Abstract

Yogurt di pasaran pada umumnya berbentuk cair dan kurang lazim ditemui dibanding produk minuman probiotik lainnya. Untuk itu perlu diversifikasi produk yogurt yang memiliki nilai tambah ekonomi dan bentuk yang bervariasi sehingga menjadikan yogurt sebagai minuman probiotik yang lebih diminati oleh konsumen. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menemukan formulasi yang tepat dalam pembuatan yogurt padat baik dalam bentuk rasa maupun tekstur. Yogurt padat dibuat dari susu sapi segar ditambah dengan maizena, susu skim, dekstrin (sesuai variabel) dan gula. Campuran dari bahan–bahan tersebut dipanaskan pada suhu ± 90 oC selama 10 menit, didinginkan sampai suhu 43 oC, dan ditambahkan starter yogurt (bakteri Steptococcus thermophillus dan Lactobacillus bulgariccus) sebesar 3 % dan diinkubasi selama 18 jam pada suhu kamar. Variabel berubah yang digunakan adalah jumlah maizena, susu skim, dan dekstrin dalam bentuk formulasi yaitu formulasi A sampai O. Dari hasil uji coba organoleptik terhadap 20 responden menunjukkan bahwa yogurt padat dengan rasa dan tekstur yang paling disukai responden adalah formulasi D yaitu pada penambahan susu skim 3 %, maizena 3 % dan tidak ada penambahan dekstrin. Formulasi D tersebut setelah diuji secara kimiawi dan mikrobiologi menghasilkan kadar keasaman 0,87%, kadar protein 8,932%, dan jumlah bakteri stater 2,45 x 109 cfu/gram sampel.

Abstract

Citrus X sinensis plants are one of the main products of Petungsewu Village, Malang Regency. So far, partners (citrus farmers) have relied on rainwater by using rainfed systems to irrigate their crops. Problems arise during dry season because limited water making watering or spraying become difficult. As a result plants are only able to produce fruits once a year while the same plants in other lands with good irrigation can produce fruits twice. To overcome the problem of limited water, it is determined to have a 4x6x2 m3 water reservoir as an water storage area for rainfed systems. While to control water usage when watering uses a cliff system using the Internet of Things (IoT) technology. In addition, to provide water storage, this activity also built a shelter on the reservoir and toilets. Because of the unavailability of electrical energy sources, this activity also provides renewable energy sources that contain solar panel energy. The watering system is carried out automatically using a soil moisture sensor if the humidity is less than 70%, so that the valve will open and the water flows. On the other hand, if the humidity is greater or equal to 70%, the valve will be closed. With the existence of this activity, partners can do automatic watering of plants during dry season, and citrus plants can produce fruits twice in a year

Abstract

In this research, the CBIR method used several combination of feature extraction methods, such as a combination between LCH (HSV) and DC Coefficient, a combination between 2 nd Order Statistic GLCM Sub Block and DC Coefficient, and a combination between LCH (HSV), 2 nd Order Statistic GLCM Sub Block and DC Coefficient. Sample image experiment test was used from CorelDB dataset. The result from the research showed performance component value of Non Interpolating Average Precision method performed by the combination of LCH (HSV) and DC Coefficient performance rate was about 23%. While the variance of the combination of 2 nd order statistic GLCM sub block and coefficient DC and the combination of LCH (HSV), 2 nd order statistic GLCM sub block and coefficient DC showed performance rate was about 12%.Keywords – CBIR, LCH, GLCM, DC Coefficient

Abstract

The academic data at Telecomunication Enginering Study Program of State Polytechnic of Malang is manually processed. Manual data processing has some weakness. It will take a longer time to process the data, and it will also increase the potential of data redundance and human error. So that, it is needed to develop a computerized academic information system, that is integrated to a database management system and is accessible internet. Academic information system of Telecomunication Engineering study program is aimed to process lecturers, students, courses and other academic data and to make it accessible through internet. The requirement analysis and software design is done by using Object Oriented method. And Object Oriented Modeling is used to visualize the software model.  Some of modeling diagram that is used are Use Case diagram, Class diagram, Activity diagram and Sequence diagram. Then the software is developed based on the result of analysis and design. The implemented system has been tested and could be used to manage lecturers, courses, students, lecturing, GBPP, SAP, course contract and grading. Kata Kunci :academic information system, web, object oriented analysis

