Abstract

ABSTRACT Stress is a general pattern of reactions and adaptations, in the sense that the pattern of reactions to stressors, which can come from within or outside the individual concerned, can be real or not. Headaches called migraines are headaches with pain attacks lasting 4 – 72 hours. Pain is usually unilateral, throbbing, moderate to severe pain intensity and exacerbated by activity, and may be accompanied by nausea and vomiting, photophobia and phonophobia. Complaints that are quite frequent and disturbing from among these complaints are migraine complaints. Migraines can interfere with academic achievement and can limit student activities. To be able to determine the relationship between stress and migraine incidence in students of the Faculty of Medicine, Malahayati University during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research uses analytical research methods, namely research conducted to examine the relationship between 2 or more variables as many as 60 samples of students from the Faculty of Medicine, Malahayati University during the Covid-19 pandemic. that meet the inclusion criteria. Data collection began in September 2020. By using a questionnaire as the main measuring tool to collect data. The data were evaluated by Spearman's test. In this study, The research sample was 60 students, indicating that most of the respondents had normal stress levels (50.6%), and showed that most of the respondents had migraine levels (51.9%). The results of the Spearman correlation obtained p value = 0.000 and r = 0.746 because p = 0.000 <0.05. This study, there is a significant correlation between Stress and Migraine Incidence in Students of the Faculty of Medicine, Malahayati University during the Covid-19 pandemic. Keywords: Stress, Migraine, Covid-19 ABSTRAK Stres merupakan pola reaksi serta adaptasi umum, dalam arti pola reaksi menghadapi stresor, yang dapat berasal dari dalam maupun luar individu yang bersangkutan, dapat nyata maupun tidak nyata sifatnya. Nyeri kepala yang disebut migrain adalah nyeri kepala dengan serangan nyeri yang berlangsung 4 – 72 jam. Nyeri biasanya unilateral, sifatnya berdenyut, intensitas nyerinya sedang sampai berat dan diperhebat oleh aktivitas, dan dapat disertai mual muntah, fotofobia dan fonofobia. Keluhan yang cukup sering terjadi dan mengganggu dari antara keluhan tersebut adalah keluhan migrain. Migrain  dapat menganggu prestasi akademik dan dapat membatasi kegiatan mahasiswa. Untuk dapat mengetahui Hubungan Stres dengan Kejadian Migrain pada Mahasiswa/i Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Malahayati disaat pandemi Covid-19. Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian analitik yaitu  penelitian yang dilakukan untuk menguji hubungan 2 variabel atau lebih sebanyak 60 sampel Mahasiswa/i Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Malahayati disaat pandemi Covid-19. yang memenuhi kriteria inkulsi. Pengambilan data dimulai pada bulan September 2020. Dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai alat ukur utama untuk mengumpulkan data. Data dievaluasi dengan uji Spearman. Didapatkan sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 Mahasiswa/i menunjukkan  bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat stres normal (50,6%), dan menunjukkan  bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat migrain  (51,9%). Hasil korelasi Spearman  didapatkan nilai p=0.000 dan nilai r=0.746 karena nilai p=0.000 <0.05. Terdapat  korelasi yang bermakna antara Stres dengan Kejadian Migrain pada Mahasiswa/i Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Malahayati disaat pandemi Covid-19. Kata Kunci: Stress, Migrain, Covid-19

Abstract

ABSTRACT: SELF CONTROL AND SMOKING BEHAVIOR IN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT Smoking behavior appears a lot among adolescents. Smoking behavior is a form of juvenile delinquency related to self-control abilities. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-control and smoking behavior in high school students. The study was conducted on 205 students of SMA Negeri 1 Trimurjo, Central Lampung Regency. The research data were obtained through self-control questionnaires and smoking behavior. Data analysis used Pearson correlation test. The results showed that high school students had moderate self-control and smoking behavior. There is a significant relationship between self-control and smoking behavior in high school students, with low correlation strength and negative correlation direction, which means the higher self-control, the lower one's smoking behavior. The results of this study can be a reference for the school in developing self-control intervention programs to reduce smoking behavior among high school students. Keywords: Self-Control, Smoking Behavior, High School Students Perilaku merokok banyak muncul di kalangan remaja. Perilaku merokok merupakan bentuk kenakalan remaja yang berhubungan dengan kemampuan pengendalian diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kontrol diri dengan perilaku merokok pada siswa SMA. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 205 siswa SMA Negeri 1 Trimurjo Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner kontrol diri dan perilaku merokok. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan siswa SMA memiliki control diri dan perilaku merokok tingkat sedang. Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara kontrol diri dan perilaku merokok pada siswa SMA, dengan kekuatan korelasi rendah dan arah korelasi negatif yaitu semakin tinggi kontrol diri maka semakin rendah perilaku merokok seseorang. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi pihak sekolah dalam mengembangkan program intervensi control diri untuk. mengurangi perilaku merokok siswa SMA. Kata Kunci :Kontrol Diri, Perilaku Merokok, Siswa SMA

