Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to identify the results of the analysis and the design of Application of Loss Signs Certificate (SKTLK) built by using Waterfall method, it is chosen because this method is a conventional and systematic model, sequential in building application software. The research begins with the stage of analyzing, designing, coding and testing. Although in the testing phase this application is merely able to run within the Localhost network, nevertheless it has provided the expected output as a basic concept for the presence of more complex and integrated application development, where the results of this study are expected to be one of the suggestions that contributes to the decision of the Highest Policy Holder on The Sumbawa Police Force to expand various applications within the Sumbawa Police Resort as one of the steps to improve the public service to the community.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sistem informasi yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan data dan informasi kepegawaian pada UPT Puskesmas Unter Iwes. Adapun metode dalam penelitian menggunakan metode studi lapangan dengan metode waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan sistemnya. Sistem berbasis web ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) dan MySQL sebagai Database Management System (DBMS). Dalam Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian ini terdapat data pribadi pegawai, data pangkat dan data jabatan yang dikelola secara terkomputerisasi. Dengan adanya Sistem informasi kepegawaian dapat mempermudah admin bagian administrasi kepegawaian dalam mengelola data dan informasi yang menyangkut pengelolahan data kepegawaian pada UPT Puskesmas Unter Iwes.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan membangun sebuah sistem Inventory data barang pada Apotek yang berguna untuk memudahkan pemilik Apotek dalam mengelolah proses transaksi-transaksi yang selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian diawali dengan melakukan pengumpulan data, dokumentasi dan wawancara (interview), serta pengamatan secara langsung (observasi) pada tempat penelitian. Adapun data yang digunakan dalam penelitian meliputi data transaksi penjualan, transaksi pembelian dan persediaan obat. Metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode spiral, dimana metode ini dirancang secara revolusioner dengan tahapan yang jelas dan terbuka bagi partisipasi pemesan untuk ikut serta dalam menentukan pemodelan sistem. Dengan hadirnya Sistem Inventory Data Barang pada Apotek An-Nafi Sumbawa yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) dan database MySQL ini, dapat mempermudah pemilik dalam melakukan proses transaksi pembelian dan penjualan obat serta pengecekan ketersedian obat serta pelaporan dari hasil transaksi.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to design and build an Monitoring Application for Manpower Training Results in the Android Based Manpower and Transmigration Office of the Sumbawa Regency (DISNAKERTRANS). The above program is intended so that DISNAKERTRANS can know and evaluate the quality of the training that has been carried out and know the quality of further training. The data collection method in this research is literature study and interview, while for the software development method the researcher uses the waterfall method. This application will be built in hybrid form by utilizing a smartphone as a user device and the database of this application uses MySql. The application testing method of the study is black box. This application is useful for the DISNAKERTRANS Sumbawa district to monitor the results of workforce training and find out the level of success in the process of implementing workforce training.

Abstract

Flooding is a natural phenomenon caused by water flowing in a volume that exceeds the capacity of the media holding it. The floods affect various human activities. In addition, floods also cause material losses and other related fatalities. To overcome this problem, a flood warning system based on Arduino microcontroller technology and WeMos D1 Mini ESP8266 was designed. The data measured are water level, water velocity, and rainfall. Furthermore, the three data will be combined with Fuzzy logic to make decisions. The output of the system is in the form of a remote command signal that will activate the alarm sound and indicator lights to give a warning to the public about the potential flooding that will occur. The test results show that the measured data has become sufficient information for the microcontroller to generate the corresponding indicator lights and alarm sounds. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.17977/um024v4i22019p067

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi pemustaka terhadap kinerja pelayanan Perpustakaan Umum Daerah Kabuapaten Sumbawa Barat dan mengetahui Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat dan unsur-unsur pelayanan yang mempengaruhi perpsepsi pemustaka terhdap kinerja pelayanan Perpustakaan Umum Daerah Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sesuai dengan yang ditetapkan dalam Permen PANRBRI Nomor 14 Tahun 2017 dengan menggunakan 9 (sembilan) variabel unsur. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa: Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat termasuk dalam kategori BAIK dengan indek kepuasan masyarakat yaitu 82,34 dan nilai rata-rata perunsur sebesar 3,29; Unsur yang dirasakan masyarakat masuk dalam kategori sangat baik dalam pelayanan yaitu dalam unsur biaya/tarif, selain itu unsur yang menurut masyarakat harus dipertahankan karena dirasakan sudah baik yaitu unsur persyaratan, kompetensi pelaksana dan perilaku pelaksana, dan beberapa unsur yang sudah baik akan tetapi perlu diperbaiki lagi yaitu unsur waktu pelayanan, produk pelayanan, dan penanganan pengaduan, saran dan masukkan. Selain itu beberapa unsur yang harus diperbaiki oleh yaitu unsur prosedur dan sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

This study aims to examine differences in the management of innovation in the MABATUTER education program (Management of Integrated Reading and Writing Applications) for studentsmanagement conditions carried out by schools conventionally and digitally.The research method used was a qualitative before-after experiment, namelycompare the assessment of parents of students related to program managementMA-BATUTER education carried out conventionally with the after conditionimplementing digital applications developed independently byby PAUD TAAMASA Sumbawa. The research data were obtained from 10 sampling peopleparents of students using a score-based assessment instrument on the aspectread, write, and retell. To determine the effectiveness of different testsusing non-parametric statistics through Wilcoxon test, gain score test. Resultt-test research and gain score of MA-BATUTER education program with applicationdigital is proven to be effective in improving students' ability to understand the content of the storyand can retell the information received in order to trainintelligence sensors of children from an early age.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop computer network infrastructure managementat the Sumbawa University of Technology. The research begins by analyzingcomputer network infrastructure that is running, then donedevelopment of computer network infrastructure management to improve performancemanagement of data and information exchange. The research method used isPPDIOO (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, and Optimize) which isnetwork design method from Cisco as a network service life cyclein supporting the development of computer networks. At the Prepare stage, it is carried outanalysis of the existing infrastructure using the existing Net Toolsavailable on Android Smartphones to analyze Wifi availability anduse Host Tracker to test server stability. Furthermore, at the Plan stageand the design is carried out to develop the existing infrastructure. Results of the Implement stagewill be tested again to ensure the network infrastructure is operationaloptimal. The results showed that the area that is not covered by WiFi(Blank Spot) has decreased. The availability of the server also has Up Timeabove 99.9%. So it can be concluded in this study, that withusing the new infrastructure design is able to provide availabilitya more optimal network to support the Smart Campus program at the UniversitySumbawa technology.

Abstract

University is an educational unit that plays a role in organizing higher education in advancing science and technology. In order to realize this role, the University must have an adequate data center. This study aims to analyze the security of information systems on corporate email, in order to implement a paperless-based work system at the Sumbawa Technology University, in realizing Smart Campus innovation by the entire Sumbawa Technological University academic community. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research type. By making direct observations about the information system security audit using COBIT 4.1. The results of the research are in the form of a 'Term of Agreement' pact on the integrity of corporate email rules and the implementation of the university's paperless work system innovation.
