Abstract

AbstractSemangkiling Hamlet is one of the hamlets located in Bebatung Village, Mandor District, Landak Regency. This hamlet has a multicultural society. Despite having a multicultural society, this hamlet still holds fast to their traditions that have existed for a long time, one of which was the baroah tradition. This tradition is routinely carried out every year, but along with the times the tradition of baroah experiences changes in meaning and value as happened in the Semangkiling Hamlet community. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative research form. The technique in this study uses four techniques namely observation, data collection, documentation, and literature. The results of this study indicate: (1). The background of the implementation of baroah tradition in Semangkiling Hamlet is in the form of three, namely: the majority aspects of an agrarian society, the religious aspects of the community, the social aspects of the Semangkiling community, (2). The process of implementing the Baroah tradition in Semangkiling is bahaump, coughing, humping ', meaning of roah. (3). Transformation of the Meaning and Value of the Baroah Tradition took place before and after the entry of Christianity, especially Protestantism. the factors that cause a shift in meaning and value that occur are religious factors, economic factors, and social factors in the Semangkiling hamlet community. The meaning and value of the baroah tradition in Semangkiling Hamlet, which is no longer entirely religious, is only an annual routine. Keywords: Transformation, Meaning and Value, Baroah Tradition.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to determine the development of the NahdlatulUlama (NU) in Pontianak City in 1998-2018. The formulation of the problem  in this study discribes a brief history of the NadlatulUlama (NU) in Indonesia, the background of the establishment of the NahdlatulUlama (NU) in Pontianak and its development from 1998 until 2018. Historical research method was applied in conducting this research. The steps used in this method consist of topic selection, heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historiography. The findings showed that the establishment of the NU began with the arrival of transmigrants from Java and Madura that include clerics and their students from Islamic boarding schools in Madura. The background of this establishment is to spread Islam AhlussunnahWalJama’ah. Furthermore, the people in Pontianak needed an equal umbrella of organization as before NU entered Pontianak City, its practices had alredy existed in Pontianak City.  Keywords: Development, Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), Pontianak City

Abstract

AbstractThis research aimed to know the symbolic meaning of the tradition of belamin on the community in Mulia Kerta Village, Ketapang Regency. The method used qualitative descriptive. The data source used representative of traditional adat leaders. The techniques of data collections were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results obtain were: 1. This tradition adopted during Hindu culture precisely in the 16th century aimed at cleanse themselves and while the belamin process was taught character education and religious education, 2. The implementation of the tradition of belamin on the community of Desa Mulia Kerta is carrying out through several stages including: the stages of preparation, the stages carried out in the lamin / room, step down lamin, preparation for bathing, doing the betitik process, and the final stage (Khataman Al-Qur'an and Betimbang), 3. In this tradition of belamin there are several values contained such as: the value of divinity education, the value of social and community education, and the value of social and community education.Keywords: Symbolic Meaning, Belamin Tradition, Ketapang Community

Abstract

Abstrak: Judul penelitian ini adalah Analisis Kinerja Karyawan pada CU Muare Pesisir di Kecamatan Teluk Pakedai Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kinerja karyawan dan faktor- faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada Credit Union Muare Pesisir di Kecamatan Teluk Pakedai Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitiannya adalah survei. Subjek penelitian adalah 4 orang karyawan. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kinerja karyawan sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan visi, misi, tujuan serta prosedur atau aturan yang berlaku di Credit Union Muare Pesisir hal ini dapat dilihat dari jumlah anggota, simpanan saham dan non saham, serta SHU yang terus mengalami peningkatan. Adapun masalah yang biasa dihadapi adalah kredit macet dan hal tersebut bisa diselesaikan dengan baik. Adapun faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah faktor pribadi, faktor pemimpin , rekan kerja, dan fasilitas yang sudah lengkap sehingga mereka dapat menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik. Kata kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Credit Union Abstract : The title of this research is Employee Performance Analysis at CU Muare Pakedai Gulf Coast in District Kubu Raya District. This study aims to determine the planning and implementation of employee performance and the factors that influence the performance of employees at Credit Union Muare Teluk Pakedai Gulf Coast in District Kubu Raya District. The method used is descriptive method of research is a survey form. Subjects were 4 employees. Research results show the planning and implementation of employee performance is already well underway in accordance with the vision, mission, objectives and procedures or rules applicable in the Credit Union Coastal Muare this can be seen from the number of members, non-stock saving and stock, as well as the SHU is constantly increasing. The usual problems encountered are bad credit and it can be done well. The factors that affect the performance of the employee are personal factors, leadership factors, co-workers, and facilities that are complete so that they can carry out their duties properly.
