Abstract

Anthropology is the science of humans, especially about the origin, various colors of physical form, customs, and beliefs in the past. Epithemologically, anthropology studies various things about humans empirically in their relationship as biological beings and as social beings (in the sense of living in society). The method that is more appropriate with the anthropological approach is the holistic method. This means that seeing a social phenomenon must be examined in the context of the totality of the studied community culture. Meanwhile, the most appropriate data collection techniques are involved observation (observation) and in-depth interviews, that is, directly mingling in the community being studied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi nilainilai karakter dalam pembelajaran tematik, nilai-nilai karakter yangdikembangkan serta mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambatimplementasi nilai-nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran tematik kelas IIISDIT Darul Hasan Padangsidimpuan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenisdeskriptif. Subjek penelitian siswa-siswi kelas III dan wali kelas sertakepala sekolah guna mendukung data. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDITDarul Hasan Padangsidimpuan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran2017/2018. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data analisis yang dilakukan dengan carapengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Teknik keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi nilai-nilai karaktermeliputi perencanaan dan pelaksanaan. Dalam perencanaan pembelajaranterdiri atas silabus dari dinas/pemerintah dan RPP yang dibuat sendiri olehguru. Sedangkan dalam pelaksanaannya, guru dalammengimplementasikan nilai-nilai karakter melalui kegiatan pembelajarandan metode pembelajaran, penilaian, penanaman kedisiplinan, pembiasaandan keteladanan. Nilai-nilai karakter yang dikembangkan guru dalampembelajaran tematik diperoleh nilai-nilai karakter yang sering munculnilai-nilai karakter lain yang jarang muncul. Fakor pendukung dalamimplementasi nilai-nilai karakter adalah sekolah melalui kegiatan danfasilitas, guru melalui keteladanan, strategi pembelajaran, media dansumber belajar. Faktor penghambat adalah lingkungan, peserta didik danwaktu.

Abstract

Children's education in the perspective of the Qur'an must lead to the formation of pious children. Efforts to form godly children require struggle and patience. One way that God can do is to imitate the Apostles and pious people in educating their children; for example Luqman al-Hakim and Nabiyullah Ibrahim AS. This is done so that children and the next generation as bearers of future life are not in a weak condition, which is low moral and intellectual.Education in Luqman al-Hakim's family emphasizes four aspects of life, namely: aqeedah, worship, morality, and da'wah. Meanwhile, Ibrahim educates his children so that: First, Ibrahim trains and educates their children to give their views and opinions on a problem faced together in the family. Second, Ibrahim educates his son Ismail, his favorite child in a dialogically democratic way. Third, Ibrahim US teaches openness to his child. Fourth, Ibrahim educates his children to have courage. Fifth, Ibrahim educates his child to have a willingness to sacrifice even if the sacrifice is his own soul. Sixth, Ibrahim educates his children to be obedient to Allah SWT by only worshiping Him alone. Seventh, Ibrahim educates his children in addition to being obedient and obedient to God as well as to both parents. Eighth, Ibrahim educates his child to be a child who has self-confidence (self confidence). Ninth, Ibrahim educates his child to be a patient child. There are at least six situations where one must be patient, namely: (1) patience with the disasters of the world, (2) patience with passion, (3) patience in obedience to Allah SWT, (4) patience in the difficulty of preaching in the way of Allah, (5 ) patience on the battlefield, (6) patience in association with humans. It is this patient nature that can make a person steadfast in facing various problems of life, from the mild nature to the very severe and complicated problems.Key Words: Education, Children, Family.

Abstract

Abstract: The word gender in Indonesian is borrowed from English. When viewed in a dictionary, there is no clear distinction between sex and gender. Meanwhile, there is no explanation that is able to explain briefly and clearly about the concept of gender and why the concept is important to understand the system of social injustice. In other words, the emergence of obscurity is caused by a lack of explanation about the link between the concept of gender and other issues of injustice. Gender is one of the important aspects that influence social development in the early days of children. Gender terms are intended behavior and attitudes associated with men and women. Most children experience at least three stages in gender development. First, children develop beliefs about gender identity, namely the feeling of men or women. Second, children develop gender privileges, attitudes about which sex they want. Third, they obtain gender provisions, a belief that a person's sex is determined biologically, permanently, and does not change. Although everyone basically assumes that the behavior of children as male or female is caused by an interaction of biological factors and environmental factors, one's view of interaction is not the same for everyone. For some people, this view suggests that certain environmental conditions are needed before the trends previously programmed appear. Culture, schools, peers, the media, and other family members are other sources. However, it is important to keep from shifting too far from this direction because especially in the early years of parental development is an important influence on gender development. According to the theory of cognitive development towards gender, the gender forms of children arise after they develop a concept of gender. When they understand themselves as men or women consistently, children often arrange their world according to gender. Keyword: Typing Gender, Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to present the importance of education policy analysis in Islam from the perspective of integrated thematic learning. The methodology or approach used in this method uses library research methods or approaches, while data collection is carried out by examining or exploring several journals, books and documents (both printed and electronic) as well as other sources of data and information. considered relevant to the study. The findings in this study are, thematic / integrated learning offers learning models that make learning activities relevant and meaningful for students, both formal and informal activities, including active inquiry learning through passive absorption of knowledge and facts, by empowering knowledge and student experience to help him understand and comprehend the world of his life. This way of packaging learning experiences designed by the teacher will greatly affect the meaningful experiences of students and make the learning process more effective and interesting. The conceptual links studied with the contents of other relevant fields of study will form a schemata, so that wholeness and unanimity of knowledge will be obtained. The acquisition of wholeness of learning, knowledge, and unanimity of views about life and the real world can only be reflected through integrated learning. Thematic / integrated learning is a learning model that combines several learning materials from various competency standards and basic competencies from one or several subjects. The application of this learning can be done through three approaches namely determination based on the interrelation of competency standards and basic competencies, themes and problems encountered.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the implementation of character values in thematic learning, character values developed and find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the implementation of character values in class III SDIT Darul Hasan Padangsidimpuan thematic learning.This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive types. The research subjects were class III students and homerooms and principals to support the data. This research was conducted at SDIT Darul Hasan Padangsidimpuan in the odd semester of the 2017/2018 academic year. Data collection techniques used by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is done by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Data validity technique with source and technique triangulation.The results of the study show that the implementation of character values includes planning and implementation. In planning learning consists of syllabus from the service / government and RPP made by the teacher. Whereas in its implementation, the teacher in implementing character values through learning activities and methods of learning, assessment, discipline, discipline, habituation and example. Character values developed by the teacher in thematic learning character values are obtained which often appear values of other characters that rarely appear. The main supporters in the implementation of character values are school through activities and facilities, teachers through exemplary, learning strategies, media and learning resources. The inhibiting factor is the environment, students and time. Keywords: Implementation, Character Values, Thematic Learning.