Abstract

Penyandang disabilitas tangan seringkali mengalami kesulitan untuk menjalani hidup secara normal karenaketerbatasan pergerakan fisik mereka. Salah satu kesulitan yang dialami mereka adalah saat membuka kitab suci AlQuran. Kesulitan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi. Salah satu teknologi yang seringdigunakan saat ini adalah teknologi smartphone dimana didalamnya dapat diletakkan Al Quran Digital. Namundemikian kesulitan masih ditemukan disaat mencari surat atau mengganti halaman, karena keterbatasan merekadalam menggerakkan tangan.Aplikasi yang dikembangkan ini merupakan suatu program yang ditanamkan diperangkat smartphone berbasis Android yang ditujukan untuk memberikan fasilitas pencarian surat dan pergantianhalaman menggunakan perintah suara. Dengan fasilitas yang ditawarkan ini diharapkan seorang penyandangdisabilitas tangan dapat membaca Al Quran selayaknya masyarakat pada umumnya. Aplikasi ini dikembangkanmenggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak Eclipse Luna, Voice Recognition yang disediakan oleh Google API danhalaman-halaman Al Quran dalam bentuk citra menggunakan format PNG. Program akan menangkap suarapengguna dan menterjemahkan maknanya untuk mencari surat yang diminta kemudian menampilkan halaman suratyang sesuai. Selanjutnya program akan mendengarkan suara perintah ‘lanjut’ atau ‘kembali’ untuk mengendalikanhalaman-halaman yang perlu ditampilkan. Pada dasarnya ketika aplikasi menangkap suara pengguna maka suaratersebut akan diubah ke bentuk teks yang selanjutnya digunakan sebagai katakunci dalam melaksanakanperintah.Aplikasi ini telah diujicobakan pada beberapa penyandang disabilitas tangan dan mendapatkan responpositif. Mereka telah merasakan manfaat kemudahan yang diperoleh saat membaca Al Quran. Aplikasi masihmemiliki ketergantungan pada Google API sehingga kelancaran aplikasi mengubah suara menjadi teks ditentukanoleh internet yang digunakan. Aplikasi untuk sementara masih difokuskan pada juz 30 dan saat ini masih dalamproses pengembangan untuk keseluruhan isi Al Quran.Kata kunci: disabilitas tangan, command voice, pencarian surat Al Quran, Google API.

Abstract

Penelitian ini tidak hanya bertujuan untuk memperbaiki Algoritma Apriori (AA) dalam metode Association Rules Mining (ARM)  tetapi  juga mengusulkan suatu solusi alternatif untuk model rekomendasi bundling produk bagi ritel. Problem pemetaan biner dengan pemangkasan aturan yang sering menghilangkan produk yang potensial coba diatasi dengan tambahan parameter UWS. Perbaikan ini sekaligus berdampak pada kualitas bundling produk yang direkomendasikan. Optimasi dilakukan pada aturan yang dihasilkan oleh AA dengan parameter U_gain dan W_gain yang merupakan representasi dari berbagai atribut produk[1]. Quantity dan profit adalah bagian dari atribut item produk yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan data Point of Sales (POS) menunjukan adanya perbaikan aturan. Jika menggunakan AA konvensional, aturan yang dihasilkan sering tidak mengandung item yang potensial. Hal ini karena proses seleksi ulang dengan level confidence yang lebih kritis sering menghilang aturan dengan item yang potensial. Pada sisi yang lain, sejumlah aturan yang dihasilkan sering tidak mengandung item produk yang berkualitas. Optimasi dilakukan dengan mengubah parameter minimum transaksi, minimum support dan minimum confidence yang dikombinasikan dengan perhitungan U_gain dan W_gain untuk mendapatkan aturan yang menghasilkan nilai maksimal.

Abstract

Abstract— This article is aimed to propose a method which used Non-Numeric assessment that is Multi Experts Multi Criteria Decision Making (MEMCDM) in order to construct supporting decision system in composing rehabilitation and reconstruction action after disaster. Because in all this time “Perencanaan dan Pengendalian Penanganan Bencana (P3B)” surveyor team does not have clear standard criteria to execute the compiling rehabilitation and reconstruction action after disaster. Method Multi Experts Multi Criteria Decision Making (MEMCDM) step is to determine the alternative, assessment scale, criteria, criteria quality, criteria quality negation, criteria aggregation, and the qualification expert score. In the stage of expert qualification score for primary and secondary data is different. In secondary data, the qualification score is based on the usage of expert amount. Meanwhile, for secondary data, the expert qualification score is based on the criteria amount which is chosen by the user. Training data that has been processed using method Multi Experts Multi Criteria Decision Making (MEMCDM) can form a pattern system to assess damage and losses after natural disasters. There for it could facilitate a team of surveyors in assessing the damage and losses after natural disasters.

