Abstract

A library system is designed to be directly used by students in borrowing books. SMPN 196 is located in East Jakarta. It doesn’t have a library system that is used to process transactions, including the process of borrowing up to the returning of books by the students. Therefore, a desktop application is needed tofacilitatethe borrowing or returning of books by the students. This research is an Applied Research in whichdata are collected by direct observation, library research and interview methods. The library system model is developed using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) approach. The Modeling used to analyze and design the information system is Object-Oriented Analysis and Design with Unified Modeling Language (UML). Validation test applies Focus Group Discussion. The Quality of the resulted software is tested based on four characteristics of software quality model of ISO 9126: functionality, reliability, usability and efficiency, with a quisioner method and software testing technique using Software Testing Webserver Stress Tool 7. The Library Desktop System Prototype is expected to contribute to SMPN 196 and to service students, so that the desired information can be quickly and accurately obtained and the relationship with the students can be improved.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan monitoring keamanan yang dihadapkan yaitu pada anggota security yang sering melakukan monitoring dengan melakukan kecurangan, seperti tidak perlu melakukan tugas keliling (monitoring) dan hanya di pos kemanan saja. Permasalahan yang terjadi ini dinilai sangat fatal dikarenakan tidak memonitoring situasi secara real time sehingga jika salah terjadi kehilangan barang atau kerusakan pada suatu tempat maka tidak akan terpantau oleh anggota security pada saat penjagaan. Untuk mendukung  sistem kemanan yang digunakan  maka pemanfaatan Near Field Communiaction dan Face Recognition tepat digunakan guna memonitor secara real time dan harus dilakukan di titik-titik kemanan yang telah ditentukan. Pemanfaatan NFC dan Face Recognition pada aplikasi yang akan dibuat lebih bersifat untuk membantu dalam proses monitoring keamanan secara real time dan menghindari kecurangan yang dilakukan oleh anggota security pada saat melakukan tugas penjagaan. Kata kunci: Monitoring, Near Field Communiaction dan Face Recognition.

Abstract

Needs demands for outsourced employees as permanent employees in the workplace PT. BTPN Syariah, then the PT. BTPN Bank Syariah held against outsourcing employee screening. The candidates were selected through a series of tests. While the criteria considered in the selection, namely: education, psychological value, interviews, old outsourcing and interesting. The method used in this paper is a Graded Method Analysis Process (Analytic Hierarchy Process - AHP). The analysis shows that the most influential factor is interesting, while the least impact factor is education. With the help of software Criterium Decision Plus 3.0, obtained by employees of outsourcing next may be filed as Permanent employees.Keywords: Analytic Hierarchy Process, the selection of permanent employees, Criterium Decision Plus 3.0.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis paper reports on the potential use of Automatic Packet Reporting System (APRS) technology as weather observations. Observations and measurements made through the process of recording information captured at the APRS data reception station on the aprs.fi site are based on the coordinate points monitored, especially in the Greater Jakarta area. This study aims to have a data package taken at the aprs.fi site reported in real time at each coordinate point believed to be able to be used as information to predict early weather observations based on system requirements. The method will be used by observing and analyzing potential APR system users based on the number and measurement of data by the APRS Internet System (APRS-IS) system on the aprs.fi site. The results showed high reliability on the use of IoT technology in the Automatic PacketReporting System (APRS) as a weather observation, measurement of air humidity, directional pressure can be the current solution. Keywords: APRS;  IoT; humidity; weather monitoring;  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini melaporkan tentang potensi penggunaan teknologi Automatic Packet Reporting System (APRS) sebagai pengamatan cuaca. Pengamatan dan pengukuran yang dilakukan melalui proses perekaman informasi yang ditangkap di stasiun penerimaan data APRS pada situs aprs.fi berdasarkan titik koordinat yang terpantau khususnya di wilayah Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini bertujuan dengan adanya paket data yang diambil pada situs aprs.fi yang dilaporkan secara real time pada tiap titik koordinat diyakini mampu dijadikan informasi untuk memprediksi pengamatan cuaca secara dini berdasarkan kebutuhan sistem. Metode yang akan digunakan dengan melakukan observasi serta menganalisis potensi pengguna sistem aprs berdasarkan jumlah dan pengukuran data oleh sistem APRS Internet System (APRS-IS) pada situs aprs.fi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya reliabilitas yang tinggi pada penggunaan teknologi IoT pada Automatic PacketReporting System (APRS)sebagai pengamatan cuaca, pengukuran kelembaban udara, tekanan arah mata angin dapat menjadi solusi saat ini.. Kata Kunci : APRS; IoT; kelembaban udara; monitoring cuaca;

