Abstract

Penyandang tuna wicara berbeda dengan penyandang cacat lainnya. Secara fisik mereka sempurna, maka mereka cenderung aktif dan eksklusif. Untuk mengatasi kecacatannya diperlukan alat bantu ajar yang dapat memperkuat konsentrasi belajar mereka. Aplikasi text to speech telah dibuat dan diuji coba untuk latihan bicara, sekaligus ditambah materi hitung- menghitung. Hasil yang diperoleh sangat positif, siswa sangat antusias dan perkembangan kemampuan ucapannya juga meningkat lebih cepat dari pada dengan cara biasa.

Abstract

One of the important part in the process of construction of North Halmahera Regency Area is the determination of strategic planning for the improvement of the quality of the performance of such establishments. In carrying out or assisting the determination of planning-planning is still in the form of execution which is still done manually by the leadership of the party, thereby impeding the performance of these institutions a bit in determining the timing of the decision on the strategic planning decisions.Information technology can be used to assist in the improved performance of a business or organization. An organization that consists of a lot of people need to manage knowledge derived from these people through the process of knowledge management (KM).In this research will be applied the concept of knowledge management on strategic planning for the improvement of the quality of the performance of the agencies in North Halmahera Regency and applying methods of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to give advice in determining strategic planning decisions in development planning Congress (MUSRENBANG).

Abstract

Abstract. This paper discusses the knowledge management modeling for planning the effective planting pattern based on spatial mining.  The knowledge management is developed as a portal from traditional pranata mangsa (season reading) knowledge which is well known among Javanese and Balinese people and is plotted to the digital map. The content of the system is also combined with the recent research results about pranata mangsa, and planting patterns of the crops in many places in Java and Bali.    The application is experimented in Boyolali District. This system gives practical knowledge to farmers, in addition to developing a knowledge sharing culture among farmers and agricultural service officers in many places by using Web.Keywords: Knowledge Management, Knowledge sharing, pranata mangsa, Effective planting pattern. Abstrak. Paper ini membahas tentang rancangan model manajemen pengetahuan (knowledge management) untuk perencanaan pola tanam efektif tanaman pangan berbasis pencarian data spasial (spatial mining). Aplikasi manajemen pengetahuan yang dibangun akan menjadi portal bagi pengetahuan-pengetahuan mengenai pranata mangsa tradisional yang diketahui oleh masyarakat diberbagai daerah di Jawa dan Bali, dilengkapi dengan lokasi masing-masing pengetahun yang dipetakan dalam peta digital. Selain itu sistem yang dibangun juga menggabungkan data hasil penelitian terbaru mengenai pranata mangsa terbarukan dan data pola tanam tanaman pangan di berbagai daerah di Jawa dan Bali. Rancangan model diuji coba di daerah Kabupaten Boyolali. Selain memberikan pengetahuan yang bermanfaat secara praktis bagi petani, sistem ini dapat menumbuhkan budaya penyebaran pengetahuan (Knowledge Sharing) diantara para petani dan petugas dinas pertanian di berbagai daerah melalui Web.Kata kunci: manajemen pengetahuan, knowledge sharing, pranata mangsa,  pola tanam efektif.

Abstract

The aim of this study is  to develop model of ICT-based learning management. With this tools and model, school can be easily monitor and evaluate the educational process. This research done by Research and Development (R&D). The place of the research is at SD Kristen Satya Salatiga, and data collection used interviews, observation and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and triangulation technique to test data validation. The result of the research are: The first step is Decision Making of ICT-based Learning, The second step is Planning of ICT-based Learning, The Third step is Implementation of ICT-based Learning, The Fourth step is Evaluation of ICT-based Learning. The key success factor of this model is on the second step that is how the teachers make the lesson plans and cooperate with all the parties related to the ICT-based learning management.

Abstract

Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara tergolong merupakan kabupaten baru yang beradadi wilayah provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Kabupaten ini memiliki beberapa potensi daerahbaik dalam bidang pertanian, perkebunan maupun kehutanan. Pada penelitian iniakan dilakukan proses analisis citra hasil pengindraan jarak jauh satelit Landsat TMdi daerah Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara. Penelitian ini mengguanakan metodepengolahan citra satelit Landsat TM dari tahap pengumpulan data citra hinggatahap klasifikasi dengan menggunakan teknik supervised classification. Melaluiteknik ini diperoleh hasil kenampakan lahan, baik pertanian, perkebunan, maupunhutan yang terdapat pada wilayah Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara. Pada akhirnyahasil klasifikasi ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan analisis cakupan vegetasikabupaten Minahasa Tenggara. Melalui penelitian ini kenampakan vegetasi hutansangat mendominasi dari seluruh cakupan wilayah Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara.Bahkan cakupan vegetasi hutan jauh lebih dominan dibandingkan cakupan lainseperti lahan pertanian, maupun pemukiman penduduk. Sehingga tujuan utamadalam penelitian ini yakni untuk memperoleh skala perbandingan antara masingmasingkenampakan yang terdapat di wilayah Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara.Keyword : pengindraan jauh, Landsat TM, supervised classification

Abstract

The development of services company in tourism is increasing. Therefore each tour & travel agent should be able to improve the quality of attractive and competitive products. This research builds a system analysis of supply chain management in the manufacturing of tour packages with SWOT analysis and Analytic Network Process (ANP). SWOT analysis is one way to decide marketing strategy for the company to able to face global competition. In this study, a SWOT analysis is used to select the best suppliers in tourism sector. Suppliers include: hotels, restaurants, attractions and accommodations. Combination of the best suppliers used as in one product of tour package. While the method of Analytic Network Process is used to rank the tour package has been obtained previously. In addition, this method is applied because it can provide information about the most influential of criteria in making tour package. This method conducted by looking at dependency relationship between among criteria. Then give them weight among criteria, sub-criteria and alternatives. The criteria used in the method of Analytic Network Process are: product, price, place and promotion. The results obtained from this research is the system analysis of supply chain management of tourism which capable of producing an attractive and competitive tour packages form of tour packages 1 with a value of 0.53. In addition, this information system provides information that the most influential criteria in making tour package is the product criteria with a value of 0.30. The next criterion which affects the making of attractive and competitive tour packages is price of criteria with a value of 0.28.

Abstract

One  of  the  strategic  components  of  the  power  system  is  the  transformer.  Disruption  of  the  transformer  can  cause  the  transformer  to burning  and the  transformer  performance to decrease.  Therefore,  in this case  maintenance  and  detection of  damage to  the transformerneeds to  be done regularly  so that  the transformer  can  work within the  period of  maximum  usage. But,  the problem  is the  substantial costs  required  to  ask for  an expert  in  transformer  maintenance  and  inspection  on a regular basis.  Based on  these  issues  it  is necessary to develop software with capabilities equal or close to an expert diagnosis of a transformer with high accuracy and speed of maintenance ontransformers  before  irreparable  damage.  Application  of  expert  system  with  fuzzy  inference  Tsukamoto  for  PT.  PLN  transformer maintenance is an expert system used to detect other types  of disturbances in PT PLN distribution transformers so that maintenance can be performed in accordance with the type of damage or disturbance that occurred in the transformer. This application is equipped with transformer  loading  calculation,  an  imbalance  of   load  on  trafo.  Input  variables  used  in  determining  transformer  loading  and  load imbalance on the current transformer is rated at each phase transformer, the voltage of each phase, power factor and the tra nsformer capacity.Keywords : Expert System,  Fuzzy Tsukamoto, Transformers Maintenance
