Abstract

The more and more of poor communities in the urban area has changing lane of target direction when disscussing about poverty. Urban poverty potentially become a source of social economic and social politic problems which can be fatal for society in a bigger scale. A qualitative method is used in this reseach based on reality in the field where a data collected by involved directly in the programme implementation. The result of this research showed that 1) Implementation of Raskin Programme in Batu barely having no difficulties, however there is still a lack of fund in Raskin distribution so regional government aiding a help through their APBD 2) expected role of the community will be very helpful for stimulation process in where at the same time boost empowerment of those poor community, 3) empowering process that happen in Raskin programme is showing a very healthy progress to combat poverty and giving a good impact to elevate their welfare and food self family.

Abstract

As the oldest and biggest operator Telkom can not avoid the crisis especially trust crisis to its products and services. The aims of the research is how the Public Relations of Plasa Telkom Malang make strategy to handle complain and what are the resistance factors. This research used descriptive qualitative research method in collecting data by direct observation, documentation and in depth interview with the field informan. To measure the data validity used triangulation technique and data analysis used Miles and Huberman. The research result showed that the strategy used by Public Relations of Plasa Telkom in handling customers complaints are: 1) Quick in response the customers complains, which means not wasting time, 2) Increase the customer service/customer care and security officers services as each functions and responsibilites, 3) Provide Public Relations media such as TV, newspaper, tabloid. The resistance factors of Plasa Telkom Malang Public Relations in handling customer complaints are: 1) The less preparation of Plasa Telkom Malang Public Relations in communications, 2) The less cooperation and approach from the company to the certain media, 3) There is no complete identity from the customers.

Abstract

Advanced stage of education or senior high school and vocational school is the potentially institution if the students are researched further because the teenagers in advanced stage of education has more difficulty in their transition period. The teenagers have to get special attention, so that the research will find out how much the influence appears as the consequence of watching television, especially for the moral development of teenagers. The involvement and the role of electronic mass media, especially television, made the researcher curious more about the influence of the entertainment program of television, for instance series drama and movie. Furthermore, the researcher wanted to find out: is there any effect from series drama variable in television and movie to the moral development of teenagers, which one perhaps has dominant effect between series drama variable in television and movie variable to the moral development of teenagers. This research goal was want to find out the effect of series drama in television and movie to the moral development of teenagers, and which one has dominant effect between drama series in television and film in television to the moral development of teenagers.

Abstract

Many government employees at certain level must put passion of work for serving public needs as a foundation of their motivation and dedication when choosing a career in governmental area. An understanding about government mission in maintaining order and preserving a justice in direct move makes public service to be the primary function. The purpose of this research is to find out how to build a qualified public service through enhancing work ethic / ethos of their employees. Type of the research is descriptive qualitative and tries to explosure more about work ethics and finding data of the employees at Dinas Pertanian, Perikanan dan Peternakan at Sanggau Regency. Primary data collecting methods is questioner instrument. The research result indicates that through a good work ethics/work ethos become alternative way to enhancing public service which consist of manner, attitude and responsibility of Dinas Pertanian, Perikanan, dan Peternakan employees in their duties.
