Abstract

The outpatient registration service at Muhammadiyah Hospital Ponorogo is still not optimal. Errors in the identification process in the registration section were caused by the officers' lack of knowledge. This research design is descriptive. Respondents were selected with a saturated sampling technique from the population, namely all 13 registration officers. The data collection method is a questionnaire. The results showed that the identification, naming and numbering were generally good (85%). The knowledge of officers will be much better if there are training and seminars on medical records Keywords: knowledge; medical records; outpatient ABSTRAK Pelayanan pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan di RSU Muhammadiyah Ponorogo masih belum optimal. Kesalahan dalam proses identifikasi di bagian pendaftaran disebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan petugas. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Responden dipilih dengan teknik sampling jenuh dari populasi yaitu seluruh petugas pendaftaran yang berjumlah 13 orang. Metode pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa identifikasi, penamaan, dan penomoran secara umum sudah baik (85%). Pengetahuan petugas akan jauh lebih baik apabila dilakukan pelatihan dan seminar tentang rekam medis Kata kunci: pengetahuan; rekam medis; rawat jalan