Abstract

ABSTRACT: ACADEMIC PROCRASTINATION AND LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT IN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS This study aims to determine the frequency distribution of academic procrastination and learning achievement and to find out whether there is a relationship between academic procrastination and learning achievement in vocational students. This study uses product moment correlation analysis to determine whether there is a relationship between the two variables, academic procrastination and learning achievement. The population in this students of SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung. The sample of this study was 167 students. Sampling using accidental sampling. The data collection method uses an academic procrastination scale based on aspects of academic procrastination and uses report for learning achievement data. Students of SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung have a category of academic procrastination and learning achievement in the medium category. The correlation coefficient is r = .229 (p > .05), so it can be concluded that the there is no relationship between academic procrastination and student achievement in high school students. This shows that there is no significant relationship between academic procrastination and learning achievement in hish school students. As for suggestions for further research that is interested in researching the relationship between academic procrastination and academic achievement, it is better to consider researching other factors of learning achievement apart from academic procrastination. Keywords: Learning Achievement, Academic Procrastination, Students Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui distribusi frekuensi prokrastinasi akademik dan prestasi belajar serta mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara prokrastinasi akademik dengan prestasi belajar pada siswa SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kolerasi product moment untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antar kedua variabel yaitu prokrastinasi akademik dengan prestasi belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa/i SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 167 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan skala prokrastinasi akademik berdasarkan aspek-aspek prokrastinasi akademik dan menggunakan nilai rapor untuk data prestasi belajar. Siwa/i SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung memiliki kataori prokrastinasi akademik dan prestasi belajar pada katagori sedang. Koefisien kolerasi diketahui r = .229 (p > .05) sehinggga disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan prokrastinasi akademik dengan prestasi belajar siswa SMK. Hal ini menjunjukan bahwa prokrastinasi akademik dengan prestasi belajar pada siswa SMK tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan. Adapun saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya yang tertarik untuk meneliti tentang hubungan prokrastinasi akademik terhadap prestasi belajar sebaiknya juga mempertimbangkan untuk meneliti faktor-faktor lain prestasi belajar selain prokrastinasi akademik Kata Kunci: Prestasi Belajar, Prokrastinasi Akademik, SMK

Abstract

ABSTRACT : THE EFFECTIVENESS OF STRESS MANAGEMENT TRAINING FOR ASN IN A METRO CITY This study aims to determine the effectiveness of stress management training in reducing stress levels of ASN in Metro City. Data was collected using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS). The research design is a one group pretest-posttest design. The research analysis used is quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis with hypothesis testing using t-test analysis to determine whether there is an effect of stress management training in reducing stress in ASN. The results showed that there were differences in stress among ASN. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant difference in stress levels in the experimental group after stress management training, or it can be said that there is an effectiveness of stress management training for ASN in Metro City  therefore this research can continue to be carried out to reduce stress on ASN. Keywords: ASN, Stress, Stress Management Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan manajemen stres dalam menurunkan tingkat stres ASN kota Metro. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Perceived Stress Scale (PSS). Rancangan penelitian ini adalah desain one group pretest-posttest. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji t-test untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh pelatihan manajemen stres dalam mengurangi stres pada ASN. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan tingkat stres yang signifikan pada ASN setelah dilakukannya pelatihan manejemen stres, atau dapat dikatakan bahwa adanya efektivitas pelatihan manajemen stres pada ASN di kota Metro sehingga pelatihan ini dapat terus dilakukan guna untuk menurunkan stres pada ASN. Kata Kunci: ASN, Stres, Manajemen Stres

