Abstract

Abstrak Limbah cair tahu mengandung bahan organik cukup tinggi, sehingga bila dibuang langsung ke lingkungan dapat menurunkan mutu lingkungan tersebut. Pengolahan limbah cair tahu secara anaerobik diharapkan dapat mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan dan menghasilkan sumber energi alternatif secara mudah dan murah. Penggunaan UASB yang dilengkapi dengan alat penangkap gas dan kran pengambilan sampel diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui laju produksi biogas, penurunan COD, dan kenaikan pH limbah cair sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar dalam perancangan instalasi penanganan limbah yang memanfaatkan biogas sebagai energi alternatif yang diperoleh dari hasil pengolahan limbah secara anaerobik. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan faktor-faktor yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap kualitas biogas dari limbah cair tahu dan mendapatkan komposisi terbaik dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas biogas dengan menggunakan metode Taguchi. Faktor-faktor yang diidentifikasi adalah perbandingan berat kering limbah cair tahu, suhu digester, tingkat keasaman limbah cair tahu, dan rasio C/N, sehingga diperoleh matriks 4 orthogonal standar Taguchi L  (2 ) dengan fungsi tujuan semakin besar semakin baik. 8 Hasil analisis variansi (ANOVA) faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kualitas biogas adalah tingkat suhu digester (B), sedangkan berdasarkan metode Taguchi perolehan eksperimen menghasilkan kombinasi berat kering diatur dalam perbandingan 1:1, suhu digester dijaga pada level 35°C, pH limbah cair berada di kisaran 6,8 dan rasio C/N dijaga tetap tinggi. Abstract

Implementation of routing protocol in a network enable router to dynamically exchange information about network condition. The goal of this research is to analyze and compare performance between RIP (Routing Information Protocol) as a distance vector routing protocol and OSPF (Open Shortest Path First) as a link state routing protocol. This research use topology with six router and four parameter of QoS (Quality of Service), that is delay, jitter, packet loss, and throughput, to performance assessment. Network simulator software and AWK used to get the value of the QoS’s parameter and to verify the result of the implementation. The result of the research show that for overall, OSPF give better performance than RIP although OSPF seem to need longer time and bigger throughput for the initialization process. The kind of fit routing protocol use in a network is depend on number and spesification of the router and topology used. At the end, can be conclude that its better to doing the simulation before the implementation process. From the simulation we can know about the performance of routing protocol used. Keywords: RIP, OSPF, simulator, performance, QoS.

Abstract

Multirepresentasi dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis kesukaran mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah fisika. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendiagnosis kesukaran-kesukaran mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan fisika. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memberikan soal pilihan ganda yang valid dan reliabel terhadap 401 mahasiswa Pendidikan Fisika yang telah menempuh mata kuliah Fiska Dasar I. Soal terdiri dari enam pernyataan, dengan masing-masing pernyataan dibuat empat representasi yang berbeda, sehingga total terdapat 24 soal pilihan ganda. Mahasiswa diminta untuk memulih option dari jawaban yang tersedia. Analisis didasarkan pada jawaban mahasiswa yang salah dan mempunyai fungsi pengecoh yang besar. Hasil diperoleh adalah terdapat variasi kesukaran yang berhubungan dengan jenis representasi. Kata kunci : berisi maksimal 5 kata penting dalam penelitian.

Abstract

A rapid and efficient micropropagation method was esthablished for produced cloning of Orchid Hybrid Spathoglottis Bintang Segunung from Indonesia. The aim of this research was to optimize effects of 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D), cold shock, and 6-Benzylaminopurine (BAP) to plantlet regeneration from ovarium culture and analyse the ploidy using flow cytometry. Ovarium explants from shut flower stalk were cultured on Vacin and Went (VW) medium supplemented with 2,4-D at 5 concentrations (0.01-1 ppm) and cold shock treatment after cultured at 3 variations 10oC (0, 2, and 4 h) and then incubate the explants in room with 24 photoperiodization (±25oC). After 10 days, while ovarium explants were subcultured on VW supplemented with 6-benzylaminopurin (BAP) (2.5 ppm) for 2 weeks. Further, ovarium explants were subcultured again on VW medium with filtered coconut water (150 ml/L). Regeneration of protocorm-like bodies (PLBs) and subsequent plantlet development were observed from on VW+ 1 ppm 2,4-D (Sig= 2%)+ 4h cold shock 10oC (Sig= 2%) dan 2,5 ppm BAP. The optimized procedure required about 2 months from cultured of the ovarium explant to plantlet formation. The peak from the histogram of flow cytometry showed that ovarium cultured of S. Bintang Segunung (CV= 4,35%) and leave of S. Bintang Segunung (CV= 5,19%) were the same triploid. The protocol of this experiment could produce the uniform plantlets and expected to initiate the regeneration of ovul cell which need more studying for the medium optimation.

