Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mendeskripsikan perhatian orangtua siswa yang bekerja sebagai PNS dan non PNS terhadap anaknya, 2) Mendeskripsikan motivasi belajar siswa, 3) Menguji hubungan perhatian orangtua dengan motivasi belajar siswa, 4) Menguji perbedaan perhatian orangtua terhadap anaknya, 5) Menguji perbedaan motivasi belajar siswa yang orangtuanya bekerja sebagai PNS dan non PNS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif komparatif.  Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner tentang perhatian orangtua siswa dan motivasi belajar siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik non-parametrik. Teknik pengolahan data dengan menggunakan persentase, korelasi dan uji beda. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perhatian orangtua yang  PNS cenderung tinggi, 2) Motivasi belajar siswa yang orangtuanya PNS cenderung tinggi,  3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perhatian dengan motivasi belajar siswa, 4) Terdapatnya perbedaan perhatian orangtua yang PNS dan non PNS, dimana perbedaan tersebut sangat sedikit, 5) Terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar siswa yang orangtuanya PNS lebih termotivasi dalam belajar dibandingkan dengan siswa yang orangtuanya non PNS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menjadi bahan dalam pembuatan program bimbingan dan konseling. Kata Kunci: Siswa, perhatian orang tua, motivasi belajar

Abstract

The progress in science and technology as well as the rapid flow of information bring influence and change a very complex against the order of social life and human society. The change can bring the community to a better life or otherwise delivers human problems than can lead to frustrating. Individuals need a container that can be a place to get solution of various problems or issues they experienced. One of the containers it is guidance and counseling. Guidance and counseling have different types of service; one of the service types is group counseling services. Execution of counseling services for employees of PT Djarum group in Central Lombok bring positive impact seen from the results of the now given to the participants after the service implemented. The participants fell relieved, pleased and fell benefits of the activities of the counseling services group, and recommends that this activity continues and if possible this Group counseling is carried out for the leadership of their.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bagai mana gambaran kecerdasan emosional siswa, interaksi sosial siswa, dan bagaimana hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan interaksi sosial siswa SMPN 01 Terara Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif korelasional. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII SMPN 01 Terara Lombok Timur, sebanyak 152 orang siswa, yang diperoleh dengan teknik non probability sampling. Data pemelitian dengan menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk melihat kecerdasan emosional, dan interaksi sosial siswa, yaitu dengan teknik statistik dengan menentukan nilai mean, standar, deviasi, range dan skor. Untuk melihat kedua hubungan diantara variabel digunakan tehnik Pearson Product Moment Corelation. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, kecerdasan emosional siswa berada pada kategori sedang, interaksi sosial siswa berada pada kategori sedang dan terdapat hubungan yang signuifikan dan positif antara kecerdasan emosi dengan interaksi sosial dengan tingkat korelasi cukup kuat. Besar r hitung yaitu 0,546 yang berada pada taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,01. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosional siswa, maka interaksi sosial siswa semakin positif. Berdaasrkan temuan penelitian ini, diharapkan guru BK dapat memunculkan tema-tema kreatif yang lebih efektif dalam kegiatan konseling yang dapat dijadikan program pelayanan BK untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional siswa sehingga dapat membangun interaksi sosial siswa yang positif.

Abstract

Teachers are not only required to be able to provide good teaching, provide good knowledge cognitively to students, so that students understand each material provided, but teachers should also be fun educators, educators who make students comfortable and motivated in learning. Even the teacher should also be the best model for students. Many cases occur, there are teachers whose students are not comfortable in class, teachers who always give corporal punishment, who are always angry with students. So this makes students' learning motivation to decrease, not only seen from their low learning outcomes, but also seen during learning activities at school, such as skipping class hours, often falling asleep, noisy in class and others. This paper discusses the application ofHigh-Touch, which is a counseling-based method, which can make learning fun, so that students become motivated in learning as; various efforts that can be done by the teacher, namely; 1). Generating student motivation by providing interesting learning methods. 2). Create a pleasant atmosphere in learning. 3). Using a variety of interesting presentation methods. 4). Give reasonable praise for each student's success. 5). Comment on student work. 6) Create competition and cooperation

