Abstract: The problem in this research is the lack of explosive power of leg muscle during smash and block on male volleyball team of SMA Negeri 2 Rambah Hilir Rokan Hulu Regency. Based on these problems the writer gives the form of rocket jump exercises. This study was conducted to know how much the influence of rocket jump exercises on the explosive power of leg muscles on the male volleyball team SMA Negeri 2 Rambah Hilir, so that when doing the jump smash and block the player will get maximum jump results. This type of research is a experimental research with design one group pretest-posttest design research. The population in this study is male volleyball team of SMA Negeri 2 Rambah Hilir which amounted to 10 people. While the sampling technique used is total sampling, where the entire population of 10 people used as sample. With vertical jump test instrument then descriptive analysis and normality test using liliefors test at significant level α (0.05) the average result of pretest vertical jump is 50,6. Furthermore, by giving the rocket jump exercise for 16 times on the volleyball team which amounted to 10 people, Then the posttest vertical jump generates to average of 59,6. Based on the results of pretest and posttest data analysis there is a difference in numbers that increased by 9,0. From t test analysis yield Thitung equal to 7,63 and Ttabel equal to 1,833 mean thitung > ttabel. It can be concluded that rocket jump exercises affect the results of explosive power of leg muscle on the male volleyball team SMA Negeri 2 Rambah Hilir.Keywords: Rocket Jump, The Explosive Power Of Leg Muscle

Penelitian ini”bertujuan untuk”mendeskripsikan aktivitas guru dalam penerapan”model pembelajaran”CTL, mendeskripsikan peningkatan keaktifan”siswa dalam penerapan model pembelajaran CTL, dan untuk mendeskripsikan respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran CTL. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian tidakan kelas yang dilakukan selama 2 siklus yang pada setiap siklusnya terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu; Perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Waru kelas X IIS 2 yang terdiri dari 38 siswa. Pengamatan dilakukan menggunakan lembar pengamatan aktivitas guru, lembar pengamatan keaktifan siswa dan angket respon siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya aktivitas guru menunjukkan hasil yang cukup baik, hal ini terlihat dari pengamatan selama kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti dan penutup diperoleh skor rata rata 3,03, pada siklus 1. Hasil pengamatan pada siklus 2 diperoleh skor rata rata 3,10. Pengamatan keaktifan siswa mencakup 4 indikator yang meliputi, 1) aktif dalam mengemukakan pendapat, 2) aktif dalam bertanya, 3) aktif dalam menanggapi pendapat teman, 4) aktif dalam bekerja sama kelompok. Pada pelaksanaan siklus 1 keaktifan siswa memperoleh skor keseluruhan sebesar 42,09%, dan meningkat pada siklus 2 keaktifan siswa memperoleh skor keseluruhan sebesar 61,28%. Hasil angket respon siswa menunjukkan hasil yang cukup baik, dengan memperoleh skor 72,22% termasuk dalam kategori baik. Hal ini dikarenakan pada lembar angket respon siswa, sebanyak 30 siswa yang menyatakan setuju dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching And Learning. The existence of educational tourism is increasingly needed by the community. In addition to the limited number, educational tourism also has a strategic role such as being able to help increase the income of the surrounding community. This community service aims to empower the community through assistance in establishing an educational tour of Kampung Sutera in Sentul Village, Purwodadi District, Pasuruan Regency. This service method was carried out through FGDs, surveys, interviews, mapping, and training. This service activity gets community support, so that Kampung Sutera can be realized and will have a positive impact on the community's economy. In addition, the existence of Kampung Sutera is also supported by the existence of a website as a promotional medium.

Broiler farming is one of businesses that can be developed to meet the needs of animal-based protein for the community, in addition to providing jobs and increasing people's income. However, broiler farms release chicken manure whose smell can disturb the surrounding community. This study was conducted to explain the management of chicken farm waste that has been running and to analyze the advantages of processing chicken manure into compost as an effort to realize the clean production of broiler farms in Besuki village, Ampel sub-district, Central Java province. This research was conducted at CV Utomo Farm, Besuki Village, Ampel District, Central Java. A qualitative method with primary and secondary data was used. Primary data were collected by interview and observation, while the secondary data was collected from literatures. The data was analyzed by qualitative analysis. If the chicken manure is processed into compost, it is estimated that 10.319 tons of compost will be produced which will provide an additional income of Rp. 20,630,000.00, and the profit will reach Rp. 13,728,625.00 on a production scale of 27,000 chickens per 35 days. This effort will apply the clean production to minimize pollution by maximizing output.

Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that is able to provide problem solving skills in both semi-structured and unstructured ways. The company's role in the import-export business is very important because it can meet the needs of people who have been doing business in the trade sector, both domestic trade and international trade. Indonesia as a country with a high volume of international trade requires a transportation service company that can support goods export activities by providing payment facilities with a certain time period. The problem that occurs is that there are customers who experience congestion in payment of receivables. This is because there is no standardized procedure in determining the granting of receivables so that it is difficult to determine the feasibility of granting receivables to customers. Therefore, researchers will conduct research on a decision support system with the profile matching method to determine the feasibility of granting receivables to goods export services by applying the 5C principle so that decision makers do not use intuition again and have methods or standardized procedures in providing receivables to customers. This research is expected to help determine the feasibility of receivables by applying the 5C principle, it is hoped that it can help decision makers in making decisions about giving credit to customers.
