Abstract

Brand switching has an internal factor and external factor. Customer dissatisfaction and the desire seeking for variation are examples for internal factor. The need for seeking a variation (variety seeking) and the effect of promotion and price are examples for external factor. Positive perception and love attitude for brand product that had been purchased and used can reflect consumer personality. Statistical test in this research shows that the direct effect of internal and external factors in brand switching has coefficient value 0.283 and statistically significant in α level = 0.05 that show by significant t value 0.000 (smaller than α = 0.05). Meanwhile, the indirect effect of internal and external factors through quality perception is (0.524 x 0.602) = 0.315. The calculation results can show that direct influence of internal and external factors variable is smaller than indirect influence of internal and external factors through quality perception. This results indicate that quality perception variables can be used as intervening variable. It means that quality perception can strengthen (moderating) the relationship between internal and external factors with brand switching, because the students feel that a good smartphone quality perception is in accordance with customer desires and expectations.  Key words: Brand Switching, Internal and External Factor, Quality perception

Abstract

Sebagai Negara hukum Indonesia memiliki aturan hukum yang jelas dan diatur dalam perundangundangan.Olahraga merupakan bagian dari proses dan pencapaian tujuan pembangunan nasionalsehingga keberadaan dan peranan olahraga dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa, danbernegara harus ditempatkan pada kedudukan yang jelas dalam sistem hukum nasional. Olahragasebagai salah satu alat meningkatkan harkat dan martabat bangsa juga memiliki kekuatan yang diaturdalam Undang-undang Sistem Keolahragaan Nasional. Sebagai pondasi pelaksanaan keolahragaannasional faktanya belum banyak implementasi setiap poin dalam undang-undang yang diwujudkandalam pelaksanaan kegiatan olahraga. Adanya oknum yang menyalahgunakan kekuasaan, korupsi,tidak pro suatu kebijakan pemerintah tentang olahraga, kurang sinergisnya pemerintah pusat dandaerah dalam mengakomodir olahraga menjadi faktor tidak tercapainya cita-cita yang tertulis dalamsistem keolahragaan nasional. Amanat Undang-Undang Sistem Keolahragaan Nasional harusdijalankan oleh setiap insan olahraga agar keolahragaan nasional kembali ke fitrah olahraga yangsebenarnya.Kata kunci: Implementasi, Olahraga, Undang-undang Sistem Keolahragaan Nasional

Abstract

Abstract: The number of online shoppers in Indonesia from year to year continues to increase, as well as the number of online shops in various online media are increasing sharply, the competition is also getting intensive and inevitable. The results showed that the variable of Service Quality had a direct effect on trust, with beta coefficient value (β) 0,335. Furthermore, Service Quality has a direct influence on Loyalty of 0.332, whereas Trust has a direct influence on Loyalty of 0.482. And each with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 (α). Based on the result of lane analysis shows the indirect effect of Quality of Service to Loyalty through Trust that is (0,482x 0,335) = 0,161, because beta coefficient value 0,161 <0,332, then variable of Trust can not moderate relation between Quality of Service to Loyalty. Abstract

Abstract. Relationship marketing is an effort to build a good constructive relationship with selected costumers (loyality) in order to achieve long-term marketing success through costumer satisfaction data packet. The results of this study showed that relationship marketing had a direct effect of satisfactory (0.745). Relationship marketing had also directly affect of loyality (0.237) and satisfactory had a direct effect with loyality (0.405). The results about indirect effect of relationship marketing with loyality through satisfactory is (0.745 x 0405) = 0.302, because beta coefficient value 0.234 < 0.302, so satisfactory variable could mediate relationship marketing with loyality. Key word : Relationship marketing, loyality, costumer satisfaction

Abstract

As the plantation area, Donggala Kodi with mountainous topography made this region becomes an obstacle for farming people in which the function of the channel to deliver water from the river to the plantation area is not properly functioned. Tertiary channel of Donggala Kodi will highly possible to experience scour or erosion at the base of the channel, due to the large angle of the channel bottom slope so that the water velocity in the channel  increased. This study aims to determine the performance of tertiary channel of Donggala Kodi. The research process begins with the collection of data which is then analyzed to evaluate the performance of tertiary channel. Donggala Kodi tertiary channel are using channel masonry 4,82 m/s, 5,49 m/s, 5,69 m/s, 5,61 m/s, 0,89 m/s, 5,03 m/s, 2,98 m/s, 3,76 m/s that its requirement maximum speed is 2.00 m/s and the minimum speed is 0.25 m/s. So it can be seen that the flow rate of the tertiary irrigation channel of Donggala Kodi do not meet the standards set by Standard Guidelines for  Irrigation Planning Criteria Planning Section Channel KP-03, 2013.

Abstract

Lembasada Beach, Donggala regency is the oldest port in central Sulawesi province which the region has a long coastal area that is 400 km. Most of community events in Donggala regency are located in coastal areas. There are several coastal areas in Donggala that potentially damaged by abrasion, one of which is Lembasada Beach. The effect of the frequent occurrence of erosion and abrasion, buildings and areas around the Beach were damaged by large waves and brunt of the waves could get to the land when there is high tide. The aim of this writing is to determine the height of a wave that will be used in planning the coastal protection building. Measurement of wave height is very rare and hard to achieve therefore in this writing the forecasting of wave heights were conducted through modification of wind speed data for 8 years (2006 – 2013) using the Weibull DistributionMethod based on the Return Period. The data used is secondary data obtained from an extract of the NOAA Earth System Writing Laboratory NCEP/NCAR and processed using WRPLOT then get the maximum wind direction. Based on the result of analysis, it was obtained that the significant wave height and a significant maximum wave period in 2007 on the southwest directon is (Hs) = 0,7969m and (T) = 2,6942 seconds. After analyzing the frequency distribution using Weibull method it can be predicted the wave return period occurence, the return period of 2 years =0,208 m, 5 years = 0,213 m, 10 years = 0,218 m, 25 years = 0,225 m, 50 years = 0,230 m, and 100 years = 0,236 m.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the availability of water and determine farming patterns planning for aggriculture. Research process begin from collecting data then conducting hidrology analysis to know if  the water is sufficient to meet the water needs in fungsional field and planning the suitable farming patterns. To determine the ratio between the need and the availability of water, in this case for aggriculture sector, the analysis of hydrology and the calculation of water requirement on the paddy field were done. There are some methods which can be used: Penman’s Method modification, used to calculating the value of the evapotranspiration by considering the related meteorological factors such as the air temperature, humidity, wind speed, and sun radiation. By using F.J. Mock Method, the amount of water flow obtained from rain’s data, characteristics of hydrology flow area, and evapotranspiration can be calculated. According to the results of data analyzing with 46.642 km2 catchments area, show that  availability of water in Poboya’s Irrigation field in the middle of January is 0,038 m3/sec meanwhile water requirement is 0,0078  m3/sec. From the result it can be concluded that water supply in Poboya’s Irrigation is enough to fullfill the needs of water on t he functional area, as well as by a farming pattern plans of Rice – Rice – Palawija
