Abstract

On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) officially declared COVID-19 a global pandemic. The spread of this virus already existed in 2019 in the city of Wuhan, China. The government officially stipulates a Presidential Regulation (PERPRES) on Vaccine Procurement and Vaccination Implementation in the Context of Overcoming the Coronavirus Disease Pandemic. The vaccination activity plan must also consider various inputs, among them is by looking at how the response and public opinion to the vaccination discourse. By utilizing data from Twitter social media, this study aims to analyze the public's response to the vaccination discourse by classifying the response into positive and negative responses. Furthermore, public opinion grouping will also be carried out using the pre-trained Indonesian RoBERTa Base Sentiment Classifier model to find out the sentiments of the Covid-19 vaccination topic discussed by the community. The results of the analysis showed that the public gave more negative responses to the discourse (24.7%) compared to positive responses (5.7%) with the remaining neutral responses (69.6%). Sentiment words that occur most often also indicate more words with negative sentiments than words with positive sentiments. The average results of the prediction accuracy of the application of the pre-trainer model on the positive label are 84%, Neutral 97% and Negative 93%.

Abstract

The majority of signalized intersections in Pekanbaru city are still regulated by analog controllers. The main problem that occurs with this condition is the occurrence of long traffic jams if there is damage to the traffic light controller. Thus, the Pekanbaru City Transportation Department cannot act immediately once a problem occurs. Related to these problems, an integrated system has been developed that functions to manage and monitor traffic light conditions in real time. This research is focused on discussing the use of ReactJS and MQTT. ReactJS is used to display traffic light light signal data and provide real time notifications into a web browser. Meanwhile, MQTT is used as a medium to manage data communication between the detection module installed on the traffic light controller in the field to the Back-End server. This data is then displayed to the web browser via React JS. With the solution in this research, it is hoped that the Pekanbaru City Transportation Office can find out the problems of traffic light lamps in the field quickly, so that they can immediately take the relevant actions needed.

Abstract

Computational thinking (CT) is basic competency that must be provided to Indonesia's young generation, through integration into curriculum or extracurriculars to face the information, industrial era 4.0 or society 5.0. SMP As Shofa Pekanbaru has computer extracurriculars, but the material is only Office. This school needs programming extracurricular coaching which can be mediafor training students' CT. Therefore, in this community service program, extracurricular programming training was carried out at SMP As Shofa, namedDunia Coding. This activity produced 2 textbooks. The implementation method is an offline workshop in 12 meetings 1x/week. The results obtained were that 73.9% of students agreed that the material provided was very appropriate to their needs, 82.6% of students agreed that the program was very useful, 80.4% of students agreed that the delivery of the material was very clear, interesting, and easy to understand, and 56.5% of students agreed that the implementation time was sufficient

Abstract

Coronary heart is the highest cause of death in Indonesia reaching 26%. Therefore, to prevent the high mortality rate of coronary heart disease (CHD), early detection of CHD can be carried out. One way is to examine the electrocardiogram/electrocardiograph (ECG) recording. ECG hardware has been made in previous studies to record ECG signals. ECG research is an important study because it can detect cardiovascular disease. Cardiovascular diseases can be classified as arrhythmic diseases. Arrhythmia is a disorder that occurs in the heart rhythm. The method used to recognize and classify ECG signal patterns is the R-R interval (RRI) method. In this study, the ECG signal is classified as normal and abnormal. Abnormal means that a person has a heart rhythm disorder. The classification method used is random forest. The advantage of the random forest classifier is that it can handle noise and missing values and can handle large amounts of data. The accuracy of the ECG signal classification using the Random forest method is 96%. The contribution of this research is that early detection of heart rhythm disorders using an ECG can be monitored through the smart healthcare web.

Abstract

Abstract

Based on user research, about 50% of marketers use influencer services to drive sales leads, and 40% focus on brand awareness. The aim of this study is to design the BrandQu application as an influencer marketing platform that offers solutions to MSMEs by applying the methodology of design thinking. The application of design thinking led to testing a high-fidelity prototype for potential users for two iterations. The results of usability tests show that the aspects of effectiveness and efficiency are in good interpretation and the UEQ questionnaire on the scale of clarity and efficiency did not meet the criteria of good quality. Then the Honeycomb UX indicator shows the sequence of variables that affect the user experience. The highest order of variables is desirable, credible, valuable, findable, usable, useful, and accessible. In this order, the low-accessibility variable is affected by prototype limitations that can only be accessed using third-party devices. Because there are still some aspects that have not met the good criteria and have received corrective feedback from users, iterations have been performed to optimize the user experience on the BrandQu application prototype. As for the results of the second iteration of the tests, there has been an increase in the aspects of effectiveness and efficiency that has achieved a very good interpretation. The UEQ questionnaire of the Attractiveness, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty scale achieved the Excellent criterion, while the Perspicuity and Efficiency scale achieved the Good criterion. Therefore, it can be concluded that the prototype of the BrandQu application provides a positive perception of user experience and usability.