Abstract

Shorealeprosula included major timber producing tree and widely used include the use of such, plywood, sawn timber, and buildings of contruction.Shorealeprosulaproductiondecreasedamount, becausemost of the production comes fromnatural forests. The cultivation needed so shorealeprosula not become extinct, for it is important in the provision of quality seedlings. Shorealeprosula includedsemi tolerant types that require low light intensity for early growth. The nursery needed microclimate modification that environment conditionaccording to the requirement growing seedlings shorealeprosula.Alternativemade is bygivingshadeinthe nurseryShorealeprosula. This research aimstodetermine the effect ofshadeon the successandthe intensity ofthe shadeis best, on the growth ofseedlingsShorealeprosula the medium topsoil and compost mixture ratio 1:1.This research uses a completely randomize design method which consist of 5 treatments, 3 replications, and 5 units of the plant as a research unit.P0 = Without giving shade; P1 = the provision of shade level of 45%; P2 = the provision of shade level of 60%; P3 = the provision of shade level of 90%. The result indicates that treatment giving shade level of 90% is the best treatment on the parameters of observation, the high increasing (2,24 cm), the diameter increasing (1,2 mm) for seedlings Shorealeprosula in medium topsoil and compost mixture ratio 1:1. Abstract

PT Schenker Petrolog Utama is one of the most prominent companies in Indoneisa that handle services in domestic cargo delivery. In analyzing the problems in handling Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) especially for export documents, the author uses a tree analysis consisting of problem tree, target tree, and alternative tree. The first analysis is done in the process of handling export documents. After that, analysis on the root of problem in handling export documents by using questionnaires—it successfully identifies four problems: lack of human resources, poor communication among the employees in handling export documents, computer network system which is in problem, and slow response from the customer to confirm the export documents. Subsequently, analysis on the solutions or alternative actions for such problems in handling export documents. Key words: Standard Operating Procedure, Export Documents, Tree Analysis.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) is one of the most important factor in an organization, especially for PT. PELNI, a prominent goverment-owned marine transportation company.This study aims to determine the factors which can improve the performance of employees at PT.PELNI. Upon getting feed back from 78 employees, it is obvious that the company has apparently been successful in motivating its employees to demonstrate good performance. Success indication can be seen from the regression coefficient X2 (Work Motivation) of 0.428. While the regression coefficient X1 (Leadership Style) of 0.357. This indicates that the motivation influences employee performance greater than leadership. Accordingly, PT. Pelni can be taken as an example of a good company in motivating its employees. Abstract

Abstract - Information technology was used in the world of education, needs to be done to eliminate the problem of distance, time, and place in the delivery of information. This study aims to identify and analyze the parents information system of the students based websites. The parents information system of the students is expected to provide accurate and reliable information for parents who had entrusted his son to the University of Muhammadiyah Magelang to go through the process of high-level formal education as a student. Parents are guardians of students in need of information on the progress of their children at any time in accordance with academic activities, even in relation to finance for regular payments each semester. The results of this research is a design model of parents information system of the students with integrated with KRS online system that is already running. Abstract

The purpose of this research was knowing the effectiveness of project-based learning in a psychology enterpreneurship class. This quantitative research methods is using experimental pretest-posttest control group design. The population and sample that was used in this research were college students seventh semester of guidance counseling department in academic year 2014/2015 that was totaling 182 college students. The collecting data was used attitude scale enterpreneurship. The result in this research showed that difference between experimental group and control group in final evaluation showed a score of 14,36. The result were not much different also, it was demonstrated by t-test that was done which provide the result of thitung 16,201 while ttable 1,980 at significance level  mistake at 0,05  it can be said that thitung>ttable. It gave the illustration that project-based learning increases the enterpreneurship attitude of college students. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsep pragmatik sebagai prinsip kesantunan bagi masyarakat Jawa.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif.Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Surakarta, yang diambil dari daerah Pinggiran, daerah Kota, dan daerah Kraton.Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan interviu.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep pragmatik merupakan prinsip-prinsip kesantunan dalam masyarakat Jawa.Sopan-santun masyarakat Jawa dibedakan dalam: (1) status sosial, (2) kekuasaan, dan (3) hubungan sosial, pepernah serta situasi dan kondisi. Santun dan tidaknya sebuah tuturan dilakukan dengan secara langsung dan tidak langsung.Tuturan langsung adalah tuturan yang bermakna tidak santun, sedangkan tuturan tidak langsung adalah tuturan yang santun.Kata kunci: Konsep pragmatik, kesantunan, masyarakat Jawa
