Abstract

UNISNU Community Service Activities Based on Fostered Schools aims to provide assistance, development of work and determination of work to identify inventions of the work of teachers and students at the Kudus Lemuria Vocational School of Furniture Engineering to submit a Intellectual Property Rights request of their invention. The output of this activity are : 1) increasing the effectiveness and innovation of teachers & students to work inventions; 2) increasing partner understanding of the work of invention 3) increasing the teacher's ability in making inventions. The program was carried out by the UNISNU HKI Center with the methods are socialization and assistance in registering the work of teacher and student inventions. Activity stages are: 1) Preparation Phase; 2) Assessment Phase; 3) Planning or Alternative Program Planning Phase; 4) Action Plan Phase; 5) Program or Activity Implementation Phase; 6) Evaluation Phase. The results of this service are: 1) awareness of the importance of copyright protection in the work produced, 2) identified works owned 3) willingness to submit legal protection to the works produced and Copyright certificates from the Director General of Intellectual Property Ministry of Law and Human Right.

Abstract

In general, the Kranggan market cooperative in Yogyakarta and the Cokrokembang Market Cooperative in Klaten are faced with the following problems: l) The weak aspects of cooperative administration, administration of recording and finance are still very simple (manual); 2) The weakness of organizational aspect, there are no clear rules and no standard operational standard, 3) Management aspect, lack of management skill in saving and loan environment. Goals and Outcomes include: 1) software and financial systems to manage, and efficiency; 2) establishment of AD / ART; 3) compilation of SOP manual. Method approach to overcome problems with training, preparation of accounting systems and finance cooperatives, and mentoring. The training plan consists of 1) administrative and bookkeeping training of saving and loan cooperatives, 2) institutional & cooperative management training, 3) training and practice of the financial system and finance of the cooperative. The preparation of the cooperative financial and accounting system is carried out by the implementing team of IbM. The plan of assistance activities undertaken is the assistance of the preparation of AD/ART, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and working procedures of cooperative institutions.

Abstract

ABSTRACTTextbook writing training is one form of teacher professional development, especially NU teachers as part of local content subjects in the madrasa environment Aliyah Safinatul Huda Sowan Kidul Kedung Jepara. Many MA Safinatul Huda teachers experienced difficulties in writing the textbook. This community service activity is in the form of training in writing textbooks for MA Safinatul Huda Sowan Kidul Kedung Jepara teachers with the aim of; 1) increase teacher motivation in writing good and quality NU textbooks; 2) provide an understanding for teachers about the method of writing good and quality NU textbooks; 3) produce the NU textbook as a learning module. This activity was attended by 30 MA Safinatul Huda Sowan Kidul Kedung Jepara teachers, and was held for 7 times face to face, with details: opening, presenting material 3 times, practicing 2 times and closing. This activity is carried out using the lecture, discussion, question and answer method, and practice. These community service activities have been able to encourage teachers to understand material about textbooks; understand the procedures for the preparation; and made the NU textbook in the Aliyah Safinatul Huda madrasa environment in Kidow Kedung Jepara. Keywords: training, textbooks, teachers ABSTRAKPelatihan penulisan buku ajar merupakan salah satu bentuk dari pengembangan profesi guru, khususnya guru Ke-NU-an sebagai bagian dari mata pelajaran muatan lokal dilingkungan madrasah Aliyah Safinatul Huda Sowan Kidul Kedung Jepara. Guru-guru MA Safinatul Huda banyak yang mengalami kendala dalam penulisan buku ajar tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa pelatihan penulisan buku ajar bagi guru MA Safinatul Huda Sowan Kidul Kedung Jepara dengan tujuan; 1) meningkatkan motivasi guru dalam menulis buku ajar Ke-NU-an yang baik dan berkualitas; 2) memberikan pemahaman kepada guru tentang metode penulisan buku ajar Ke-NU-an yang baik dan berkualitas; 3) menghasilkan naskah buku ajar Ke-NU-an sebagai modul pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 30 orang guru MA Safinatul Huda Sowan Kidul Kedung Jepara, dan dilakukan selama 7 kali tatap muka, dengan rincian: pembukaan, penyajian materi 3 kali, prktik 2 kali dan penutupan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan praktik. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini telah mampu mendorong guru dalam memahami materi tentang buku ajar; memahami tata cara penyusunan; dan membuat buku ajar Ke-NU-an dilingkungan madrasah Aliyah Safinatul Huda Sowan Kidul Kedung Jepara.  Kata Kunci: pelatihan, buku ajar, guru

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh leverage, likuiditas dan struktur modal terhadapxkinerjaxkeuanganxpada perusahaan sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftarxdi Bursa EfekxIndonesia. Perbedaanxdengan penelitianxsebelumnya terletakxpada jumlah sampel dan periode penelitian. Populasixpenelitianxperusahaan sektor makanan dan minuman yaitu 45 perusahaancyangxterdaftarxdi Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2020- 2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunkan metode purposive sampling dengan dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 21xperusahaan. variabelxbebasxdalam penelitian ini yaitu leverage, likuiditas dan struktur modal. Sedangkanxvariabelxterikat yaitu kinerja keuangan. Dataxpenelitian ini menggunakanxdataxsekunder yaitu annual report dan financial report yang dipublikasi dan diperoleh melalui situs BEI. Metodexanalisisxmenggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa leverage, likuiditas dan struktur modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan.
