Abstract

This study aims to find out the organizational, recruitment, and training management of pencak silat coaching in IPSI Klaten Regency. This study was carried out at the pencak silat hermitage, Klaten Regency, using qualitative-descriptive method. The analysis unit was IPSI Klaten Regency. Data collection techniques included documentation, in-depth interview, and observation. The data were obtained from the management, coaches, and athletes of pencak silat coaching in IPSI Klaten Regency. It was found that (1) in the organizational management of pencak silat coaching in Klaten Regency, fairly good cooperation between the management and the coaches and athletes have been established; (2) the recruitment implementation has been good enough with the invitation of participants from each pencak silat school by giving a circular letter for the IPSI management to participate in several stages of selection; (3) the training management is carried out by providing a training program planning with the coordination of the management and the coach according to the athlete's needs; the planned training program can be developed according to circumstances and needs of the athlete. Therefore, based on the data analysis, it is concluded that the management of pencak silat coaching in IPSI Klaten Regency has been running quite well, but there is still a weakness. In athlete recruitment, some IPSI schools have not sent their athletes to take part in the selection yet. This needs to be solved, and IPSI Klaten Regency should always make improvements in their management for a better performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the effects of applications using playing approach to the ability of passing along the ground on the football school AD Batik Surakarta age group 13-14 years old, and a better approach effect between playing approach and technique approach to the ability of passing along the ground on the football school AD Batik Surakarta age 13-14 years old.The research subjects in this research are students of the football school AD Batik Surakarta age group 13-14 years old with the number of 30 students. The method which is used is Quasi Experimental Research (QER) conducted with pretest-posttest design Matching Comparrison Control Group Design. The technique of data collection in this research is testing and measurement capabilities passing along the ground. The data analysis technique used is inferential statistical analysis.The results of this research are as follows, first, the playing approach application gives an effect on the ability of passing along the ground on the football school AD Batik Surakarta age group 13-14 years whichcan be seen from the comparison inferentially increases from 30.5% (without variable covariates ) to 76.2% (with variable covariate). Second, the playing approach application has a better effect than a technical approach to the ability of passing along the ground on a football school AD Batik Surakarta age group 13-14 years old. Based on the percentage of the increasing of the ability of passing along the ground shows that the experimental group (the group treated with the playing approach ) is 72.7% greater than the control group (the group which treated with technique approach) is 31.1%.The conclusion of the research is the application using playing approach gives the effect to ability of the passing along the ground and the application using playing approach has a better efect than the technique approach to the ability of passing along the ground on the football school AD Batik Surakarta age 13-14 years old.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the basic motion of runing on  6 grade students SD N Laweyan No.54 Surakarta academic year 2017/2018.              This research is classroom action research (CAR). This research was conducted in two cycle and every cycle consist of plan, implementation, observation and reflection. The subject of this research is student in grade 6 of SD N Laweyan No.54 Surakarta that totaling 43 students, consist of 19 male students and 24 female students. Source of data derived from teachers, students and researcher. The validity of data use descriptive technique that based on qualitative analysis by percentage.              From the result of this research, the analysis obtained from initial condition of students who completed test only 18 students or 41,86% and not complete test is 25 students or 58,14 %, in the firt cycle students who completed to 32 students or 74,42% and not complete test is 11 students or 25,58 % , and in the second cycle students who completed to 36 students or 83,72% then 7 other students or 16,28%  have not completed with KKM is 75.              The conclution of this research is learning through play approach can improve learning result of basic motion run in 6 grade student of SD N Laweyan No.54 Surakarta academic year 2017/2018.