Abstract

ABSTRACT : THE RELATIONSHIP OF COPING STRATEGIES AND STRESS AMONG STUDENT WORKING ON THESIS Stress when working on a thesis is a phenomenon that occurs among Indonesian students. Coping strategies are needed in dealing with student stress in doing thesis. Thus, this study aims to determine the role of coping strategies against stress in undergraduate thesis students. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, with the research subjects being students of the general medical study program at Malahayati University, Bandar Lampung, with 173 samples using accidental sampling technique. Methods of data collection is done by using a questionnaire in the form of a stress scale and coping strategies. Based on the results of the correlation test, it was concluded that there was no relationship between coping strategies and the stress of students writing thesis, and based on descriptive statistics, the value of coping strategies was 69.9% students of the general medical study program, Malahayati University, Bandar Lampung, had coping strategies in the moderate category, and students when deal with stress more using coping strategies emotionally focused coping. And for the stress category, thesis students fall into the medium category. Keywords: Coping Strategy, Stress, Student, Thesis Stress ketika mengerjakan skripsi merupakan fenomena yang terjadi di kalangan mahasiswa Indonesia. Strategi coping di perlukan dalam menghadapi stres mahasiswa dalam mengerjakan skripsi. Dengan demikian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran strategi coping terhadap stres mahasiswa skripsi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan subyek penelitian mahasiwa Program Studi Kedokteran Umum Universitas Malahayati Bandar Lampung, dengan 173 sampel dengan teknik accidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengunakan kuesioner berbentuk skala stres dan strategi coping. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa tidak ada hubungan strategi coping dengan stres mahasiswa menulis skripsi, serta berdasarkan hasil deskriptif statistik diperoleh nilai strategi coping sebesar 69,9% mahasiswa Program Studi Kedokteran Umum Universitas Malahayati Bandar Lampung memiliki strategi coping dalam katagori sedang, serta mahasiswa ketika menghadapi stress lebih banyak menggunakan strategi coping secara emotinal focused coping. Dan untuk katagori stess mahasiswa skripsi masuk ke dalam katagori sedang. Kata Kunci: Strategi Coping, Stress, Mahasiswa, Skripsi

Abstract

Game Online Addiction and Depression Among Middle School Students                                                                                                                        Popular products that are nowadays massively used among teenagers are video games and online games. It can lead to an addiction and increase the risk of depression, poor social relationships with family and friends. It often causes an isolation from society and delivers a bigger chance to psychiatric disorders. This study aims to findrelationship between online games addiction and depression in Junior High School students in Bandar Lampung. This study was a cross sectional study. The sample of this study was 546 junior hign school students in Bandar Lampung. The datawas obtained by Beck Depression Inventory and online gaming addiction scale. Data analyzed by spearman correlation. Spearman analysis test result shows a significant relationship between game online addiction and depression (r = 0.999, p <0.001). The results shows that addiction to play online games can cause depression in adolescence.Salah satu produk teknologi internet yang digemari dikalangan remaja saat ini adalah game online. Bermain game online terlalu sering dapat menambah resiko depresi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecanduan bermain game online dengan depresi pada siswa SMP. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah 546 siswa SMP se- Kota Bandar Lampung. Pengambilan data menggunakan back depression inventory dan kuesioner kecanduan bermain game online. Analisis data hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil uji analisis Spearman didapatkan hubungan yang signifikan antara kecanduan bermain game online dengan depresi (r = 0,999, p < 0,001). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecanduan bermain game online dapat menimbulkan depresi pada remaja.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: AGRESIF BEHAVIOR IN MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENT WHO PLAY ONLINE GAMESIntroduction:Playing online games has become part of the lifestyle. Increased in online games player is supported by the development of very fast internet, in Indonesia internet user has reached 63 million people from the total population. One of the negative impact of online games is emersion of aggressive behavior by the player, like speaking harshly, slamming or throwing a game device, even hitting players who are next to them.Purpose: The aim of this study is to describe the aggressive behavior in junior high school students who play online games in Bandar Lampung Year 2019.Methods: This study was analytic cross sectional with a total sample of 539 students.Results: This study has found 98 students (18.2%) with a low level of aggressive behavior, 403 students (74.8%) with a moderate level of aggressive behavior, and 38 students (7.1%) with a high level of aggressive behavior.Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, the average aggressive behavior in junior high school students who play online games in Bandar Lampung has a moderate level of aggressive behavior.Latar Belakang: Bermain game online sudah menjadi bagian dari gaya hidup. Meningkatnya player game online didukung oleh perkembangan internet yang sangat cepat, di Indonesia pengguna internet mencapai 63 juta orang dari total jumlah penduduk. Salah satu dampak negative dari fame online adalah munculnya perilaku agresif pada pemain, seperti berkata kasar, membanting atau melempar perangkat game, bahkan memukul pemain yang berada disebelahnya.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran   perilaku  agresif  pada  Siswa  SMP yang bermain gameonlinedi Bandar Lampung Tahun 2019.Metode Penelitian: Desain penelitian ini adalah analitik cross sectional dengan  jumlah  total sampel  539  Siswa.Hasil: Penelitian ini menemukan  98 siswa (18,2%) dengan perilaku agresif  tingkat  rendah, 403 siswa (74,8%) dengan  perilaku  agresif   tingkat  sedang, serta 38 siswa (7,1%) dengan perilaku agresif tingkat tinggi.Kesimpulan:  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, rata-rata perilaku agresif pada siswa  SMP yang bermain  game online  di Bandar Lampung memiliki perilaku agresif  tingkat sedang.