Abstract

Over the past decade, ICT (Information Communication Technology) have enabled changes in the way people live, work, interact and acquire knowledge. In Indonesia, the progress of using ICT for education and training has growing rapidly, it called E-learning. However, until this time, they still have limitations in a term of system, platform, and usage. E-learning system that we are using until now, one of these, they are usually only available in web-based system take a small part of supporting the whole basic education such as Science and IT only. Teaching social and culture is very important especially when the students still at elementary school. There is a good point for developing software that could teach these students about Indonesia’s social and culture that can be accessed whenever and wherever they are available. Therefore we create the application in a form of visual novel that can be used in multiple platforms. Here, we will present the Visual Novel that used for moral education, there will be a story about honesty, be grateful, helping each other etc.

Abstract

Aplikasi kelas onlinetelah diterapkan di SMK Telkom Malang menggunakan platformGoogleClassroompada mata pelajaran Pemrograman Berorientasi Objek (PBO). Penggunaan Google Classroompada mata pelajaran PBO ditambahkan materi chatbotpembelajaran Javadari Oracle Academy Java FoundationmenggunakanplatformFacebook Messengersebagai media untuk membantu Guru dalam menyediakan materi kepada siswa diantaranya adalah materi dasar pemrograman Java dan penyajian item soal kuis. Pada model kuis yang disajikan chatbotini, antar siswa mendapat respon penyajian item soal yang berbeda dalam pengerjaan kuis tentang materi yang ditampilkan sesuai dengan scoretingkat kesulitan soal yang dikerjakan oleh siswa dengan metode Organizing Exercise Items. Pada hasil ujicoba, chatbotdapat memberikan semua respon dengan tepat kepada seluruh siswa yaitu tentang penyajian item soal dengan topik materi Java Software Developmentsesuai tingkat kesulitan yang berbeda yaitu mudah, sedang dan sulit. Dengan demikian siswa dinyatakan dapat berinteraksi dengan chatbotsebagai media belajar yang dapat membantu guru dalam memberikan fasilitas belajar kepada siswa sesuai tingkat pemahaman materi soal pada pembelajaran Java. Adanya chatbotyang dibangun diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi kepada guru serta berkontribusi positif  saat proses pembelajaran oleh siswa yang diintegrasikan pada kelas onlinetanpa batasan ruang, waktu dan jumlah siswa.Abstract Online class application has been applied in SMK Telkom Malang using Google Classroom platform on Object Oriented Programming subjects (OOP). Google Classroom on PBO subjects added Java learning chatbot material from the Oracle Academy Java Foundation using the Messenger Facebook platform. Both of these learning media can help teachers in providing materials to students such as basic Java programming materials and the presentation of items about the quiz. In the quiz model that is presented by this chatbot, the students get responses of different items in the quiz about the material that is displayed in accordance with the score of the difficulty level of the problems done by the students by the Organizing Exercise Items method. In the test results, chatbot is applied to the learning of 3 classes and creating a higher final exam results with an average difference of 0.60 points from the conventional learning group. In the learning results there is also an increase in the value of post test of 0.39 points from the first test. Thus the students can interact with chatbot as a learning medium Java programming language and Chatbot can help teachers in the provision of materials and quizzes. And result of effectiveness test through ISO 9126 software quality test some aspect gets predicate very feasible to applied.

Abstract

The savings and loans cooperative are a cooperative that has an important purpose in its reach and services, such as the Permata Ngijo Savings and Loans Cooperative. Activities within the cooperative itself include managing member data as well as savings and loan transactions. In systems that are still manual, such as Microsoft Excel, there is a risk of inaccurate data and takes a long time. This manual system is still less effective because the number of members and transactions continues to grow. Therefore, an application is needed as a more effective data processing and information system for members that is easier to access. This study aims to build an android-based savings and loan application using the hypertext preprocessor (PHP) programming language and my structured query language (MySQL) as data storage. Based on the android application that has been made, it shows that the black box functionality of the application runs as planned, the success rate for users reaches 90%.