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes passing under football using learning aids on students of class XI Automotive 2 SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta academic year 2017/2018.This research is a classroom action research (PTK). Implemented in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. The subjects of the study were students of class XI Automotive 2 SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta, amounting to 19 students consisting of 19 students son. Data source came from teachers, students and researchers. Data collection techniques are by observation and documentation or archive. Data validity test using triangulation valuation technique. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive technique using percentage technique to see trends that occur in learning activities.The results of data analysis can be submitted as follows: learning outcomes passing under the soccer of students on Cycle I of 19 students the percentage completeness 68.42% or as many as 13 students have entered the criteria complete and in Cycle II increased to 84.21% or as many as 16 students while 3 other students have not completed with KKM 75, while the target of completeness set by the researcher is 80%.The conclusion of this research is with the application of learning aids can improve learning outcomes passing under football in students of class XI Automotive 2 SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the result of under the basketball shoot on X.7th Grade in Magetan 2 Senior High School 2015 / 2016 using learning media.This research is Classroom Action Research, this research was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consists of planning, action, observing, reflecting. The research subject are X.7th Grade in Magetan 2 Senior High School 2015 / 2016 that consist 31 students, 15 males and 16 females. The data source for this research is obtained from teachers and students. Data collection techniques are observation and assessment on volleyball service learning outcome. Technique for analyzing data is descriptive technique that is based qualitative analysis using percentage.The result of data analysis can be presented as follows, ranging from pre-action to the 1st cycle then to the 2nd cycle. On the pre-action, the students hadn’t shown good learning outcome. Very good is category on 12,9% or 4 out of 31 students, good category is on 9,67% or 3 out of 31 students, Average is category on 9,67% or 3 out of 31 students, bad category is on 51,63% or 16 out of 31 students, and very bad category is on 16,13% or 5 out of 31 students. From these data can be concluded that there are 10 students or 32,26% who pass the criteria while 21 students or 67,74% do not. On the 1st cycle, there are improvement result of under the basketball learning, very good category is 12,9% or 4 out of 31 students, good category is on 25,81% or 8 out of 31 students, average category is on 29,03% or 9 out of 31 students, Bad category is on 25,81 % or 8 out of 31 students, very bad category is on 6,45 % or 2 out of 31 students . From these data can be concluded that there are 21 students or 67,74% who pass the criteria while 10 students or 32,26% do not. On 2nd cycle, Very good category is on 16,13% % or54 out of 31 students, good category is on 35,48 % or 11 out of 31 students, average category is on 32,26% or 10 out of 31 students, bad category is on 16,13% or 5 out of 31 students, and very bad is on 0%. From these data, can be concluded that out of 31 students, 26 students or 83,87% fulfill the criteria while 5 students or 16,13% do not. From data analyz above, showing improvement the result of under the basketball shoot.Based on the result of the research can be concluded that: the use of learning media can increase the learning outcome of under the basketball shoot on X.7th Grade in Magetan 2 Senior High School 2015 / 2016.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar renang gaya punggung pada mahasiswa penjaskesrek dengan menggunakan media video modeling dan pemberian feed-back training.Metode penelitian ini, menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Prosedur penelitian berbentuk siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap meliputi: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpalan data melalui lembar observasi dan tes. Pengumpulan data ini menggunakan instrumen berupa lembar observasi penelitian sedangkan untuk mengetahui kualitas hasil belajar mahasiswa digunakan tes praktek dan teori tes renang gaya punggug.Peneltian ini dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan video modeling dan pemberian video feedback training dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar renang gaya punggung pada mahasiswa penjaskesrek.

