this research is knowlagde of announcement as variable X (indenpendent variable) and writing achievement as variable Y (dependent variable). The data of this research is score of knowlagde test result about student announcement of class VII SMP Negeri 16 Padang and score of skill test result of student data of class VII SMP Negeri 16 Padang.       Kata kunci: hubungan, pengetahuan tentang pengumuman, menulis      pengumuman.

Abstract

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan faktor yang paling penting dalam pencapaian suatu tujuan proyek. Resiko Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) secara umum masih sering terabaikan. Industri jasa konstruksi merupakan salah satu sektor industri yang memiliki resiko kecelakaan kerja. Sering terjadinya kecelakaan kerja pada proyek konstruksi diakibatkan kurang diperhatikannya Keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja (K3). Pada penelitian dalam Tugas akhir ini akan diteliti mengenai manajemen resiko Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada proyek konstruksi terutama konstruksi gedung. Hal pertama yang dilakukan yaitu mengidentifikasi resiko K3 apa saja yang mungkin terjadi pada pekerjaan konstruksi gedung. Setelah didapat resiko – resiko yang mungkin terjadi , dilakukan analisa resiko. Analisa resiko tersebut untuk mengetahui resiko K3 yang paling sering terjadi pada pekerjaan konstruksi gedung berdasarkan pendapat orang – orang yang bekerja pada pekerjaan konstruksi gedung melalui penyebaran kuisioner di lapangan. Besarnya resiko K3 nantinya akan dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode Fine. Selanjutnya akan dilakukan evaluasi resiko dan terakhir yang dilakukan yaitu memberikan pengendalian resiko. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh resiko tertinggi yaitu resiko terjatuh dari ketinggian pada pekerjaan instalasi formwork (bekisting) sebesar 232,18. Dari Nilai resiko tersebut, resiko terjatuh dari ketinggian termasuk ke dalam level resiko Priority 1 yaitu perlu dilakukan penanganan secepatnya. Penanganan yang dilakukan yaitu dengan memberikan pengendalian resiko berupa penerapan K3 dilapangan meliputi penggunaan APD, rambu – rambu peringatan dan standarisasi pengaman pada saat bekerja di ketinggian.   Kata Kunci : manajemen resiko, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), kecelakaan kerja

Abstract

AbstractThis study entitled " Student Learning Interest Analysis on the Subjects of Sociology Class XI IPS 2 MAS Al-Mustaqim Arang Limbung". A common problem in this study is how to students interest on the subjects of Sociology class XI IPS 2 MAS Al-Mustaqim?. With the sub-problems : (1) How do the feelings of love to students in following the process learning of sociology? (2) How the student's attention at a time when the process learning of sociology?(3) How student involvement in the learning process of sociology?. The purpose of this research is to know the taste of pleasure, attention and involvement of students in the subjects of sociology. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach method. As for the sources data are the students of Class XI 2 IPS that add up to 30 people. Engineering data collection is observation, interview and documentation. Data collecting tool guidance interviews, observation and documentation guidelines. Technique of data analysis in this research include reduction of the data, the presentation of data and verification. Research results is : (1) there is no feeling of love to the students on the subjects of sociology, because students always feel bored when learning takes place. (2) the student's Attention is still less, as there are students were sleeping at the time the teacher explains material (3) student involvement is also less, because students do not contribute actively in the discussion. Keywords: Learning Interest,  Sociology Lesson
