Abstract

Assessment in counseling and guidance activities typically takes the form of outcome and process evaluation. The effectiveness of counseling services as viewed from the process is assessed through process evaluation. An evaluation of the outcomes is used to gather data on the efficiency of counseling and guidance services. An essential part of managing a mentoring program is assessment. Without an assessment, it would be impossible for us to determine whether the intended guidance program had been implemented successfully. The evaluation of the guidance program is to determine the degree to which the program's implementation has met its stated objectives. In other words, the outcome of the assessment activities will determine whether the program is successful in reaching its objectives.

Abstract

Counselors, who are trained professionals, guide counselees through the process of guidance. School counselors conduct assessments as part of their services. It cannot be isolated from the supervision actions, according to the assessment that was done. Counseling and direction School supervisors are school supervisors with complete rights, powers, and responsibilities for evaluating, promoting, and implementing education in various schools through guidance and counseling activities. Additionally, the adequacy of the services rendered by the BK teacher/counselor is determined by the factors mentioned above. This indicates that the school counselor can account for the services rendered.

Abstract

Social capital is directly linked to the phenomenon that occurs in the community. Multicultural counseling based on social capital can help with these issues. Social capital is a way of forming a strong link between people in order to establish a society. Social capital is divided into two categories: those that focus on the network of social contacts and those that focus on the inherent traits of individuals involved in social interactions. Multicultural counseling is still underserved in guidance and counseling services. One of the reasons why the service isn't up to par is because the counselor lacks certain talents, particularly when it comes to counseling approaches. As a result, a separate study on intercultural counseling is required. As a result, the author delivers a concept paper on multicultural counseling in a plural society in Indonesia based on social capital. After reviewing a variety of scientific sources, this manuscript was created. With this document, it is intended that counselors will be able to use it as a resource for implementing intercultural counseling based on social capital in Indonesia's plural society.
