This research was aimed to understand and evaluate the implementation impact of PAKEM Training in Junior High School 1 West Sungkai, North Lampung Regency. It included participant comprehension about PAKEM and implementation in the class. Research method was evaluation research with goal-oriented model. Primary data was collected by test, poll and observation. Responden of this research were all teacher or 25 people who teach in Junior High School no. 1 West Sungkai.The result of this research are (1) The Participant comprehension about PAKEM concept was good enough, indicated by average right answer reach 78% to 15 submitted questions, consist of 7 questions in comprehension degree very good (more than 80% right answer), and 6 questions in comprehension degree good (70%-79,99% right), and 2 questions in comprehension degree enough (60%-69,99% right). (2) implementation PAKEM learning in the class was good, indicated by average score from 25 participant to 30 point aspects which was observed reach 101,6 with achievement percentage 85% consist participant predicated very good ( more than 91 % attainment score from ideal score 17 participant predicated good (76%-90% attainment score from ideal), and 2 parti predicated enough (61%-75% attainment score from ideal).Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara minat siswa, kreativitas, tingkat pemanfaatan sumber belajar, terhadap hasil belajar Fisika baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas VII sebanyak 6 kelas pada di SMP Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling dengan jumlah 50 siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuisioner dan tes dan dianalisis dengan persamaan regresi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh ada pengaruh yang positif, erat dan signifikan antara: 1) minat siswa terhadap pelajaran terhadap hasil belajar Fisika dengan koefisien korelasi 0,658; 2) kreativitas siswa terhadap hasil belajar Fisika dengan koefisien korelasi 0,730, 3) pemanfaatan sumber belajar terhadap hasil belajar Fisika dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,595 dan 4) minat siswa terhadap pelajaran, kreativitas siswa dan pemanfaatan sumber belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar Fisika dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,734.Kata Kunci; kreativitas, minat siswa, sumber belajar
