Abstract

Persediaan merupakan salah satu faktor penentu kelancaran dalam penjualan, maka dari itu persediaan seharusnya dikelola dengan baik. Jika persediaan produk kurang pelanggan akan kecewa dan pergi ke tempat lain dan jika persediaan berlebih akan menimbulkan penumpukan barang dan terjadi kerugian. Dengan adanya dukungan perkembangan teknologi, data-data transaksi yang ada dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengelola persediaan barang dimasa yang akan datang yaitu menggunakan teknik Data Mining aturan Asosiasi. Aturan Asosiasi yang digunakan adalah Algoritma Apriori untuk menemukan aturan asosiatif kombinasi antara itemset. Perhitungan dilakukan dengan menentukan support dan confidence yang digunakan untuk menentukan stock barang yang perlu diperbanyak atau dikurangi agar efektif lagi dalam meminimalisir penumpukan barang dan kerugian.

Abstract

The author has conducted research at UD Stores. Variant Jl. Kabu-Kabu No. 31 Pematangsiantar and found a problem where the theft was prone to the place and no employees guarded the store during the closing. Then another problem arises how to monitor stores from a distance by using SMS Gateway notifications. So here the author provides a solution so that the store can be monitored remotely with SMS Gateway Notifications. The author implements a Magnetic switch on the front door so that when the door is forced open the buzzer will ring and the owner receives an SMS, then in the front room the writer implements a PIR sensor where when a human passes the sensor the buzzer will turn on and the shop owner will get SMS notification.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership on teacher performance, to determine the effect of school facilities on teacher performance and to simultaneously determine the effect of leadership and school facilities on teacher performance. This research can be classified as associative research with a total sample of 41 people. The method used is a survey method. Data collection techniques are carried out by looking for supporting data from various literatures and journals, interviews, by collecting data by communicating directly with the object of research, observing data obtained from direct research results on activities carried out in the field, distributing questionnaires The questionnaire contains a list of questions related to the problem being studied for teachers. The conclusion of the study is that the leadership variable partially has a positive effect on teacher performance with a value of tcount > ttable 4,410 > 1,684, the school facilities variable partially has a positive effect on teacher performance with a value of tcount > ttable 5,734 > 1,684, the leadership variable and school facilities simultaneously have a positive effect on teacher performance with a value of Fcount > Ftable which is 16.517 > 3.320