Abstract

The development of children's talents and interests would be better done early on, one of which, of course, starts from schools based on early childhood education with various levels of programs, in the application of teaching to children from an early age, of course it is very necessary to develop self through activities based on counseling guidance so that Children grow and develop both intellectually, emotionally and socially. This study aims to discuss the implementation of early childhood education with a counseling guidance approach, a case study conducted in one of the early childhood education schools (PAUD) located in Indragiri Hulu (INHU) Regency, Riau. Based on the results of the study, this early childhood education not only applied Islamic education but also began to apply the guidance and counseling approach, in its teaching, although its weakness, it did not have educators who graduated from early childhood and counseling guidance. Overall, the implementation of counseling guidance in this school has started to run, has not been equipped with facilities and infrastructure, but this school has the creativity to cover this shortcoming.

Abstract

Pedagogy is the science or art of being a teacher, pedagogy also refers to the proper use of teaching strategies. The learning of children with special needs requires a separate pattern that is different from learning for normal children. This is due to the existence of separate disorders that differ from one another. Students who go to school have many learning difficulties, because they generally have developmental barriers physically, emotionally, intelligence and creativity. One of the efforts for classroom teachers is to seek a form of learning intervention to overcome various kinds of disorders and the needs of their students. Teacher-interventions are mixed in such a way that they can be applied in learning and guidance on inappropriate behavior (PSS). By applying operant conditioning , and directed to a positive psychopedagogical perspective, a learning program that utilizes the Competency-Based Curriculum (KBK) is drawn up. Learning Model by utilizing Competency-Based Curriculum is one solution to overcome teacher-class difficulties in the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of individualized learning outcomes (Individualized Educational Programs). The final result is behavioral improvement that is programmed in stages through "intermediate goals" which are used as output targets in odd semesters, and "annual targets" in even semesters.

Abstract

The Indonesian government is promoting 21st Century learning by implementing HOTS (High Order Thinking Skill) and TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, Content Knowledge). The implementation of this system has felt the impact when there has been a Covid 19 pandemic since 2020. This situation has forced the entire learning process to change. All learning is required through online learning. Teachers and students have difficulty adjusting because they cannot use technology in the learning process. SDN 4 Rarang has teachers who are mainly able to master essential technology but do not take advantage of this ability to develop learning media. Therefore, this activity aims to train teachers at SDN 4 Rarang in developing learning media in the form of learning videos and uploading these videos to the YouTube page. The method used is lecture and practice. The participants of the activity were 9 teachers. The results of this activity are from 9 teachers who participated in the training, 7 people have been able to make learning videos and upload the videos to the YouTube page, while 2 people still do not master the material because one of them is age factor, so that the acceptance of training materials is not conveyed correctly. Good, with an achievement percentage of 83.9%.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of group counseling services using assertive techniques to prevent addiction to playing online games. This research method is pre-experimental using a one-group pre-test and post-test research design. This research was conducted at One Roof Middle School 1 Sakra Timur. The instrument in this research is a questionnaire. 6 grade VIII students were sampled in this study because of reasons that indicated online game addiction. This data was obtained based on the results of interviews with the Guidance and Counseling teacher. The conclusion of this study is seen from the results of W count and W table 35 0, it can be concluded that the provision of group guidance services using assertive techniques is effective in preventing addiction to playing online games in studentsKeywords :Group guidance services, Assertive Techniques, addiction in playing online gamesAbstractTujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengatahui keefektifan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik asertif untuk mencegah kecanduan bermain game online. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah angket. 6 orang siswa kelas VIII dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini karna alasan terindikasi kecanduan game online data ini diperoleh berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Kesimpulan penelitian ini dilihat dari hasil W hitung dan W tabel 35 0 , dapat di simpulkan bahwa pemberian layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik asertif efektif mencegah kecanduan bermain game online pada siswa.Kata Kunci : Layanan bimbingan kelompok, Teknik Asertif, kecanduan bermain game online
