Abstract

The research was conducted at one point in Cilacap Waters in order toanalyze wind direction and speed with WRPLOTS application in 1 year periodfrom January to December 2015. Data obtained from BMKG Cilacap withdetails of wind direction and speed every hour (24 hours). Based on thepercentage of wind direction and speeds studied over the course of a year(January to December 2015) shows that winds move with wind speeds movingat top speeds of more than 22 knots with a 29.0% percentage rate and movingaround east and south.Key words: Wind, water, WRPLOTS

Abstract

The issue of renewable energy is something that has often been discussed, especially since oil reserves are running low, the electricity supply that is indispensable for the sustainable development of infrastructure. One of the renewable energy sources is the marine thermal energy conversion system (OTEC). Renewable energy in time will become the mainstay of national and world energy because in fifty years an energy crisis may occur. OTEC's energy sources are re-emerging because of fears that an energy crisis will occur. The purpose of this study was to determine the mathematical model of the Popa OTEC design. The OTEC design is inseparable from the plumbing device, both cold water pipes, warm water and NH3 water. This research is a mathematical model of pipe design in a marine thermal power plant. The research begins with a literature review, namely previous research on OTEC (oceans thermal energy coversion). The results of the research are the determination of the diameter formula used to determine the pipe diameter, for cold seawater, warm seawater and NH3 or ammonia pipes. The design can be used to determine the variable diameter of the pipe with variations in discharge and flow velocity.

Abstract

Penyakit jantung koroner merupakan penyebab kematian penyakit kardiovaskular utama di Indonesia. Revaskularisasi fase akut secara mekanis maupun farmakologis merupakan tatalaksana utama pada STEMI. Mortalitas paska revaskularisasi masih tinggi. Salah satu faktor penting yang memengaruhi kesintasan pasien STEMI adalah fungsi ginjal. Gangguan fungsi ginjal yang dicerminkan dengan estimated glomerulus filtration rate (eGFR) < 60 diketahui berhubungan dengan perfusi miokard yang buruk paska IKP primer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran karakteristik pasien STEMI yang menjalani IKP primer berdasarkan fungsi ginjal sebelum IKP dan menganalisa perbedaaan kesintasan dalam 30 hari pasien STEMI-IKP primer berdasarkan fungsi ginjal sebelum IKP. Metode studi observasional kohort retrospektif dan pengukuran fungsi ginjal dikelompokkan berdasarkan eGFR dengan rumus CKD-EPI menjadi dua yaitu eGFR < 60 dan eGFR ≥ 60. IKP primer dilakukan pada 211 pasien STEMI. Insiden mortalitas eGFR < 60 sebesar 14,7%, sedangkan dengan eGFR ≥ 60 sebesar 4,4%. Perbedaan kesintasan pasien STEMI-IKP antar-kelompok eGFR (p < 0,05) dengan crude HR (IK95%) 3,433 (1,269-9,284). Tidak terdapat perbedaan kesintasan pasien STEMI-IKP antar-kelompok eGFR setelah di-adjusted. Mortalitas dalam 30 hari pada kelompok eGFR < 60 lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelompok eGFR ≥ 60. Kata kunci: infark miokard akut, intervensi koroner perkutan, fungsi ginjal, mortalitas.
