Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan membangun sebuah sistem Inventory data barang pada Apotek yang berguna untuk memudahkan pemilik Apotek dalam mengelolah proses transaksi-transaksi yang selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian diawali dengan melakukan pengumpulan data, dokumentasi dan wawancara (interview), serta pengamatan secara langsung (observasi) pada tempat penelitian. Adapun data yang digunakan dalam penelitian meliputi data transaksi penjualan, transaksi pembelian dan persediaan obat. Metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode spiral, dimana metode ini dirancang secara revolusioner dengan tahapan yang jelas dan terbuka bagi partisipasi pemesan untuk ikut serta dalam menentukan pemodelan sistem. Dengan hadirnya Sistem Inventory Data Barang pada Apotek An-Nafi Sumbawa yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) dan database MySQL ini, dapat mempermudah pemilik dalam melakukan proses transaksi pembelian dan penjualan obat serta pengecekan ketersedian obat serta pelaporan dari hasil transaksi.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to identify the results of the analysis and the design of Application of Loss Signs Certificate (SKTLK) built by using Waterfall method, it is chosen because this method is a conventional and systematic model, sequential in building application software. The research begins with the stage of analyzing, designing, coding and testing. Although in the testing phase this application is merely able to run within the Localhost network, nevertheless it has provided the expected output as a basic concept for the presence of more complex and integrated application development, where the results of this study are expected to be one of the suggestions that contributes to the decision of the Highest Policy Holder on The Sumbawa Police Force to expand various applications within the Sumbawa Police Resort as one of the steps to improve the public service to the community.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sistem informasi yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan data dan informasi kepegawaian pada UPT Puskesmas Unter Iwes. Adapun metode dalam penelitian menggunakan metode studi lapangan dengan metode waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan sistemnya. Sistem berbasis web ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) dan MySQL sebagai Database Management System (DBMS). Dalam Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian ini terdapat data pribadi pegawai, data pangkat dan data jabatan yang dikelola secara terkomputerisasi. Dengan adanya Sistem informasi kepegawaian dapat mempermudah admin bagian administrasi kepegawaian dalam mengelola data dan informasi yang menyangkut pengelolahan data kepegawaian pada UPT Puskesmas Unter Iwes.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to be able to recognize the performance of the design of computer networks of Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa which has been built in simulator OPNET Version 14.5, from which the design of a computer network consists of two designs specifically design of computer networks using Cable Media and Wireless Media (Access Point). The study begins by analyzing the current situation of the computer network and discovers the circumstance of utilization of computer networks had not been optimal as the condition of the computer network infrastructure of Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa rector is only found in the main building itself. The process of analysis and design of computer network infrastructure uses the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC). The comparison outcome of the design with the Cable Media in the Simulator has Page Response Time 82,3% faster than using Wireless Media and delay point of Cable Media is 19,1% lower than Wireless Media. Therefore Cable Media is able to be considered as one of preferences by the Executive Board of Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa to develop Computer Network Infrastructure for integrating entire existing building within the campus area in order to support the implementation of the information system.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah mengganggu proses pembelajaran secara konvensional. Maka diperlukan solusi untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut. Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) adalah salah satu alternatif yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Peserta didik di sekolah dasar memasuki tahap konkrit, sehingga memerlukan suatu media untuk dapat menangkap berbagai konsep yang ada. Salah satu mata pelajaran matematika. Pembelajaran matematika memerlukan benda konkrit dan penjelasan dari guru. Adanya wabah virus corona ini menjadikan pembelajaran harus serba online, tidak terkecuali matematika.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat aplikasi yang dapat membimbimbing siswa Sekolah Dasar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika yang tidak hanya sekedar menghafal rumus, tetapi dapat mengerti dengan benar apa makna dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan ADDIE Models sebagai metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang memiliki lima tahapan yakni tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation, dimana dalam membangun aplikasi ini menggunakan Software Unity 3D. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa aplikasi G-Discovery (Guided-Discovery) yang disajikan pada media Play Store yang dapat membimbing siswa Sekolah Dasar dalam hal menemukan dan memahami konsep matematika, khususnya siswa kelas 1, 2, dan 3.

Abstract

Pembayaran iuran adalah pembayaran setiap bulan dari murid yang menjadi kewajiban bagi murid di sekolah. Pembayaran iuran tersebut diambil berdasarkan kesepakatan rapat Komite sekolah dan orangtua murid. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempermudah sistem pembayaran iuran yang ada pada TPQ As-salam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan perangakat lunak Rapid Application Development (RAD) dan black box sebagai alat penguji aplikasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, studi pustaka dan kuesioner. Aplikasi pembayaran iuran bulanan pada TPQ As-salam ini menggunakan rest API, rest API digunakan untuk mengambil data dan menyimpan data di dalam database online. Adapun database yang digunakan pada aplikasi ini yaitu MySQL versi 5.1.

Abstract

Currently, the governance process at the UTS Faculty of Engineering is still using a semi-digital system. Based on this, the researchers built a digital governance process management information system in the form of monitoring lecturer evaluations, judicial registration, general administration related to correspondence, and accreditation forms. The research method used is a qualitative method and a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a Rapid Application Development (RAD) model as a software development method. Programming Language in making this management information system with PHP programming language which is implemented in CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database. At the end of making this information system tested using the black-box method. With this Management Information System (SIM) it can help and facilitate the management of the Faculty of Engineering in carrying out general and academic administration governance for the better. In addition, it can assist lecturers and students in completing the general administrative process related to the preparation of reports and the burden of lecturer performance as well as judicial registration for students who have completed their final assignments effectively.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to design and build an Monitoring Application for Manpower Training Results in the Android Based Manpower and Transmigration Office of the Sumbawa Regency (DISNAKERTRANS). The above program is intended so that DISNAKERTRANS can know and evaluate the quality of the training that has been carried out and know the quality of further training. The data collection method in this research is literature study and interview, while for the software development method the researcher uses the waterfall method. This application will be built in hybrid form by utilizing a smartphone as a user device and the database of this application uses MySql. The application testing method of the study is black box. This application is useful for the DISNAKERTRANS Sumbawa district to monitor the results of workforce training and find out the level of success in the process of implementing workforce training.

Abstract

Flooding is a natural phenomenon caused by water flowing in a volume that exceeds the capacity of the media holding it. The floods affect various human activities. In addition, floods also cause material losses and other related fatalities. To overcome this problem, a flood warning system based on Arduino microcontroller technology and WeMos D1 Mini ESP8266 was designed. The data measured are water level, water velocity, and rainfall. Furthermore, the three data will be combined with Fuzzy logic to make decisions. The output of the system is in the form of a remote command signal that will activate the alarm sound and indicator lights to give a warning to the public about the potential flooding that will occur. The test results show that the measured data has become sufficient information for the microcontroller to generate the corresponding indicator lights and alarm sounds. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.17977/um024v4i22019p067

Abstract

For companies, employees are an important aspect that must be supported by quality human resources. In the selection of permanent employees, usually the leadership in a company conducts an objective selection process in accordance with predetermined criteria. However, leaders often face several problems in this process, such as the selection is carried out in stages so that it takes a long time and the assessment of prospective employees is still done manually, making mistakes often occur. Therefore, a decision support system is needed as a solution to these problems by applying a comparison of the Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis (OCRA) method and the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method and the weighting obtained by the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method. The test results obtained the best alternative that is considered feasible as a permanent employee is in the same alternative, namely A5 on behalf of Risa Sabrani. The OCRA method produces the best preference value of 1.56 while the MAUT method produces the best preference value of 0.456 as the first rank
