Abstract

One commonality or similarity matching phase characteristics of an image is by using the method of distance measurement. Distance is an important aspect in the development of methods of grouping and regression. Before the grouping of data or object to the detection process, first determined the size of the proximity distance between data elements. In this study, there will be a comparison of several methods including distance measurement using Euclidean distance, Manhattan/ City Block Distance, Mahalanobis which will be implemented in the case of cumulonimbus image clouds detection using Principal Component Analysis (PCA). The average percentage of accuracy of image similarity value Cumulonimbus clouds using the Euclidean distance method was 93 percent and the distance Manhattan/ City Block Distance is 90 percent, while the Mahalanobis distance method was 50 percent.

Abstract

Interactive Edugame is an educational media are widely used in today, with interesting visualization, so that the public easily identify the information submitted. Interactive Edugame introduction o f the National Indigenous Apparel Indonesia can be a medium of learning and creativity, so that is making user easier to understand the National Indigenous Apparel. Interactive Edugame developed using Adobe Flash and action script programming language. The results already obtained from tests using questionnaires and calculated the Likert method is 74.1 percent, it can be concluded that the application interactive edugame introduction o f the National Indigenous Apparel Indonesia entered good criteria.

Abstract

Yogyakarta's strong culture makes Yogyakarta one of the tourist areas frequented by tourists, both foreign tourists and local tourists. The Visitors come from various groups, for example visitors who come with family or individuals. A game model is needed that can facilitate the child in remembering the tourist icons in Yogyakarta through a Game Running Challenge that is made as attractive as possible and can run on the Windows operating system. The game running challenge application can provide convenience to users who are children aged 6-10 years to get to know and know the most famous icons in Yogyakarta through a game. So that it can be an educational medium that has a pattern of learning by doing learning.

Abstract

PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk is an international company that provides the largest maintenance facilities and services in Asia. The divisions in PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk one of which is the Avionics Shop division, where the division is a part that performs maintenance of avionics components such as Solid State Cockpit Voice Recorder (SSCVR), Flight Data Recorder (FDR), Aircraft Battery and all other electronic components that is in the plane. At the Avionics Shop at PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk for the maintenance training needs of the avionics component, a simulator is needed as a learning media about the process of introducing, assembling and dismantling a PN Solid State Cockpit Voice Recorder (SSCVR) component. 980-6022-001 and Aircraft Battery PN. 405CH. The simulator is built using Unity 3D and asset modeling using Blender. The results of the functionality test state that the simulator can run well according to its function. The results of the due diligence obtained an average value of 90.4 which is included in the category of "Very Good" and stated that the simulator has met the needs that underlie the design of the simulator, meets the needs of all interested parties, and can be run well on several different platforms.

Abstract

Perceptions about the quality of education are the ability to provide an assessment of the superiority of an educational service that can produce academic and non-academic excellence for students by reffering to input, the process of outcomes and the impact it causes. One of the non-academic service on institutions to users, especially students is a website. One of the vision of educational institutions is to provide service to students electronically through website and be expected that the college website can provide the best possible information to students. This study discusses how to measure the website quality of Adisutjipto College of Tehcnology (STTA) using 3 (three) dimensions; Usability, Information Quality and Service Interaction. This research is a descriptive study with a survey method. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The research subjects were 50 STTA students. The results of the measurement survey which are affected by those three dimensions shows that the quality of the STTA’s website is in the “Medium” category.

Abstract

Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises (MSME) products in the Pathuk District of Gunung Kidul Regency covering of food, crafts and tourism. The SMEs living in the villages of Pathuk, Salam, Ngoro ngoro, Terbah, Nglanggeran, Semoyo, Pengkok, Putat, Bunder, and Nglegi attended training held at the Office of the Village Cooperation Agency (BKN) Pathuk District. Some participants have products that already have a Food License for Home Industry. The market asistance using Instagram for social media material involved alumni and students from the Adisutjipto College of Information Technology Department. The results in the form of marketing and promotion using Instagram with the hashtag #pkmdepartemeninformatikastta with good criteria results of 27.8%, enough by 61.1% and less good by 11.1%

Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini difokuskan pada ibu-ibu guna Upaya Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga PKK (UP2K PKK) yang merupakan salah satu program penanggulangan kemiskinan dengan sasarannya kaum perempuan di Kelurahan Prawirodirjan Kecamatan Gondomanan Kotamadya Yogyakarta Propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh ibu-ibu Upaya Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga PKK (UP2K PKK) diantaranya adalah melakukan inovasi baik produk, kemasan dan jaringan pemasaran. Dari hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan, 75% atau 21 peserta pengabdian masyarakat memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam teknik pemasaran produknya, dan dari 21 peserta tersebut sebanyak 14% sangat aktif dalam melakukan pemsaran melalui instagram.

Abstract

Teachers are a very noble profession, because one of the teachers task is to help in the intellectual life of the nation. As teachers in their daily life to educate the nation, requires the support of equipment that can be used in the teaching and learning process in the field that he has. Supporting equipment required can be hardware and software that can be utilized to compile teaching materials that are interesting for the students, one of them is multimedia-based teaching materials. As a lecturer in the field of informatics, we are motivated to assist teachers especially teachers in SD IT Salsabila Al Muthi'in, Yogyakarta by doing the process of mentoring in the making of multimedia-based teaching materials using Macromedia Flash.

Abstract

The usage Information Technology of smartphones is increasingly prevalent in various parts of the world, especially the Indonesian people themselves are competing to buy the latest type of smartphone because of user dissatisfaction with the smartphone features offered. This can be seen through users of various ages, ranging from children, teenagers to adults. Likewise for the residents of the Tegalrejo area, the use of information and communication technology has become popular in the community. The purpose of this study was to identify the results of data processing using and utilizing information technology via smartphone by the people of Berbah Sleman Tegalrejo using the quicksort method. Identification results to find out the use and utilization of information technology through smartphones with features that have been used effectively and efficiently by the residents of Tegalrejo Berbah Sleman so as to make a digital literacy community.

Abstract

User Interface Design and User Experience both on a website will make visitors want to linger on those websites. But otherwise, a User Interface Design and User Experience bad a website makes visitors leave the website. This study, will analyze the website at the College of Technology Adisutjipto (STTA) Yogyakarta from the point of view of the user interface and user experience that is part of the Human Computer Interaction (HCI), in order to evaluation  and follow-up the website STTA to better meet expectations of users / visitors. The test result can be concluded that website STTA has Usability and Quality of Information is good, and Content, Pleasure, Classic Aesthetics, Expressive Aesthetics is enough
