Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perkembangan zaman yang ditandai dengan perkembangan ekonomi yang semakin pesat sehingga menimbulkan persaingan bisnis yang semakin tinggi. Rumusan masalah yang diangkat adalah Bagaimana penerapan etika bisnis Islam pada pedagang di Pasar Tradisional Nongkojajar dan Sejauh mana penerapan Etika Bisnis Islam pada Pedagang di Pasar Tradisional Nongkojajar untuk meningkatkan Loyalitas Pelanggan. Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana penerapan etika bisnis Islam pada pedagang di Pasar Tradisional Nongkojajar dan Untuk mengetahui Sejauh mana penerapan Etika Bisnis Islam pada Pedagang di Pasar Tradisional Nongkojajar untuk meningkatkan Loyalitas Pelanggan.metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif yaitupenelitian yang menghasilkan data pasar yang diperoleh dari karyawan BUMDesa Wonosari dan wawancara dari pedagang beserta pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang diperoleh dari pedagang dan karyawan di apabila dilihat dari lima Prinsip etika bisnis secara umum yang dijadikan tolak ukur, penerapan etika bisnis secara umum sudah diterapkan dengan baik oleh pedagang dan karyawan di namun masih belum akad antara penjual dan pembeli saat melakukan transaksi jual beli. Jadi pada masih belum sepenuhnya menerapka etika Bisnis Islam.

Abstract

: The focus of the problem is (1) What is the mechanism for determining the selling price and profit margin in murabahah financing at Al-Yasini LKS. (2) What methods are used to determine the profit margin in murabahah financing by LKS Al-Yasini. (3) What are the factors that affect the profit margin on murabahah financing at Al-Yasini LKS. The objectives in writing this thesis have a purpose, namely: (a) To discount the selling price and profit margin on murabahah financing at LKS Al-Yasini. (b) To discuss the method in determining the selling price and profit margin carried out by LKS Al-Yasini. against murabahah financing. (c) To discuss the factors that affect the profit margin in murabahah financing at LKS Al-Yasini. This type of research is the researcher uses a qualitative approach and analysis techniques using descriptive methods by analyzing the data that has been obtained is qualitative, the sample data obtained is from primary data which is directly obtained from LKS Al-Yasini regarding the policy of determining murabahah profit margins. , and from secondary data which is processed data whose source can be trusted and scientifically accounted for by conducting literature studies, interviews, the internet, and others. The research result in this thesis is the method in determining the margin carried out by LKS Al-Yasini using themethod flat , where themethod flat is the calculation of the profit margin against the cost of cost of financing on a regular basis from one period to another, even though the debit balance decreases as a result of the installments. cost of goods sold. The factors that affect the selling price and profit margin made at Al-Yasini LKS are firstly related to the time period. second is related to the use of funds. third Related to the customer's condition.

Abstract

In essence, the cooperative is a business entity, as a business entity that runs the cooperative business activities will generate revenue that will be enjoyed by the members and the cooperative itself. Revenue cooperative or often called SHU is one of the attractions for a person to become a member which can improve cooperative efforts. SHU cooperative magnitude sign cooperative has managed professionally. Thus increasing the SHU also increase the welfare and survival of members of the cooperative. Formulation of the problem in this research is factor-facto cause of the increase in SHU and how the role of income (SHU) in improving cooperative efforts in Al-Mumtaz. The purpose of this study was to determine the causal factors and the role of income (SHU) in improving cooperative efforts in Al-Mumtaz. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, which the researchers describe the results of research by describing the state of the process, a particular event. The data obtained by the authors included primary data and secondary data conducted by collecting data with field study conducted by observation, interviews, documentation and literature. The results of this study indicate that factors that can increase the income of the cooperative (SHU) is the capital, the business volume, the participation of members, business unit, performance management and supervisors as well as the government. Then the increase in income of the cooperative (SHU) has increased each year, the increase can be seen from the capital increase and the volume of business on a cooperative. In this study, the role of income (SHU) for cooperative efforts among them is their cooperative business expansion with the opening of branches of business in the territory of Singosari and the addition of capital raised from member savings derived from the SHU members who entered as a deposit back. SHU obtained with the cooperative, the cooperative can cultivate through a fund set aside a reserve fund every year, and other funds not disbursed can be used as loan capital for increasing cooperative efforts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manfaat produk tabungan mudharabah dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah koperasi BMT Maslahah cabang Grati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif naratif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk tabungan mudharabah memiliki beberapa keunggulan yang dapat menarik minat nasabah. Pertama, menabung mudharabah memberikan kesempatan kepada nasabah untuk mendapatkan keuntungan berdasarkan bagi hasil yang diperoleh melalui investasi yang dilakukan oleh koperasi BMT Maslahah. Hal ini menjadi daya tarik bagi nasabah yang ingin meningkatkan nilai simpanan tabungannya dengan potensi penghasilan yang lebih tinggi. Kedua, produk tabungan mudharabah memperkenalkan prinsip kesetaraan dalam pembagian keuntungan antara nasabah dengan koperasi BMT Maslahah. Klien memiliki kemampuan untuk membagikan hasil berdasarkan bagian investasi mereka. Kejelasan mekanisme bagi hasil ini telah membangun kepercayaan nasabah terhadap koperasi BMT Maslahah. Ketiga, Koperasi BMT Maslahah memiliki reputasi yang baik dalam mengelola dana nasabah dan investasi yang dilakukan. Hal ini semakin memberikan kepercayaan kepada calon nasabah yang ingin membuka rekening tabungan mudharabah. Selain itu, koperasi memberikan informasi yang transparan mengenai kinerja investasi yang dilakukan sehingga nasabah dapat melihat potensi keuntungan yang dapat diperoleh. Berkat keunggulan tersebut, produk tabungan mudharabah dapat meningkatkan jumlah nasabah Koperasi BMT Maslahah cabang Grati. Riset ini memungkinkan koperasi untuk lebih mengoptimalkan promosi dan layanan terkait produk tabungan mudharabah, serta memperkuat kerjasamanya dengan masyarakat untuk memperluas basis nasabahnya.

Abstract

The tourism industry plays an important role in the global economy as it is considered as one of the contributing factors to employment growth and economic growth in any country. In Karanglo Sukorejo Village, Pasuruan, there are tours where the majority of the people are Muslim, so there is a need for an understanding of tourism in accordance with sharia rules and principles. Therefore, researchers conducted research with the title "The Potential for Development of Halal Tourism in Improving the Community's Economy (Study Object: Halal Tourism of Dates Gardens, Karanglo Sukorejo Village, Pasuruan). The purpose of this study is first to explore the potential for developing halal tourism in date plantations and secondly the impact of developing halal tourism on date plantations in improving the economy. community economy. The type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. While the research tools used by researchers in this study were observation, interviews and documents. From the results of the study it is known that the existence of halal tourism in date palm plantations has a positive impact on the economy of the local community because the development of this halal tourism area opens up job opportunities and also creates new jobs, especially for local communities.
