Abstract

Public Relations (PR) Politics for a member of the National Parliamentary has an essential and strategic role in maintaining good relations with the community. As a member of the DPR RI that the people elected, Dedi Mulyadi is required to publish his daily activities to the public as proof of the transparency of the performance of a people's representative. Along with the times, political public relations must adapt to be more adaptive, collaborative, and flexible. To meet these demands, Political PR must use new media to support its work. In this digital era, one of the new media that can be used in political PR activities is Youtube. This media is optimized by DPR member Dedi Mulyadi to approach Political PR to the community. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Political PR approach to DPR Member Dedi Mulyadi who uses YouTube as a medium. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection was obtained from the results of the documentation. This study indicates that DPR Member Dedi Mulyadi uses a Political PR approach in the form of Political Hype (Political Hype), namely PR work that takes a publicity approach with the formula "to make noise" to get the attention of the audience.

Abstract

The Electronic Information and Transaction Law (UU ITE) and the latest revisions that have been carried out by the government together with the DPR continue to present polemics in the community. In anticipation of the polemics that continue to occur, on June 23, 2021 the government issued a Joint Decree on the Guidelines for the Implementation Criteria for the Electronic Information and Transaction Law (SKB uu ITE). This SKB was signed by the Minister of Communication and Informatics, the Attorney General and the Head of the Police of the Republic of Indonesia, which is expected to be a law enforcement guideline so that there is no multi-interpretation of the implementation of the ITE Law which previously became a rubber article. This article aims to analyze the initial implications of the Issuance of SKB UU ITE article 27 paragraph (3) on defamation. This study uses a qualitative approach with discourse studies. From the study, three conclusions were found: 1) The Existence of Pros and Cons of Issuing Guidelines for the Implementation of Article 27 paragraph (3) Points (L), 2) The Existence of Pros and Cons Related to the Inclusion of Journalist Profession 3) The Government and DPR still need to immediately revise the ITE Law.

Abstract

Organizations need creativity that can be created by human resources to win the competition and achieve goals. In national party organizations, creativity is not only determined by the self-factor of the regional and central administrators, but is also determined by external factors, namely the organizational communication climate. Organizational communication climate is created through interaction and communication between members of the organization. When there is a change in the organization, the atmosphere or communication climate that is created also changes. This will certainly have an impact on the smooth communication between members of the organization. This study aims to analyze the organizational communication climate in the DPD PAN, Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan after the change of leadership. The research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data collection was done by interviewing 5 informants who were taken purposively.

Abstract

Publisitas Politik bagi seorang pejabat publik memiliki peranan penting dan strategis dalam menjaga popularitas dan eksistensi di tengah masyarakat. Sebagai salahsatu bukti transparansi kinerja pejabat publik yang dipilih oleh rakyat Jawa Barat, Ridwan Kamil berupaya membagikan aktivitas kesehariannya kepada masyarakat, salahsatunya melalui media Instagram. Media inilah yang dioptimalkan oleh Ridwan Kamil sebagai sarana untuk menjaga popularitas dan eksistensi, terlebih lagi Ridwan Kamil digadang-gadang menjadi salahsatu Calon Presiden Potensial 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan publisitas politik yang dilakukan Ridwan Kamil dengan menggunakan Instagram sebagai medianya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari dokumentasi. Dari penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Ridwan Kamil secara umum banyak menggunakan Pure Publicity, walau terkadang memanfaatkan Free Ride Publicity, dan juga Tie in Publicity.