Abstract

This study aims to know about education based on Ibnu Miskawaih thought. In its analysis, it uses library research approach, analyzing science sources. In this journal, all data are treated and probed from several books, articles, magazines, as well as data from internet which have a relation with the main analysis. Ibnu Miskawaih believes that ethics education is a prime education for human (anna ṣina’ah al-akhlāq afḍal al-shinā’at kullihā), and it is because someone’s ethics can be said as a human (bi tajdīd af’āl al-insān bi mā huwa insān). Education is a process of an establishment process from human’s character towards a virtue, a correction of badness, and improvement process to be better. As Syauqi Beik said in his wisdom words, “Indeed, the people and the nation is very dependent on morals, if good, then the nation will be strong, if it is damaged it will destroy the nation”. It is a strong reason why Ibnu Miskawaih more emphasizes moral education for human development. Literally, human development is soul development with virtue (ahsan taqwīm), it is comparable with physical pleasure, wealth, and power. Human’s life is not life of zuhud and rejection, but it is about compromise and canalization, between body and spirit demands. A Wiseman does not put his priority on world pleasure, but relate it into spiritual pleasure with ethics as the guard. So that, based on Ibnu Miskawaih education thought, he states if someone’s education is higher so his character will be better too.

Abstract

People often compare men and women based on physiology and biology, causing differences gender. Gender differences mostly impact discrimination, violence and harassment on the assumption that women are weak. This thinking occurs a lot in the community as a result of socio-customary construction. The difference between the two groups is not profitable in one individual or group. The Islamic creed protects the rights of women so that it provides care and respect. The practice becomes unnatural to women because Islamic teachings and guidance are not implemented, the cause of the developing tradition is very far from Islam. Gender differences do not become a problem for free to do anything while not deviating from religious teachings such as female leadership, polygamy, and inheritance.Keywords: Gender, Islam, ImplementationAbstrakMasyarakat sering bandingkan kaum adam dan hawa berdasarkan fisiologis dan biologis sehingga menyebabkan bias gender. Bias gender kebanyakan berdampak diskriminasi, kekerasan dan pelecehan dengan anggapan perempuan itu lemah. Pemikiran ini banyak terjadi ditengah masyarakat hasil dari kontruksi sosial-adat. Perbedaan kedua kaum tidak mencorakkan untung disatu individu maupun kelompok. Akidah Islam menjaga hak kaum hawa sehingga memberi kepedulian dan posisi tehormat. Praktek menjadi tidak wajar terhadap perempuan karena ajaran serta bimbingan Islam tidak di implementasikan, disebabkan tradisi yang berkembang sangat jauh dari Islam. Perbedaan gender tidak menjadi masalah untuk bebas melakukan hal apapun selagi tidak melenceng dari ajaran agama seperti kepemimpinan perempuan, poligami, dan kewarisan.

Abstract

AbstractThis study is a qualitative research,the method  of the study is descriptive interpretative methods, which describe and interpret what their research results. The Source of the data  are primary and secondary sources of data. The primary  source of dataisTraditional Leadersin the district of Sipirok, SouthTapanuli,  which consists of MangarajaTenggar, Sire Marduri, Mangaraja Hurning, Mangaraja Lintong, Sutan Soripada Parlindungan, Hamdan Siregar. Secondary sources of data is chairman of  KUA (Office of Religious Affairs in the district of  Sipirok), Akhirul Pane (MUI in the districts of Sipirok) Rev. A. Sinaga, and Rev. Maruli Hutagalung. The objective of research is to find out how the forms of communication of traditional leaders  in the prevention of religious conflicts in the district  Sipirok, to know the effectiveness of  forms of traditional leaders’communication. To know the obstacles and the implications of traditional leaders’ communication in the prevention of religious conflict in the district of Sipirok, South Tapanuli. The result of the research which  there are three forms of traditional leaders’ communication   in the prevention of religious conflicts, they are interpersonal communication, group communication, and communication that  using mass media. The obstacles of traditional leaders’ communication namely, internal and external obstacles. The internal obstacle is exclusive, traditional leaders is very  closed off to the public, and also there is  no room for the public to provide space and opportunity to express their opinions openly and freely. External obstacles include the occurrence of language differences especially with immigrant communities that cause misunderstanding between traditional leadership and the community.Keywords: Effectiveness, Indigenous Holders, and Religious Conflict.
