Abstract

Transportation of education through the use of technology can support educators’ task and stimulate interest in learning among students. This research is conducted to find out the factors that influence whether Interactive Learning to Read Software for Early Childhood is well received by its users or not and to determine the causal relationship among the factors that affecting the acceptance of such software. The model used to determine the acceptance of the software Learn How to Read for Early Childhood is TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). TAM explains in detail the model of information technology acceptance with a certain dimension that can affect technology acceptance by users. This model puts factors of attitude and behavior of each user by using two main variables, namely expediency (usefulness) and ease of use (easy to use). The model of acceptance of Learning to Read Software for Early Childhood software is also influenced by other factors such as: Computer Self Efficacy (CSE), Perception of Ease of Use (PEOU), Perception of Usefulness (PU), Attitude toward Using (ATU), Behavioral Intention To Use (BITU), and Actual System Use (ASU). Statistical test is performed using Structural Equations Modeling (SEM), which are processed by applying software AMOS version 7.0. The result of the research shows that the reading software is well accepted by kindergarten children.

Abstract

The number of goat populations is increasing all over the world. Sheep and goats are economically potential for business development because they do not require large areas of land, relatively small investment in business capital, and are easy to market. However, the similarities between goats and sheep can make small breeders who are just starting out in business nervous. Therefore, in goats and sheep, an intensive and efficient Precision Livestock Farming system is required. To answer this problem, goat and sheep objects was studied out using the collaboration software programming R and Python which executed in RStudio editor and Anaconda3 with the Tensor flow package. The sample data of 40 images. The model obtained from the classification results uses 20 pictures of goats and 20 pictures of sheep for training and testing. The accuracy produced shows that the prediction of training data at epoch 70 and 100 has the right accuracy with the actual data. This reinforces that the model used is good (fit) to the training dataset, but when it is applied to the testing dataset, the prediction results are still close to perfect. Epoch 70 identifies there is 1 image of a Goat which is recognized as Lamb.

Abstract

Kemampuan membaca adalah satu ketrampilan sangat penting yang dibutuhkan anak-anak mengarungi dunia pembelajaran. Berbagai metode belajar membaca pun bermunculan untuk membantu para guru dan orang tua mengajarkan ketrampilan ini. Akan tetapi, metode saja sebetulnya tidak cukup, sebab setiap anak itu unik dan keunikan itu membutuhkan layanan metode yang berbeda-beda. Yang lebih menentukan adalah pemahanan orang tua tentang bagaiman sebetulnya anak-anak itu belajar. Belajar membaca pada anak usia dini harus bisa menjadi saat-saat yang menyenangkan bagi mereka dan di Taman Kanak-kanak (TK) mereka bisa mendapatkan model pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Taman Kanak-kanak merupakan pendidikan anak usia dini pada jalur formal dan peletak awal pembalajaran yang memberikan pondasi dasar persiapan tahap belajar selanjutnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui berapa besar minat baca anak di taman kanak-kanak dalam meningkatkan belajar baik di sekolah maupun di luar sekolah yang diidentifikasi melalui metode ANP. Diduga minat baca anak di taman kanak-kanak dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain antara lain metode pengajaran, kemampuan membaca, kemampuan Berbahasa yang disesuaikan dengan pengelompokan sesuai dengan usia anak TK (Kelompok A dan Kelompok B) dan didukung oleh media atau alat peraga yang disediakan oleh guru. Model ANP dapat melakukan pengukuran dan sintesis sejumlah faktor-faktor dalam bentuk hierarki ataupun jaringan antar cluster. Cluster yang terdapat pada model ANP ini terdiri dari metode pengajaran kemampuan membaca, kemampuan berbahasa dan alternatif yang saling ketergantungan (berpasangan) antar beberapa elemen (kriteria dan alternatif). Kata kunci: minat baca, membaca, anak, TK, ANP
