Abstract

The elements in the management of education include elements of leaders, educators, educational staff , students and educational facilities as well as other supporters. All of these components are a unity that influences the quality of the learning process that can be seen from the success of students. The director as a leader at the Cirebon Maritime Academy has an influence on the creativity of educators, the work productivity of educational staff and the success of student learning. To find out the effect, survey research was conducted . Data collection techniques using documentation and questionnaire studies.The questionnaire was made in the form of a questionnaire with 5 alternative choices. Each alternative answers provided more aggressively weighted score of 1 - 5 (1 = strongly disagree, 2 = disagree, 3 = disagree, 4 = agree, and 5 = strongly agree ). Analysis of the data in this study consisted of (a) simple regression analysis; and (b) multiple analysis using statistical methods with the help of the SPSS 16 program. Regression analysis is used to predict research that includes variables X for Y1, Y2 and Y3. Simple Regression Analysis looks at Vaiabel Coefficients (Y1X) and (Y2X) and Y3X. This analysis is used to test the effect of each research variable. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded as a result of the research that the Leadership of the Director (X) on the Improvement of Educators' Creativity (Y1) is quite significant. The Leadership of the Director (X) on the Productivity of Education Workers (Y2) is also quite significant, and the results of the calculation of the influence of the Leadership of the Director (X) on Learning Success (Y3) are quite significant

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the work environment on the performance of the educational staffs. The method used in this study was a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 51 respondents. The sampling technique used probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique. The instrument testing used a validity test and a reliability test. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis with t test and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study showed that the work environment was very influential on the performance of educational staffs within the scope of the AMC office. Conducive work environment provided maximum performance of all teaching staffs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of internal communication on the performance of educational staff. This type of research uses descriptive and quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 102 people, using the Slovin formula obtained a sample of 51 people with a simple random sampling technique. The testing instrument uses a validity test and a reliability test. While the data analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis with the t test and the coefficient of determination test. From the results of the research data obtained values for internal communication variables of (9,852) > (2,011) with a sig value of 0,000 < from the value of 0.05. Meanwhile for the R Square value obtained a result of 0.669, meaning that the change in the performance of the teaching staff at the Cirebon AMC Educational Institution was 66.9% influenced by internal communication while the remaining 33.1% was caused by other variables not examined. The conclusion of this study is that internal communication greatly influences the performance of educational staff in the work environment of the Cirebon AMC Educational Institution. good to better demonstrate the success of the Cirebon Maritime Academic Educational Institute.

Abstract

The presupposition of God's Kingdom was initially eschatological in relation to the Kingdom of Israel. In the Gospels Jesus often uses the Metaphor of God's Kingdom in conveying His teachings. Jesus often reinterpreted the concept of the kingdom of God formed in the wrong Jewish tradition with hope for its geographical nature. On the contrary in the Church itself, especially the Pentecostal/charismatic school. Interpretations of this topic are often taught partially in certain parts and not as a whole. Not a few seminars are held that discuss the condition of the age to come which is only centered on the second coming of Christ but the discussion of the present is ignored. The emphasis tends to be more eschatological in the future but less responsible for daily life. Jesus' emphasis on the concept of the kingdom of God never replaced the present with a state of being far away in the future. In essence, the picture of the Kingdom of God taught by the Lord Jesus recorded by the Gospel is full of spiritual values and not talking about the visible. This study is a text analysis of Gospel texts to interpret what is said in the Gospel texts regarding the Kingdom of God.

Abstract

The diversity of human identities in the context of pluralism is essential. However, differences are often seen as something "stranger" and unfriendly, especially in socio-religious relations context. In a plurality of society, the church must be able to place itself in social relations, especially in treating "strangers." This article aimed to offer an approach and theme of hospitality in teaching people or members of the congregation, whether in church, family, or school. Using a qualitative literature approach, applying the interpretive descriptive method, and argumentative comparisons, it is concluded that the hospitality of Christian education is the value for carrying out the law of love in social relations amidst diverse identities.AbstrakKeberagaman identitas manusia dalam konteks pluralisme adalah hakikat. Namun, perbedaan tidak jarang dipandang sebagai sesuatu yang “asing” dan tidak bersahabat, terlebih dalam konteks relasi sosial-agama. Gereja di tengah masyarakat yang pluralitas harus mampu menempatkan diri dalam relasi sosial, terlebih dalam memperlakukan “yang asing”. Artikel ini menawarkan sebuah pendekatan dan tema hospitalitas dalam mengajarkan umat, atau anggota jemaat, baik di gereja, keluarga, maupun sekolah. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif literatur, dan menerapkan metode deskriptif interpretatif, dan komparasi argumentatif, disimpulkan, bahwa hospitalitas pendidikan Kristiani merupakan value untuk melakukan hukum kasih dalam relasi sosial di tengah keberagaman identitas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze studies on the effect of teamwork on employee performance. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 51 respondents, while the sampling technique uses probability sampling method using simple random sampling technique. The results showed that the teamwork variable was obtained by t count (13,170)> t table (2,011). Then the teamwork variable partially influences the employee performance variable, with a sig value of 0,000 <from the value of 0.05. With the value of R Square obtained results of 0.783, this means that teamwork variables influence the change in Y of 0.783 or in other words the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable is 78.3% while the remaining 21.7% is caused by other variables not included researched within a research framework. Conclusion, the value of the Multiple Correlation Coefficient (R) obtained a value of 0.885 shows that there is a very strong joint relationship between the independent variables of Team Cooperation to the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the director's leadership has a positive effect on increasing the creativity of educators at the Cirebon Maritime Academy. The research method used in this research is quantitative methods to process the data obtained from the research location, which is data in the form of numbers or quantitative data that is raised. The sample used amounted to 266 respondents consisting of all employees who work within the AMC Cirebon and also students who are studying at AMC Cirebon taken with a non-probability sampling technique, namely the method of purposive sampling, because in determining the sample in this study certain criteria are considered. The analysis used in this research is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, hypothesis test with partial regression test (t test). Analysis using simple linear regression results Y = 17.057 + 0.463X can be seen that the regression equation shows an influence which is positive from the leadership variable to increase the creativity of educators. The results of the t test have a probability value of sig = 0.000 which is smaller than a probability value of 0.05 or a value of 0.05 0.000 (then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the regression coefficient is significant. The conclusion is that the leadership of the director (X) has a significant effect on increasing creativity of educators (Y). Keywords: Director's Leadership, Improving the Creativity of Educators.