Abstract

Abstrak— Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apliksi manual yang sedang berjalan , membuat aplikasi manajemen anggaran perjalanan dinas luar kota, melakukan analisis dan pengujian aplikasi serta untuk melakukan implementasi anggaran perjalanan dinas luar kota. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam sistem pengolahan data yaitu teknik pengumpulan data seperti wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi, serta melakukan penelitian kepustakaan yang relevan dengan masalah sistem-sistem informasi. Metode pengembangan Aplikasi yang digunakan menggunakan metode grounded.Kata kunci: Aplikasi, Manajemen, Anggaran DinasAbstrak— This study aims to find out the manual application that is currently running, create a budget management application for out-of-town business trips, analyze and test applications as well as to implement an out-of-town official travel budget. The research methodology used in the data processing system is data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, documentation studies, and conducting library research relevant to information systems problems. Abstract

Abstrak— Dengan adanya sistem stok onderdil ini, yang diharapkan akan memudahkan untuk pencatatan stok serta pencetakan laporan. Pencatatan pemeliharaan kendaraan dilakukan oleh Divisi Procurement. Semua pencatatan suku cadang mobil Truk Kapsul dan Dump Truck biasa dicatat di Microsoft Excel oleh tim Procurement dengan baik. Cara kerja tim Procurement tersebut biasanya dilakukan dengan sharing data melalui jaringan lan pada komputer mereka. Untuk pengecekan dan bertukar data biasanya dilakukan dengan sharing data melalui jaringan lan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk membuat sistem stok onderdil dengan menggunakan metode SDLC data flow diagram.Kata kunci: Perancangan Aplikasi, Java, mysql, Onderdil, Perusahaan Zetka Inc GroupAbstrak— With this spare parts stock system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for stock recording and report printing. Recording of vehicle maintenance is carried out by the Procurement Division. All records of car spare parts for Capsule Trucks and Dump Trucks are properly recorded in Microsoft Excel by the Procurement team. The way the Procurement team works is usually done by sharing data over a LAN network on their computers. Checking and exchanging data is usually done by sharing data over a LAN network. Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi informasi saat ini memudahkan setiap transaksi berbasis komputerisasi, sehingga banyak penanganan administrasi dan pelayanan kependudukan sudah seharusnya mudah, efektif dan efisien, jika pelayanan kependudukan tidak efektif dan tidak efisien yang berdampak pada keterlambatan pembuatan laporan dan kesalahan dalam pendataan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode R&D (Research And Development) yaitu metode penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja dan sistematis untuk menghasilkan dan menguji produk. Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan merubah sistem yang digunakan dalam proses administrasi pendataan penduduk yang ada pada RT 014 RW 05 Kelurahan Duren Tiga dan faktor kendala penerapan Aplikasi, selain itu juga dapat diimplementasikan penggunaan suatu aplikasi berupa sistem informasi administrasi pendataan dan pelayanan peduduk yang akan diterapkan pada RT.014 RW 05 Kelurahan Duren Tiga. Solusi yang diberikan yaitu dengan membuat sebuah sistem informasi administrasi pendataan dan pelayanan penduduk menggunakan QR Code. Abstract

The development of information and communication technology provides convenience in accessing information, including interacting with the social environment through social media as well as in terms of utilizing this technology to increase knowledge. Socialization and Utilization of Android Based Kindergarten and PAUD Learning Applications at PKK in RT.04/01 Kp. Thanks to Kalisuren, it aims to add to maximizing the usability of an android smartphone that offers many interesting features so as to provide more value to the knowledge of both parents and children. This application contains so many choices in the electronic learning process so that you stay focused. parental guidance is needed in order to be able to supervise and also provide an explanation of the discussion material in the application. Responding to advances in information technology provides encouragement and motivation for our team to carry out community service in the hope of optimizing the use of information technology in various opportunities and activities.

This application is an application that provides information about Online funds lending based on the Android OS Which includes borrowing funds, tenure, repair time. User can choose the loan amount to be selected with a low interest rate, then the desired results will appear in the creation and development of applications required by software, namely Java, Android, ADT, and Photoshop