Abstract

the ability to guide their own behavior, the ability to suppress or inhibit impulses or impulsive behavior is a sense of self-control. a significant role in the effort to learn the definition of motivation. Because students are not possible without the motivation of learning activities. Learning is a complex process that happens to every person throughout his life. Between the self-control with student achievement there is a significant positive relationship. Thus, self-control is a control behavior that tends to act positively in thinking. Knowing the self-control relationship with the motivation to learn at SMA Negeri 1 Trimurjo Central Lampung. Research quantitative analytic design and cross-sectional design and sampling techniques Simple Random Sampling by questionnaire self-control and motivation to learn. Total sample 205 Of 500 population, self-control with a mean of 82.80 (medium), ± Std.Deviation (13 792), while the motivation to study with a mean of 80.94 (medium), ± Std.Deviation (13,572) for the motivation to learn. The results of the bivariate analysis values ​​obtained Pearson test P Value 0.003, and the value of r 0.209. There is a significant relationship between self-control and motivation to learn at Senior High School 1 Trimurjo Central District Lampung, with the strength and direction of the correlation was positive correlation that the higher the self control, the higher a person's motivation to learn.

Abstract

Introduction; The World Health Organization revealed on January 30, 2020 that the corona virus has become a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). Aim; know the relationship between stress and learning motivation. Methodology; quantitative type with analytic design and crosssectional approach. The measurement instrument used was the DASS 42 questionnaire (Depression Anxiety Stress Scales 42), a learning motivation questionnaire. Result; shows that the distribution of the highest stress variable with moderate stress level (43.3%) and the highest learning motivation variable with moderate learning motivation level (48.3%) and for the correlation analysis results on learning motivation. variable with stress obtained P = 0.000 and the results of the correlation coefficient r = -0.511. Conclusion; that there is a relationship between stress and learning motivation.

Abstract

Introduction; The current Covid-19 pandemic is one of the major health crises for individuals in all countries, continents, RAS, and socio-economic groups. Objectives; know the effect of stress on exercise behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic. Method; quantitative research with analytic design and cross-sectional approach. The measuring instruments used were the DASS42 questionnaire (Depression Anxiety Stress Scales 42) and the exercise intensity questionnaire. Result; Of the 60 samples studied, it was found that the largest age frequency distribution in this study was 30 people (50%), the highest gender frequency was 32 women (53.3%), the level of stress that was most often found. namely moderate stress as many as 21 people (35%), the frequency of sports behavior that was mostly found with low intensity was 25 people (41.7%). Conclusion: There is no effect of stress on exercise behavior on students when they enter the covid-19 medical faculty
