<![CDATA[The agricultural sector is one of the main income sectors of the Payakumbuh City community. Efforts made by the Payakumbuh City Agriculture Service are to market agricultural products produced by the Payakumbuh community. So far, product marketing and information on agriculture have been delivered directly from the heads of the sub-district, neighborhood, RW and Wali Nagari. This is considered to be less effective and efficient. Through the use of current technology, a website-based information system needs to be built by using Unified Modeling Language (UML) system design tools. With the existence of this website-based information system, it helps the Department of Agriculture to market agricultural products and information related to agriculture to the wider community.]]>

<![CDATA[Banyaknya item-item bahan bangunan pada Toko Bangunan Persada membuat toko tersebut mengalami kesulitan dalam pengolahan data penjualan, untuk itu dilakukan pengklusteran dengan menggunakan algoritma K-Means, untuk mengetahui bahan bangunan mana yang laris terjual dan bahan bangunan mana yang tidak laris terjual.Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan suatu pengetahuan dalam mengelompokkan penjualan bahan bangunan. Untuk pengelompokkan ini menggunakan algoritma K-Means sebagai metode yang digunakan. Algoritma K-Means akan melakukan pengclusteran penjualan bahan bangunan sehingga didapatkan pengetahuan yang digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam penjualan bahan bangunan. Data mining dapat menghasilkan berbagai pengetahuan yang salah satunya untuk menentukan bahan bangunan yang paling banyak terjadi proses transaksi penjualan. Sehingga bahan bangunan yang paling banyak terjadi proses transaksi penjualan dapat dilakukan analisa dalam pengadaan stock bahan bangunan.]]>

<![CDATA[The problems faced by teenagers in recent times have focused more on various delinquency committed by teenagers ranging from drug problems, brawls, bullying cases and other problems. The increasing number of problems faced by adolescents indicates the lack of attention from parents and society to the development of adolescent character. Facing this problem, one solution that can be used is to strengthen the character of youth through character education. Character education is considered the best choice in preparing future generations because it can be both preventive and curative. In this community service program, the training method is used to convey the basics of character education. This Character Personality Training Program aims to invite teenagers to recognize their potential and be able to interact well with their social environment. This training program was given to 30 teenagers who are members of the Padang Japang Mosque Youth Association (IRMPJ). The results of the training show that there is an understanding of adolescents about the importance of understanding themselves and having good character in socializing. Besides that, a continuous program is also needed so that the stages of the material provided can be carried out perfectly.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengukur kinerja dari karyawan pada toko. Pada penelitian ini kami melakukan analisis kinerja pada toko Central Busana Batusangkar. Adanya suatu persaingan pada sebuah penjualan menuntut pimpinan dari sebuah toko melakukan anlisis dari kinerja karyawan yang dimiliki. Salah satu cara untuk mendorong konsumen untuk berbelanja di toko yaitu pelayanan yang baik kepada konsumen. Pelayanan yang baik kepada konsumen salah satu faktor untuk mempertahankan agar konsumen tetap loyal berkunjung dan berbelanja di toko. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu analisis mengukur kinerja karyawan dalam meningkatkan mutu kinerja karyawan dari toko. Untuk menganalisis kinerja karyawan diperlukan suatu metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Analitic Hierarky Process (AHP). Dengan menggunakan metode Analitic Hierarky Process (AHP) dapat dilakukan analisis dari kinerja karyawan pada toko. Penilaian kinerja karyawan terdapat empat kriteria dasar yang digunakan yaitu kehadiran, pelayanan terhadap konsumen, sikap dan tingkah laku.Dari kriteria tersebut nantinya akan dianalisis dan mendapatkan sebuah keputusan kepada karyawan untuk dipertahankan, diberi reward atau diberi sanksi kepada karyawan]]>

<![CDATA[Garbage is leftover material that is no longer used from daily human activities. The Garbage Bank system is currently still manual in nature such as buying and selling waste from the Bengkalis community, waste price lists, types of waste and grouping waste categories. As a solution to these problems, the author builds a Software Design to digitize the previous system which was done manually. In this study the research methodology used is the Kanban method. In making this application the programming language used is PHP Framework Codeigniter, and MYSQL as a data storage area. With this application, it can help the Waste Bank to buy waste easily, safely and more efficiently.]]>

<![CDATA[Marketing activity is a key factor for the success in business. Success or failure of marketing is highly determined by the applied strategy. This research aimed to identify the factors that affect the volume of sales of ASKA Soy Milk and formulate marketing strategies that can be implemented by ASKA Soy Milk industry to increase the sales volume. This research was conduct with descriptive method. Data collected is the primary and secondary data. Sampling was carried out from retailers by using Cluster Random Sampling. The sample of the consumer is taken by Accidental Sampling and the sampling of the competitors is taken by Purposive. Factors that influence the sales volume of ASKA Soya Milk consist of internal factors such as diverse flavors, incomplete label and the simplicity of a packaging, short product durability, discounts for certain purchases, payment systems consignment, transportation for marketing and promotional. External factors that affect the sales volume of ASKA Soya Milk consist of the existence of local and non-local competitors who produce soy milk with a more attractive appearance and durability, the present of better technologies, and consumer loyalty. The strategy can be implemented by ASKA Soya Milk are: optimizing the use of existing marketing transportation, creating variations product size, complete labeling of products, expand the areas of product marketing, giving more alternate promotion, and providing discounts and rebates to consumers.]]>

<![CDATA[Strategi pembelajaran adalah cara-cara yang akan dipilih dan digunakan oleh seorang pengajar untuk menyampaikan materi pembelajaran. Tujuan strategi pembelajaran adalah untuk memudahkan anak menerima dan memahami materi pembelajaran, yang pada akhirnya anak-anak dapat menguasai materi pembelajaran. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk menelaah penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komputer (TIK) pada anak-anak pada masa Covid-19. Kegiatan ini melibatkan anak-anak panti asuh rumah yatim Nagari Maimbau Pauh V Padang. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan edukasi kepada anak-anak yang ada di panti dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komputer yang tepat dan bermanfaat bagi penunjang pembelajaran. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diperoleh hampir 85% anak-anak sudah dapat menggunakan teknologi informasi secara tepat dan bijaksana.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and reward on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Suka Melaju. The sample in this study was taken using the saturated sample method. The number of samples used were 76 people. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). To test the hypothesis, the Path Coefficient is used, namely the test carried out to see the direct effect and the Indirect Effect, which is a test that aims to see the indirect effect. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Suka Melaju 2) giving rewards has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Suka Melaju. 3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Suka Melaju. 4) Giving rewards has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Suka Melaju. 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Suka Melaju 6) Job Satisfaction mediates the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Suka Melaju 7) Job Satisfaction does not mediate the effect of giving rewards to employees at PT. Suka Melaju.Keywords: work environment, giving rewards, employee performance, job satisfaction.]]>
