Abstract

Abstrak - PT X memiliki rencana strategis, Adapun yang dilakukan yakni membuat rancangan strategis Sistem Informasi di PT X, dengan fokus perhatian pada bagian Sumber daya manusia (SDM) menggunakan pendekatan rantai nilai (value chain) Penelitian dilakukan  dengan  tujuan  Membuat perencanaan strategis sistem informasi (SI) sumber daya manusia PT X untuk menciptakan keunggulan bersaing dalam mewujudkan visi, misi dan tujuan organisasi, Dengan adanya  penelitian ini  akan memudahkan dalam pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia  pada PT X  untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitifnya dengan menggunakan perencanaan strategis system informasi Sumber Daya Manusia.

Abstract

Fruit is a healthy supplement, the biggest consumer of fruit is found in big cities. Pagar Alam is an area that produces various types of fruit. Assessment of fruit quality by farmer groups, still using manual methods so that it has some weaknesses. Weakness in evaluating the quality of fruit manually causes an inaccurate assessment because the assessment system is done by estimating the quality of a sample of fruits based on the experience of quality assessors and not based on standardized aspects of assessment. For this reason, a Decision Support System (SPK) was developed to determine the quality of fruit based on a website that helps assessors of the quality of fruits in farmer groups in determining accurate fruit quality with a quick process. This system uses PHP as its programming language, the method used by RAD is an object oriented approach. The system can be used to support fruit quality assessment decisions, thus providing data on the quality of current fruit yields and can be used as a reference for farmers to improve the quality of fruit production in the next harvest.

Abstract

Stunting counseling carried out by the Pagar Alam City Health Office is still conventional, explaining directly by extension agents and power points so that people who take part in extension activities are easily bored, this study aims to design and build media for stunting prevention using animation at the Pagar Alam City Health Service based on multimedia using adobe. Flash Cs6 is able to attract interest and eliminate the feeling of boredom of extension participants, the development stage of this research uses the ADDIE method, the ADDIE model development design consists of five steps, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. This animation was built and designed using adobe flash CS6 actionscript 2.0 to measure the validity level of the animation. This countermeasure is used, namely expert reviews of experts, or alpha tests obtained from the results to see the level of understanding and public interest before and after the use of stunting control animation. This animation is expected to be able to help the health office of Pagar Alam City in making stunting education more efficient. The final result of this research is an animation of stunting control to increase public knowledge and become an animated video for the assistant of Pagar Alam City Health Office.

Abstract

Information technology (IT) applications in organizations are very important to do this to support the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's business processes. IT assets are the most important component in the company's business processes (organization) today, which has a high vulnerability to the risks that occur. non-functioning of IT assets because threats (risks) can systematically disrupt performance. The technical implementation unit (UPT) at STT Pagar Alam is responsible for managing IT assets. IT assets that are the object of this research include hardware consisting of monitors, CPUs, projectors, stavolt, printers and laptops with a considerable quantity. departing from the management's needs when identifying risk factors that need to be given maintenance priority and the type of IT assets to identify and measure IT assets using the Quantitative risk analysis (QRA) method so that known aspects and factors need special attention effectively and efficiently. This study produced recommendations on the type of IT assets in the form of CPUs and the types of power loss risk factors that require priority for further control measures.
