Abstract

The minimalist multipurpose table design aims to provide comfort for people who use it. As a society, of course, we need a product that not only has one function, but also has other functions that can make our daily life easier. This minimalist multipurpose table design aims to produce a product that can be used in a workspace that has a function for studying, doing office tasks, and so on. Besides that there are shelves that are used to place books, decorations, and so on. Data collection methods used for the preparation of this research report include primary data sources consisting of observations, and also through secondary data sources. The design process is carried out through several stages including measuring, cutting, welding, polishing, coloring, and assembling until the table is ready for use. Minimalist multipurpose table frame made of iron and wood with a shelf height of 115 cm, a table height of 75 cm, and distance between the two table legs 120 cm, and a table leg width of 50 cm.

Abstract

At this time there are many creative industries that make products to make it easier for consumers. We need a product that has a versatile function, is minimalistic, and doesn't take up much space or it can also be called a product that must have its own ergonomic function. Ergonomics analysis on the design of a minimalist multipurpose table frame aims to analyze the ergonomics of a minimalist multipurpose table in terms of the user's comfort level and suitability with the user's body posture and determine the cost per unit of the product of the minimalist multipurpose table design.In this study using a quantitative approach method. This method is used to examine certain populations or samples, data collection using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative/statistical, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The design process is carried out through several stages including field observations, literature studies, and questionnaires as well as interviews with resource persons.A minimalist multipurpose table frame made of iron and wood with a shelf height of 115 cm, a table height of 75 cm, a distance between the two table legs of 120 cm, and a table leg width of 50 cm. The results obtained from this study are above 85% or which can be categorized as very good. That way, it can be said that this minimalist multipurpose table provides an ergonomic impact for consumers or respondents.

Abstract

Produksi ban di Indonesia terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Seiring dengan itu, maka limbah ban-ban bekas yang tidak terpakai terus meningkat  seiring dengan peningkatan produksi ban tersebut. Para ahli lingkungan kerap di pusingkan dengan permasalahan yang di sebabkan oleh ban bekas yang material nya tidak terurai. Kondisi penggunaan energi yang masih di dominasi oleh bakar bakar fosil lambat tahun harus di kurangi dan secara bertahap digantikan dengan energi yang terbarukan. Ban bekas dapat digunakan sebagai bahan bakar minyak karena mempuyai potensi besar untuk diperbaharui menjadi energi alternatif sebagai pengganti bahan bakar minyak diesel/solar. Peneltian ini bertujuan mengetahui tekanan pada titik nyala api dan mengetahui potensi ban bekas menjadi bahan bakar alternatif.Penelitian dititik beratkan pada hubungan sebab akibat antara dua faktor yang sengaja ditimbulkan oleh peneliti, dengan mengurangi atau menyisihkan faktor-faktor lain yang mengganggu. Eksperimen yang dilakukan adalah memvariasikan perbandingan tekanan dimulai dari tekanan 1300 Psi, 1500 Psi, 1700, Psi, 1900 Psi dan 2100 Psi dengan menggunakan nozel. dari hasil yang telah didapat dari pengujian diatas dapat disimpulkan ada perbedaan laju panjang api dan kecepatan nyala api pada masing-masing perbandingan uji nyala pada hasil penyulingan limbah Ban, yang dapat disimpulkan, Nyala optimal api minyak ban diperoleh pada tekanan 2.100 Psi dan hasil visual pada uji coba nyala api minyak limbah ban diperoleh hasil terbaik pada tekanan 2.100 Psi dengan kecepatan 18,96 , sedangkan minyak solar pada tekanan 2.100 Psi dengan kecepatan 11,97 . Dimana minyak ban lebih cepat sebesar 6,99 . Dengan demikian maka minyak ban dapat diperhitungkan sebagai energi alaternatif pengganti solar.

Abstract

Study table is one of the supporting learning activities but the current study table design is not in accordance with consumer needs, especially for children. The development of this study table product is expected to answer the needs of custumers or consumers and produce an ergonomic study table. This multifunctional learning folding table product uses the parameter measurement of the Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The result obtained based on the customer show that there are 7 attributes (customer requitment) and 4 technical parameters ( technical response). In this regard, the product development of a multifuntional folding study table uses the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method using teak wood. This table also has several features, namely a reading light feature, a glass holder, a storange feature, equipped with a simple design, attaractive practical colors and ideal dimensions so as to increase comfort inusing the folding study table product.

Abstract

Street light is a facility provided as a street light, which is very much needed as a road light and navigation for motorists. The development of these street lights has been very diverse, both from design to power generation used, but not all of them are uniform in use because they still use conventional street lights. answer the needs of the facilities used and produce innovative street lights. The results obtained from observations and questionnaires from respondents indicate that there are still many street lamps that are matched and the materials used are not sturdy. In this regard, the design of this innovative street light has several features, namely, LED lights, a lower ring ring feature, an upper ring ring feature, a solar panel, with a height of 300 cm, a bottom diameter of 8.5 cm, an upper diameter of 4.3 cm. And it is equipped with coloring on the lamp posts which is simple, attractive, practical, and increases rider comfort.

Abstract

In the fast-paced period, human desire to produce and compete quickly, efficiently and economically, became the basis for the development of tools and machine tools, the competition provided the main motivation in making machine tools that have accuracy, accuracy and precision, so as to make shape in accordance with the design (model). So in this case what should be considered is how to choose and determine the tool material to be used on a lathe, because it can affect the level of wear on the tool eye itself and the fineness or surface roughness that will be generated can be controlled visually. Comparing the use of carbide chisel with HSS chisel to eat ST 37 steel workpieces, in this study aims to determine the use of chisel blade in order to produce smooth workpiece surface fibers and have a small degree of roughness visually in the turning process of steel workpieces ST 37. The results of testing the use of carbide chisels produce finer surface fibers and visually smaller roughness than HSS chisels, so if you turn the ST 37 steel workpiece you should use carbide chisels to get good results.
