Abstract

The background that drives this research is that teachers are less than optimal in using instructional media in the learning process. Lack of use of learning media results in less active and passive student activities, so that students' understanding of the material is still lacking. This research aims to produce a product in the form of interactive learning media based on the PBL learning model that is valid and suitable for use in theme 9 sub-themes 3 for grade V SD. This type of research and development uses the ADDIE model. The data collection instrument in this study used a questionnaire. The method of data analysis in this research and development was carried out by using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques and quantitative descriptive analysis. Media experts and material experts validated that interactive learning media products developed were validated, showing the percentage of 84.89% and 82.67% were categorized as "very valid and very suitable for use". Meanwhile, the teacher responses from the three primary schools showed a percentage of 96%, 82%, 96% were categorized as "very valid and very suitable for use", and the responses of students from the three primary schools showed a percentage of 97.39%, 96.09%, 97.5 % in the category "very valid and very worthy of use". So it can be concluded that interactive learning media is very valid and very feasible to use.

Abstract

Students experience errors in the mastery of concepts, including incomplete writing solutions and students' inability to remember concepts. Students do not write the concepts used in solving FPB and KPK questions. This study aimed to analyze the types of misconceptions and causes of misconceptions in FPB and KPK material for grade IV students. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, with the research subject being fourth-grade elementary school students. Types of data collection used are written tests, interviews, and documentation. The analysis results regarding the misconceptions that occur in FPB and KPK material for fourth-grade elementary school students state that students experience translation misconceptions, sign misconceptions, arithmetic misconceptions, and systematic concept misconceptions, and operation misconceptions. The causes of misconceptions are due to factors from students related to interest in learning because they already think that mathematics is a complicated subject, factors from teachers who do not provide in-depth explanations related to FPB and KPK material, conditions or situations in the classroom that cause the subject to be unable to concentrate and pay attention to the teacher when giving explanations about FPB and KPK material, students' understanding of the FPB and KPK material is still low and wrong preconceptions. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the types of misconceptions that occur in grade IV students are translation misconceptions, sign misconceptions, arithmetic misconceptions, systematic misconceptions, concept misconceptions, and operation misconceptions.

Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita pada materi pecahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis kesalahan peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita dan penyebab terjadinya kesalahan pada siswa kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah berdasarkan teori Newan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 15 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian meliputi sol tes uraian, lembar wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat lima kesalahan dalam mengerjakan soal cerita materi pecahan yang dilakukan oleh siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Lima kesalahan tersebut yaitu, yang pertama kesalahan membaca soal, kesalahan memahami masalah, kesalahan transformasi, kesalahan keterampilan proses, dan kesalahan penulisan jawaban akhir. Adapun penyebab yang dilakukan siswa meliputi masih  kemampuan membaca simbol matematika siswa rendah, ketidaktelitian siswa, tidak dapat menggunakan logaritma dengan benar, tidak menguasai konsep pecahan, tidak paham dalam menentukan sistematika penyelesaian soal dan tidak terbisa menuliskan jawaban akhir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat lima kesalahan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita berdasarkan teori Newman.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to reveal the level of sudents?óÔé¼Ôäó motivation in math learning and also the level of students?óÔé¼Ôäó cognitive using math animation with RME approach. The implementation of math animation with realistic mathemativs education approach had tested before in II-A and II-B class in SDN 3 Palembon, Semarang. The research did four times meeting. The reseacrh method was quasy experiment. The research showed that the score of experiment had completed the academic target by individual nor clasical, and after analyzed, we known that the experiment class had better academic result than control class. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian Implementasi animasi matematika dengan pendekatan realistic mathematics education untuk meningkatkan pemahaman matematis siswa sekolah dasar adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi belajar matematika serta tingkat kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa sekolah dasar setelah diterapkanya pembelajaran matematika menggunakan animasi matematika dengan pendekatan RME. Implementasi animasi matematika dengan pendekatan realistic mathematics education untuk meningkatkan pemahaman matematis siswa sekolah dasar yang telah dilakukan uji lapangan pada kelas II-A dan II-B di SDN N 3 Palebon Semarang, pelaksanaan dilakukan sebanyak empat kali pertemuan. Metode penelitian implementasi animasi mateamtika dengan pendekatan Realistic Mathematic Education adalah melalui penelitian quasy experiment. Hasil Implementasi animasi matematika dengan pendekatan realistic mathematics education untuk meningkatkan pemahaman matematis siswa sekolah dasar diperoleh nilai kelas eksperimen menunjukkan ketuntasan baik secara individual maupun klaksikal. Dan setelah dianalisis diperoleh bahwa hasil belajar kelas eksperimen lebih baik dari pada hasil yang diperoleh kelas kontrol. Kata kunci: Implemantasi, RME, Animasi Matematika, Quasy Experiment

Abstract

Abstract Being able to organize the fashion including makeup of the elementary students in their show is the aim of this community service. In exploring the students?óÔé¼Ôäó talent, the school needs to have a show for them like dancing show. This program was held at elementary schools in Gayamsari Semarang. Team of community service found that there are still less skill in arranging the fashion and makeup for their own students before they perform on the stage. Team taught that the elementary teachers need to equip this skill in order to prepare and help them in dressing fashion and makeup of the show. In this program also train them how to choose a wardrobe/ proper fashion, how to dress the performer, and how to mix and match the fashion and its makeup, etc. The training was held in February 19th 2011 and it was attended by 25 participants. Each participant looks very enthusiastic and wondering to get every session of trainings. ?é?á Key Word: fashion and makeup, dancing show, performance