Abstract

The aim of the eyeball research was to see that there was no effect of image on improving skills in playing free ball games in basketball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta in 2019/2020. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a pretest and posttest control group design. By giving treatment (treatment) to the experimental group, by dividing into two groups with ordinal pairing, namely the experimental group with imagery training treatment and the control group using the free throw training treatment. The population in this study were all basketball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta for the 2019/2020 school year, totaling 24 students. Data collection techniques norms and documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical techniques with the help of the IBM SPSS 22 program. The results showed that there was a significant effect of imagery training on the improvement of free throw basketball skills for basketball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta It shows that the pre-test average score is 6.75 with the highest score of 12, after being given the imagery training treatment the value increases by an average of 9.00 with the highest score of 14, the percentage of skill improvement is 33%. The results of this study can be concluded that imagery training can effectively improve the free throw skills of basketball games for extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta for the 2019/2020 school year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of learning front roll floor gymnastics using Google Classroom at SMA Negeri 2 Wonogiri in the academic year 2020/2021. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. Sampling in this enelitianis the probability sampling is a sampling technique that provide equal opportunities for every member of the population. The poulation in this research is 7 PJOK teachers and 427 grade X students at SMA N 2 Wonogiri. Samples 5 PJOK teachers and students of X 211 class. The data collection technique is done by taking a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data obtained is the transcript of the questionnaire results. Then the data used is the percentage descriptive analysis. Research on the effectiveness of learning front roll floor gymnastics using google classroom at SMA Negeri 2 Wonogiri for the 2020/2021 school year, the following conclusions are obtained: 1) From the point of view of students on factor 1, the conditions for e-learning have an average value of 39.05. Faktor 2, the quality of e-learning obtained an average of 39.79. Overall, the effectiveness of Google Classroom PJOK learning was obtained an average of 78.83. Of the 211 students, 74 students (35.07%) were categorized as moderate. 2) From the teacher's point of view on factor 1 The conditions of e-learning learning obtained an average value of 42.6. In factor 2, the quality of e-learning learning obtained an average of 46.8. Overall, the effectiveness of Google Classroom PJOK learning from the teacher's point of view obtained an average of 89.4. Of the 5 teachers, 3 teachers (60%) were categorized as moderate. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of research that has been carried out regarding the effectiveness of learning front roll floor gymnastics using google classroom at SMA Negeri 2 Wonogiri in the academic year 2020/2021 it can be concluded that it is moderate.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes basic of mini volleyball with implementation play approaches to learners iv a grade of mi muhammadiyah jimbung, in the academic year 2016/2017.This study close to practice clas action. Study held in 2 cycle consists of 4 steps in every cycle consists of planning, action, oservation and reflection. Subject in this study is learners of IV A MI Muhammadiyah Jimbung whichamounts to 22 learners, 12 male and 10 female. Data collection technique with test and observation. Data validation use triangulation data. Data analysis use descriptive qualitative with precentage tehnique.The result are 27,27% complete and 72,72% uncomplate. This first cycle obtained resut 59,09% complate and 40,91% uncomplate with averaage value of psychomotor 59,09%, affective 81,81% and cognitive 68,18%. Second cycle obtained results86,46% complate and 13,64% uncomplatewhith average value psychomotor 77,27%, affective 90,90%, and cognitive 81,81%. Based of analysis result from 2 cyclle show increase and suitable with achievement target.Conclusion on this study is implementation approaches can improve learning outcomes basic of mini volleyball on IV A MI Muhammadiyah Jimbung. In the academic year 2016/2017.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui hubungan: 1) Kelentukan terhadap dribbling dan shooting. 2) Koordinasi mata kaki terhadap dribbling dan shooting. 3) Power otot tungkai terhadap dribbling dan shooting. 4) Kelentukan, koordinasi mata kaki dan power otot tungkai terhadap dribbling dan shooting siswa usia 10 – 12 tahun PSB BONANSA UNS Solo. Penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan subyek siswa usia 10 – 12 tahun PSB BONANSA UNS Solo yang berjumlah 55 orang. Sumber data penelitian ini berasal dari siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Tes yang digunakan yaitu: 1) Kelentukan dengan menggunakan tes Sit and Reach. 2) koordinasi mata- tangan dengan menggunakan tes Mitcel Soccer Test. 3) Power otot tungkai menggunakan tes Standing Broad Jump. 4) Menggiring bola dengan menggunakan tes Bobby Charlton Dribbling Test. 5) menembak bola dengan menggunakan tes Shooting. Uji data menggunakan SPSS dan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis product moment. Hasil menunjukan 1) Tidak ada hubungan antara kelentukan dan dribbling. 2) Ada hubungan antara koordinasi mata kaki dan dribbling. 3) Ada hubungan antara power otot tungkai dan dribbling. 4) Ada hubungan antara kelentetukan, koordinasi mata kaki, power otot tungkai yang secara bersama – sama berpengaruh terhadap dribbling. 5) Tidak ada hubungan antara kelentukan dan shooting. 6) Ada hubungan antara koordinasi mata kaki dan shooting. 7) Ada hubungan antara power otot tungkai dan shooting. 8)Ada hubugan antara kelentetukan, koordinasi mata kaki, power otot tungkai yang secara simultan atau bersama – sama mempunyai pengaruh terhadap shooting pada siswa usia 10 – 12 tahun PSB Bonansa UNS Solo.
