Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu untuk memberikan pengetahuan pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi RT online pada masyarakat Teluk khususnya RT 02 RW 03. Metode pelaksanan ini menggunakan metode ceramah, demonstrasi dan juga praktik aplikasi RT online yang diikuti oleh perwakilan warga sebanyak 15 orang Hasil yang diperoleh adalah warga telah mampu menggunakan aplikasi RT online guna memudahkan urusan administrasi RT dan melihat informasi yang ada di RT dalam menggunakan aplikasi RT online sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien dalam mendapatkan informasi dan urusan administrasi RT. Hasil dari pendampingan yang telah dilakukan dapat di sebarluaskan ke warga lain sehingga semua warga dapat memanfaatkan adanya teknologi baru di lingkungan RT 02 RW 03.

Abstract

The preparation of learning tools needs to be carried out by each teacher so that students and the quality of education can be guaranteed and in accordance with learning achievements later. This community service activity is carried out with the aim of assisting teachers in developing learning tools and compiling an independent curriculum. The methods in this service activity are lectures and hands-on practice in making learning tools including Canva, Filmora and Google Drive. The result of this service is that the teacher is able to make learning tools by utilizing existing technology and packaging it to attract students, based on the results of this training satisfaction survey the teacher stated that he was satisfied and helped with a score of 95% meaning that activities like this can continue with different material to the future.

Abstract

The assessment system to determine the best employees at the Yogi shop has not been systemized. It is still limited to the regular assessment assessing the best employees to get an annual bonus based on the owner and manager's assessment, so it seems less accurate and less targeted towards employees who will be given annual bonuses. This study aims to build a decision support system to determine the best employees using the TOPSIS method to make it easier for owners and managers to determine the best employees. The data processing method in this study is the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. The criteria used in this research are attendance, work attitude, responsibility, discipline, cooperation and creativity. From the results of the tests, it concluded that the blackbox testing process was successful. The results of this study are a decision support system to determine the best employees at the Yogi Banyumas store.

Abstract

PKM is a manifestation of the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education which was launched by the Directorate General of Higher Education under the management of Belmawa, which is one of the efforts to grow, accommodate and realize students' creative and innovative ideas. The division in charge of PKM at Amikom University in Purwokerto is the Student and Alumni Affairs section. Student Affairs and Alumni are targeting a total of 200 proposals for internal selection. With these many targets, there is a need for socialization carried out by the Student and Alumni section regarding the PKM 2023 program. From these problems, one solution is to conduct training on making PKM proposals for students. The purpose of the PKM socialization and training is to assist students in making PKM proposals in accordance with existing guidelines. The methods used in socialization and training are the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The results of the training are that students can make PKM proposals in accordance with the Guidelines and can fill in data up to uploading the proposal in SIMBELMAWA.
